    I bought my current car from Warner Automotive about 1 year ago. I have had several issues with the car since.. but you are never guarantee a perfect car when you buy used. However, the sales process went well and I left satisfied with the price I had to pay, along with what was coming with the car. All the issues I have had since they were willing to help me fix. Of course not everything was free of charge, but they still helped fix the issues. Great service, and a great car.

    This summer my boyfriend and I were looking for a new car. We decided to check out Tiffins Ford dealership because he was interested in the new ford focus. From the moment we arrived at the dealership the service was amazing. Other places seem to not take younger people as serious thinking they dont have a lot of money. This dealership is different. They sat us down and went over everything. They told us what we could afford and what are best options would be. They also did not have the exact car we wanted on the lot but only took about 2 days to find it. The car was perfect and our monthly payment are a good price that we can afford. I would highly recommend this ford location if you are looking for a new car truck or suv.

    Overall everything went well. I thought the price was a little expensive until I did some research and found out it was a pretty good deal. I am very happy with the work they have done on my car in the past. He is a very honest person and will make sure your vehicle is taken care of properly.

    It went absolutely awful. I didn't normally go to the 10 min oil change, because their prices are quit a bit higher. On this occasion, I was working a late night job & I noticed that afternoon that my driver's side headlight had gone out. Since I didn't get off work till about 2am, I didn't want to risk getting pulled over. I decided to go there & go ahead & have my oil changed & headlight replaced since I didn't have time to go anywhere else. At the time of the first service everything went fine, the oil & headlight was changed & I was off to work in about 15 min. That night I left work about 230am & of course get pulled over by the local police, telling me my driver's side headlight was out. The next day I go back to the shop & tell them what happened. The same guys who did the first service was there again & another young guy. They take the headlight out & it is completely shattered. They tell me that I must have an electrical problem with my car & that they car replace the headlight again, but they are going to charge me again too. I leave without them doing anything & make an appointment at a local car repair shop for the next day. Are the auto repair shop they tested my car & replaced my headlight. They said the electric system in my car was just fine & that when you replace a headlight you can not touch the glass, because the oil from your hand will cause the bulb to shatter. So, $60 later I find out all this hassle is from the technician at the 10 min oil change center being incompetent. I went back to the 10 min place with all my receipts & was told a manager was not there & would call me. I heard the same excuse multiple times over a two week period time & I finally just quit calling them. They never did anything to fix the situation, not even an apology. I know since then I have seen on their sign that supposedly it is under new management, but they have lost me as a customer for life!

    On December 31st 2012, after I paid the full amount with a personal check and drove to my house with a brand new clutch; I felt relieved to having the old clutch replaced, due to it causing problems. That day that I picked up my pickup they also had lost my ignition key, which I saw as no big deal; having another stored under the frame of my truck.
            In mid February my clutch started shifting hard as in difficulty shifting into reverse, shifting from 3dr gear to 2nd to turn corners on streets. I  called Kirt the owner, and explained the problem and he asked me to bring in the truck; which I could not do until the following Monday; due to taking care of my mother in a different town. Kirt called me on the phone that afternoon and explained that my truck was ready and they had done some adjustments on the clutch by bleeding out some air that was in the line of clutch system.
            Another thing that bothered me about the place is the guy in the garage area just starred at me almost giving me an unwelcomed feeling; most businesses say hello to customers instead of giving customers unfriendly looks.
        In mid March the same symptoms started again but worse. I set an appointment;one last attempt to resolve the problem. When I met with Kirt, I suggested that we both take a drive in the truck while he drove my truck, so he could feel how the clutch was shifting. He drove my truck around the block and he said, that my "truck was shifting fine and normal" for him and he saw no problems with the clutch. I mentioned that when I purchased the truck in 2005 my truck was shifting fine and normal and that the way my truck was shifting now not good and there was a problem with the shifting. H***, my truck was shifting better before I let these guys work on my truck. He later mentioned that a floor mat on the driver side floor," might or maybe", causing a depression problem in disallowing the clutch paddle to work properly; which I removed. He later suggested that if the problem continued that the master cylinder might need replacing. I responded by asking for a quote price, which I rejected , because the trust had been broken between ( server and client). The truck was driven home by me, but I still felt that the clutch was still not working properly.
        Now the clutch is worse, friends comment asking me what is wrong with the clutch? The clutch is harder to shift when I try to engage the clutch in 1st gear to park and turn the engine off; the truck rolls or moves, because gear is not engaged. This is becoming dangerous and could cause an accident, trying to shift to lower gears in traffic to avoid collisions or while parking in areas with some slopes when the gear is not engaged. Sometimes when I shift down from 5th to 4th...grinding into reverse really sounds bad and I know that there is still a problem... obvious

    They came to my house to pick up the van because I couldn't keep it running.  Took it to the dealership, replaced the battery, and returned the van all in the same afternoon.  They checked the charging system as I had requested and found it satisfactory.  I have had no problems with the van since then.  Every member of the staff of this dealership that I have dealt with has been very friendly and helpful.

    Ash's does good work but sometimes their prices seem a little bit high. There are other car repair shops that my family and I turn to before we go to ash's. They are usually nice, but not over friendly. They replaced my break lines and it seemed to go ok, the car ended up having other problems later on. My mother has gone there and it always seems that you get something fixed but then something else is wrong when you get it back, i do not know what these other problems come from, all I can say is we have another car repair shop that we go to.

    I recently bought a brand new 2012 Kia Soul and was shocked that I got a chip in my windshield... the crack grew every time I drove it so I needed it repaired right away because I have to drive 2 hours one way to the Dr. for my daughter. I emailed Glass of America requesting quote.. they didn't service my area but since I had to go to Nationwide Children's Hosp. in Columbus Karen at Glass America said that wouldn't be a problem and had a tech in the area waiting for the time I was supposed to be there for an appointment. I had to park in the garage and they were even willing to pay to go in there and do the work. They worked with me the entire time and were so sweet and understanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who need a windshield replaced. The window is perfect thanks to them!
