    We went to this store on blind faith from Angie's list. The store is in corn field country and we were nervous until we pulled into the parking lot. Once in the store, we were completely overwhelmed by the selection. The staff was helpful but not pushy. When we realized we needed extra assistance, they were amazing. My daughter felt like a princess. She tried on over 20 homecomeing dresses that they hand picked for her, they are true professionals! We left with the perfect dress and I spent a lot less then I had anticipated. I can say that we had the best ever experience and I will go back for a prom dress and maybe shop one day for my daughter's wedding dress.

    I made two appointments here to try on dresses. I got the same girl both times. Hillary was extremely helpful and really went out of her way. I found the perfect dress and was able to take it home that day. Being a plus size gal, I was worried about how I would be treated, but Hillary was extremely nice and never made me feel uncomfortable. If you can request who helps you when you call to set up an appointment, I would definitely ask for Hillary.

    We traveled over an hour for the spa day only to have it be a Mary Kay sales pitch. There was no spa at all. It was only a sales pitch for Mary Kay. Out and out lie and false advertising. Beware of this gimmick that the store promotes and allows. Besides that, our overall experience at the store was frustrating. It was very hard to get someone to help you as it took forever and the professionalism wasn't what it should be. Very lacking all around.

    Bling Bridal Boutique
    I would not recommend Bling Bridal Boutique. I ordered my wedding dress in October 2016. When I ordered my dress I was told I needed a size 18. I usually wear a size 8.I understand bridal runs small but not this small. When I went to pick up the dress, it was HUGE! My mom, sister, and myself expressed these concerns with the owners of the shop. They assured us that the alterations would be no big deal. After we left, I still had my doubts. I sent them an email to express my concerns once again. I was then told that they couldn't send the dress back and get a smaller size. Fast forward...I start having the alterations done on the dress. Needless to say, it is no longer the same dress because of the extensive amount of alterations that it needed. I am no longer able to use the dress. Less than 2 weeks before my wedding I had to go find a new dress. Truly a nightmare for a bride. I contacted the shop and gave them every opportunity to fix the situation. They were nothing but rude to my sister and I. They took no responsibility for their mistake! They even deleted my reviews from their Facebook page and blocked me. A horrible experience and an even worse business.

    They were rude had pour selection of prom dresses even though they claim to have a wide selection and while I normally would not say this the place just smelled really odd like they were using strong candles to cover a bad pickled smell!

    They said it would take 15-25 business days for it to reach me. When the dress came in it was wrapped in a ball and came from Beijing, China. I didn't mind that it was wrapped that way as I could fix it but when I unrolled it I noticed that it's wasn't the dress I'd ordered. I looked on the website to double check; I sent them the picture that they had posted on the website and gave them the description, as the whole top half of the dress was different. It was also in the wrong size. It's impossible to reach them over the phone. I had family members try to call as well and they didn't get through; their customer service line is always busy. You only have seven days to return the dress because of their return policy. I received the dress on a Wednesday and emailed them about it the same day but I didn't get a response until that Sunday. They only emailed me back once a day and every time they would ask the same questions--it was as if they were prolonging the time I had to return it. Every question they asked was something I'd already posted in previous emails, multiple times. On top of sending them the photo I already had of the correct dress, I also sent a picture of the dress I received and sent it to them. I had immediately contacted them so they would know I hadn't damaged it because I wanted to get it returned. I found that the Better Business Bureau has bad reviews for them as well, where other girls have had trouble with this company. The BBB has tried to get a hold of them for these other people but they've never been able to reach them. I asked What A Beautiful Life if they would give me my full refund and they said they could refund either $40 or $60 but they weren't sure and they never clarified it.
