I use them to trim my bushes, spring and fall cleanups and plant ornamental plants when required and to do the edging and mulch replacement. Their attention to detail is excellent and their prices are very affordable. For home repairs I used them for a soffit replacement, installation of a garden light pole, replacement of damaged siding and gutter repairs, all done above professional level. They dug out and prepped a large garden area, removed shrubs and extended our patio, reseeded portions of our lawn, and cleaned out several overgrown areas. They kept us apprised every step of the way - quotes, timelines, follow-up questions regarding plantings etc. It was such a pleasure to work with this company, They do what they say they will do! AWe just had our backyard patio done by Rolland Cement and we could not be happier with the results. The owner, Greg Rolland, was professional and responsive from the beginning when we called in January for an estimate to the end of the project.The price was very fair. It was pretty impressive to see the crew of 6ish men efficiently get the project done at each step like a well oiled machine- they really are a master of their trade. The final product was exactly what we asked for and looks amazing. We were also pleasantly surprised that the yard sustained almost no damage, considering there were massive equipment and trucks rolling through it (they put pads down on the lawn to protect it). We feel really good knowing that it was "done right" and will be contacting the company again in the future for other concrete projects. Just a helpful hint: We started looking into getting a patio poured last summer and much to our frustration, everyone we contacted was solidly booked for the year. We learned the hard way that if you want to get a patio or any type of summer project done, you need to get a hold of the company and get it locked in as early as possible. These companies are incredibly busy once the summer begins and are tackling project after project. So if you begin calling around in June and you do no hear back, it's not that they are being jerks, it is that they have a million other things on their plate.

AE&K did an amazing job of removing our pool. Access was tight but they did a super job of protecting the entire route to our backyard with very little damage. They promised and fulfilled on things other companies didn't even consider. All the employees were respectful and kind and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. If you have a concrete pool you want to get rid of, this is your company!

DThey forgot about my first scheduled appointment and never called. I missed an entire day of work because the estimates are between 10 and 2 and they refuse to call on the way or give u a smaller window. 2nd appointment they were late I had to call again if it wasn't for a very sweet professional manager Lauralee I would have canceled especially since Brittany was so nasty about them forgetting me the 1st time. I will only schedule with Lauralee from now on im a realtor and have a ton of work and even more referrals so you would think they would give me star treatment but sadly only Lauralee does

AThey were kind to first time home buyers and explained things in great detail. Lance was willing to stay late and answer our many questions, talk through what he saw each step of the way, and how to proceed from there. Lance is very personable and easy to approach. He has worked in this field his whole professional life and has seen a lot in his time. His employees are also quite experienced in the field and willing to share their knowledge just as Lance does. My ability and confidence in how to manage home repair has increased greatly. All exterior walls of the basement were waterproofed in approximately two weeks of work, with new cement laid first, followed by drylock; the basement windows got a silicone seal around the edges, and new window well covers were installed. Now, our basement is dry and safe. Real Deal Remodeling is not a company that hastily paints drylock on the walls and proclaims the basement waterproofed. Where Lance really shone is with the paint colors for the living room. He helped us narrow down our selection for the accent wall around the fireplace, and multiple visitors have complemented us on our design choices. It is high praise when visitors to one’s home wonder aloud about remodeling and redesigning their own homes. No more antique white on every wall in the house for us!

ALyndsay's team is knowledgeable, professional and diligent. I have tried "cheap" options and you totally get what you pay for! Dream green's pricing is fair for the excellent work they do. I have a big yard and cant weed it all myself. They do a great job of helping me maintain the beds. And the leaf cleanup is a dream come true!! Treat yourself!!!
