I have been building projects for 40 years and have worked with countless crews, some were good but most were lacking in workmanship, professionalism, and/or respect. Parks and his team worked closely with me, giving me support with my doubts, respecting my decisions, and finishing up within my deadline. All the guys were friendly and were able to answer my questions right away or got back with me quickly. Parks always had time for me, no matter what I needed, and I would definitely recommend him and his crews to anyone. They never left my worksite messy, and they showed up on time and stayed late to finish. The roofers were Spanish speaking which was difficult at times concerning communication, but everything worked out better than I expected. Good people, great job!!!- VICKI S.

AShield Exteriors Metal RoofingThe material was delivered and put where we asked it to be left and shortly afterwards 3 nice guys showed up and laid out the material and went to work. They did a wonderful job and were done in about 5 hours for the whole roof. They cleaned everything up and had the pile of trash for the next man to come and pick it up the same day. There was nothing at all for us to get rid of. Everybody involved with this has been very nice to deal with in person and on the phone.- Cindy L.

After I called the communication was better. I thought they would be installed in October, but that didn't happen until Dec. 16th. I wasn't planning on this happening in a snow storm in Dec. AI have waited for a good soaking, flooding rain to occur before leaving a review, but there have been no such rains or thaws since USA did the work in August, 2018 and it is now middle of October. They did all they promised to do very quickly and professionally, and the work was done with no problems whatsoever with this company.

AOnce the green light for the project was given, our fencing project was underway. Doug had the utility company come check for buried utilities, and had materials delivered the morning his crew was starting. The guys set the footers on Day One and built the fence on Day Two. They cleaned up all their building supplies plus disposed of the fences that were removed. Not only do we love the fence, our neighbors do as well. The guys worked around trees, tons of tree roots, were respectful of the neighbor's garden, and cared about the quality of their work.

BThe project manager was very responsive. I did have to initiate most communication to verify when work was to be completed and follow up when they said they were working and did not show, but he was prompt to respond. The project kept getting moved out due to issues the crew had with their vehicle. In the sales pitch, I was told about this family company that does the work, but this job was outsourced. The crew did great work, however, they left me a mess to clean up. I collected an oatmeal can full of nails and other debris from my driveway and yard. They removed a metal awning and did not remove the connecting attachments from the ground, leaving sharp metal exposed. Had to remove myself. To do the siding they also removed the electrical line attached to my house, but did not reattach properly. Was told they normally did not do that, was offered a $100 discount, but that would not cover the cost of an electrician to fix. The siding crew also took away more gutter downspouts than they should have and they replaced those with no additional costs, but that was the fault of the siding crew. The end product looks great.
