I've gone to Gregg's shop for nearly 10 years. My brother-in-law recommended the shop to me, and it's been one of the best suggestions I've ever received. Owner and head master mechanic Gregg used to work for Honda, but split off on his own. Impeccable work and terrific, fair prices. No BS. At 125K and still going strong, I finally decided to say goodbye to my 2005 Accord -- I can only hope that Gregg and his crew will welcome my new Xterra when it needs maintenance. No reason to go anywhere else!

They explain things effectively. They always tell me exactly what is wrong, what needs to be fixed, or what doesn't need fixed. Usually I call and ask if I can bring the car in the next day and they always say of course. They also provided to take me home and pick me up when I bring my vehicle in for a long service. I did refer my friend to them. My friend went in for brake work and they found a boot that goes on the tie rod was leaking and needed replaced.  He checked to make sure it was still under warranty and wrote out exactly what was wrong so she could show the dealership. She took it to a Ford dealer and they said  it was not leaking. They kept her car overnight and found the leak the next day.   We are going to continue to use their service because they are very trustworthy and honest.

I bought my car from Don Joseph and have used their service department since 2006 when I bought my Highlander. I have found their service department to be thorough but if things do not need to be done right away they have pointed this out giving me the option to fix it now or wait. I will shop for a car for the best price, but I will continue to take my car to Don Joseph for service.

He is very professional and gets the work done on time.  After they are done they show you the parts they removed and tell you why they removed it.  They give recommendations for other service needs of your car.  I've always been happy with them.  I've been going there for twenty years and I never had any complains.  They are a little pricey but I don't mind paying for it because he does a good job.

I ordered the car in early November and a couple of weeks later learned it had red stitching on the seats. I was under the impression they were still able to change the order. Unfortunately the origional car was shipped and the changed order was still on order. They did not push me to take the origional order and I purchased the second one.

I am a Chevrolet customer and rather fussy about my cars. I used to deal with Montrose Chevrolet in Kent but in the shrinking of GM's dealer organization in 2009, they closed. Several of the Service and Parts Dept. personnel went over to Serpentini. Although I dislike the more inconvenient location for me personally, I believe they are a top-notch Chevrolet Service Department. I never feel like I am 'sold' something that is not necessary, and I believe they are the best-trained to work on a Chevrolet and its specific issues.

I trust them and they do great job everytime. I had used them a year ago. I do not remember how much did I spend but the price is not high. My overall experience is good and I will use them again in the future.

They are awesome and I've been using them for years.  They check all your fluids, blow up your tires and even vacuum your car.  You're in and out in 10 minutes.  They are really good.  If I have a tire that's very low, I can just pull it in and fill it with no problems.  They are just really super over there.

I have used SAS (Steve's Auto Service) many times over the years and have referred many people to the shop. This time, I needed brakes on my Subaru. I called and they got me in fairly quickly. They did good work and the price was far less than what the dealership wanted. Steve has always done quality work for a reasonable price for me. My first expereince with them, four or five years ago, involved a throttle body on a vehicle that they diagnosed as nearly $600 to replace. After I gave them the OK, Steve tinkered with it a little more and got the old throttle body working correctly, charging me $60 for his labor. This was after I had approved a $600 job! I think this really says something about the place. This place is a hidden gem.

I was extremely impressed when I walked into this place and the waiting room/front office, was clean, cheerful and staffed by a woman. As a woman myself, I often feel intimidated dealing with auto mechanics, and the woman running the office as well as the organized state of the office put me at ease. I came to the shop for an oil change and new brakes. After my car was inspected, the mechanic called me to give me the details/estimate himself and I was impressed with his friendliness and clear explanations. He said my brakes would last a little longer if I wanted to wait, but I wanted to get them replaced before they actually went bad. He also noticed that fluid was leaking from my differential/front axle and said it would need to be replaced. The estimate for all of the work (oil change, brakes, axle repair) was much less than I anticipated--around $600 which is what I had budgeted for the brake job alone so that was a pleasant surprise. The only issue I had was that they had to keep my car overnight--I had expected to get it back the same day so this was a minor inconvenience. However, they were extremely apologetic about this and had my car ready first thing the next morning--the manager even came out to talk to me and apologized for the delay (apparently the differential/axle repair took longer than they anticipated which is why the car was not ready the same day). Overall, I was impressed with how professional, competent, and friendly this auto shop was. I will be returning to them for future car service.
