Windows were in and installed within 8 weeks of order. The installers Eric and Mark were punctual, neat, thorough and polite.     Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of Cleveland
    After installation, screws holding the screens on the bay window were stripped. The main window after 8 years has something wrong with it and Champion's warranty and service is terrible. After calling, I have waited 3 months now and no window. They keep giving the same story, it's finished but hasn't been delivered. Plus I have to pay 99 dollars to have them fix it. I know other Window companies is a true lifetime warranty, if it is broke they come out right away for no cost. My parents had to get new windows in their house and I made sure to tell them not to call Champion.

    Everything was installed in a timely manner, however we were not happy with the patio door as it was a French door style slider with way too much trim. They have fully replaced it with a standard patio door is the last trim.

    We replaced our existing Marvin windows with new ones. We spread the work over a couple of years and were pleased with each of the installations. The work crews were professional and did an outstanding job. Staining was done by a subcontractor and was also done in a very professional manner. We are very happy with our windows and would highly recommend Marvin to anyone interested in replacing their windows.

    Salesman arrived 40 min. late without calling ahead. Window quality was average, but price was 28% higher than lowest bid of 8 for similar product. The company purchased Regency Windows in 2012 after RW folded and left customers hanging. Salesman could not stop or even interrupt his pitch ... despite several attempts by us to stop. We received no written quote and very little printed information on the windows. Hard sales approach lost any possibility of considering this vendor.

    Sales pitch was way over-the-top! Asked when salesman arrived and twice more during the visit to stop the sales pitch and answer my list of questions. He was ****-bent on following his script and bad-mouthing the competition. Product was ordinary and price competitive among 8 vendors interviewed. However, if this is how the company treats potential customers, how will they service us after the sale. Because the salesman wouldn't stop talking, we had a very incomplete picture of the features of the windows.

    After signing for the windows we were so happy with the company we asked the sales guy twice to come out and quote us for siding which he never did. We had mold on our (wood) windows which we treated and sealed for the sake of our 2 children; as well as 2 HEPA filters running 24/7 making our electric bill over double what it was. These windows had to go, right? When the measure guy came out he had an issue with one of the windows that would be a full tear out. So he said he would tell his boss and they would have to remeasure; I emailed my sales person the same day to be proactive and make him aware of the situation. It took me over TWO WEEKS to get an answer and I mean it. I emailed my salesperson, the regional manager (who ignores you and doesn't reply), talked to the customer service manager I couldn't take it anymore. If I didn't go out of my way to get fired up they probably would STILL be dragging their feet. So we finally get an install date and they cancelled! "Bad weather" (it was almost 40 degrees and no ice on my house like they tried to tell me). So I thought no big deal when they scheduled with me they told me to plan on Monday AND Tuesday so I thought they would come install the next day, NOT! Appearently they made me take 16 hours of PTO time for nothing as they had a different job the next day. They rescheduled and came out and the install guys seemed to do a nice job. But there was another issue. The didn't manufacture the right window for my bathroom! Keep in mind the bathroom window was one of the two windows that were newer but we decided to upgrade them. They never called and notified me that they couldn't manufacture the Imperial LS in that size, made the lesser quality window and installed it WITHOUT saying a word to me. When I admittedly in a fit of rage sent a text about it to my sales person he told me to take it up with the factory. In the same text messages after he told me to take it up with the factory I told him I was tired of the situation and I needed someone out here to collect final payment and I never got a response. I ended up calling customer service to make my final payment, keep in mind we paid with cash and did not finance. I had to live for 2 months in a sea of anger and regret that I chose this company and that I had to micromanage everything on my own as customer service is apparently absent. This by far has been the absolute worst experience of my life dealing with a company and this is my second home.
