    Everything was fine��� until they broke a custom granite stone for our bathroom remodel. After that, everything rapidly turned ugly. We just had a baby and we wanted help getting our home clean. During the cleaning, one of the cleaning ladies decided to move our custom granite stone we had lying across our couch to keep it safe on cushions before installation. The stone piece is close to 6 feet long and over a six inches wide. It weighs approximately 65 lbs. The cleaning lady stated she moved the stone from one part of our sectional couch to another, then somehow when she was not looking, the stone fell off the couch and broke into pieces on our hardwood floor. Based on the angle of the dent in our hardwood floor, it appears she had difficulty lifting the stone and dropped it on the corner of the stone on the floor. Rather than telling us about it, my wife went to check on the noise and saw her covering the stone with our couch pillows. I spoke with Nadine about it immediately. When I first spoke with Nadine, she started by assuring us they will cover the cost of the replacement stone. She went on to further state that perhaps ���comping us��� for the cleaning was a good start toward resolving the matter. During the cleaning we spoke again, at that time, Nadine���s posture started to change regarding replacing the stone. She started to qualify her statements, stating that ���they would need to work with insurance to figure out what would be appropriate in this case.��� When I tried to confirm if she still would cover the cost of the replacement, I received evasive and ambiguous answers to the effect of saying ���we need to figure it out.��� At that point, we agreed she would call me back after she returned to the ���office��� to discuss how this would be resolved. She asked that I provide the original invoice for the stone and a quote for a replacement, which I did. By the end of the cleaning, Nadine���s position further changed. Nadine demanded we pay for the cleaning before they leave and then they would look into making a claim on their insurance for the broken stone. Already skeptical based on her posturing, I asked questions about her insurance policy. I asked for her insurance broker���s contact info so I can speak to them regarding the claim. Furthermore, I asked about her deductible since it didn���t make sense to me to make an insurance claim when the difference between the cost of the replacement and what we owed for the cleaning was not going to more than a typical deductible. She refused to answer. At this point all professionalism from Nadine went out the window. Yelling, harsh words, lies and vague responses is all we have received since. We���ve tried to compromise with them in multiple ways, including asking them to go directly to get a replacement if they didn���t want to make payment to us and we can exchange payment for their services for the replacement at the same time, to not requiring any payment for the damage to our floor. They responded by stating there is only two ways forward: (1) to pay them in full ($210) and wait for them to determine if and how much we should be paid for the stone they broke; or (2) that they would be ���happy to go to litigation��� over this matter. We think it���s unreasonable for them to demand payment in full for services that are $111 less than the quote to replace the stone, with only the hope that they will come through on their initial promise to cover the cost of the replacement stone. Why would anyone pay them $210, to hope that they will give us back $321, which is the quoted amount of the replacement? Especially in light of the fact that they have changed their tone from stating they will replace to stone, to determining what is appropriate for them to pay. We don���t think they broke the stone on purpose; it appears to be an accident. But we think it shows incredibly poor judgment to move the stone because prior to cleaning, we asked them to be careful around the remodel location. They understood this because the areas being remodeled were excluded from the cleaning quote. Furthermore, my wife was home during all of the cleaning and asked them to ask any questions if they were unsure. Our advice is to avoid this company. If you do decide to go forward with them, I suggest you at the very least confirm their insurance coverage and meet at their ���office��� for your initial meeting. Based on their latest communications to us, I expect a very different story coming from them in response to this review. You be the judge.

    This is a no service review.  Our appointment was for 11am.  By April's account she arrived at 10:52 and stayed at my house until 11:02 and then left.  I arrived at 10:59 according to my cell phone and was on my porch waiting for her, to make it easier for her to find the house, at 11:00am.  She was not there at the agreed upon time nor did she call me.  I finally called her at 6:30 pm, when she reported that she had been there but left two minutes after the agreed upon time of 11am.

    April and her daughter were very prompt on arriving to my home. They did an excellent job on my house! I have over 3800 sq.feet and they were done in 4.5 hours as promised! I would recommend them to anyone!! And her prices were reasonable! Hard to find good people nowadays!! Thank you ladies !!!!!!!!

    Team arrived on time and did a great job. Kitchen and bathrooms sparkled. Took great care when dusting to make sure both everything was clean and nothing was damaged.     Dena did a decent job of cleaning. Not fabulous but decent. There were a few times where she missed a few things but when brought to her attention she fixed it promptly. Such as forgetting to clean the mirror in the bathroom.  I used her for three weeks. She was always late. She would call when she was expected with an excuse and show up anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour late. Finally she never showed up on her scheduled date and never called.

    Our carpets get trashed,  We have 2 large dogs, children and entertain regularly, they get a ton of traffic.,  Every time I get them cleaned I swear if they don"t come clean I will replace them (14 yrs old and very light tan). They have saved my carpet again and again and they look like new!
