    Thanks to their neglect and greed I have mold. They care more about making themselves look good to the insurance company than they care about actually helping the customer resolve the issue. The owners are very dishonest and want to argue more than they want to resolve their shoddy work and fix their very obvious mistakes. They also billed me for things that were not even done. The worst part is that the insurance company would have paid for them to remove and dry out the cabinet that now has mold underneath it. They had many opportunities over the course of 5 months to fix the issues but each time they came out they actually made it worse and created more problems. Stay away from this company!

    I called Do It all Plumbing the week of June 1st.  I listed my jobs for him and I was given an estmate over the phone.  We settled on June 16 between 8:30 am and 9:00 am for the provider to come and fix my problems.  I cleared out all the areas he was going to work on the night before.  On June 16th, at 9:40, I called to see why no one had shown up to do the work.  I was informed that there was no job for my place on his schedule.  I explained that yes, we had settled on a date and time.  He then explained that there had been flooding the day before and he was busy.  I told him that all he had to do was call me and I would have understood.  He then said that we had agreed that I would call him the day before to remind him of his appointment.  I responded that that's not how it works.  I was deeply disappointed in his lack of professionalism.  I'm sure that this review will have not effect on his business since he has very good ratings otherwise.  That's why I selected this provider!

    Initial call to provider was responded to right away and was able to schedule appointment with short notice before the holiday. Provider was on time and very respective of my requests when dealing with issue at a rental property. Walked me throughout everything that needed to be done and answered all my questions. Will use this provider again!!

    They are a horrible company to work with. The issue we had should have cost $1,900 according to all of our insurance adjusters and they charged $15,000. They made up all types of repairs to do and listed hours of work they didn't work. They ask you to sign a piece of paper in case the insurance company does not cover everything so they can charge your credit card. They didn't submit it to our insurance and charged our credit card $15,000 and now we are battling with the credit card company to get the charge removed. They are a very dishonest company. As a huge warning do not use this company.

    On May 12, NE Ohio was hit with a tremendous and devastating rainstorm. Hundreds of homes were flooded; ours was one of them.  That night I called 5 disaster relief teams and got on their waiting lists for service.  The next day, I called several more. Aqua Master was one of the ones referred to me. Vitaliy, the owner, explained they were inundated with calls and it may be a few days before we'd receive service, which I fully understood.   (I was just happy I got a human voice to answer - other services had set up recordings.)  Just two days later, on Thursday morning, he called and said he could take care of our basement that day. Within 30 minutes, he was there.  What a blessing!  He was there with reassuring words and a hug.  Vitaliy thoroughly explained what he and his team would do in the basement.  I can't begin to tell you how much better I felt knowing he was taking care of our clean-up. They were there for at least 4 hours and handled everything.  He wouldn't accept payment until he came back to pick up the air movers...wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with his service.  And we were certainly satisfied.  Vitality and Aqua Master, thank you -- your professionalism, honesty, and thoroughness is greatly appreciated.

    While they were here everything seemed to go well.  A crew came in and took over the house for about 2 weeks fixing ceilings etc...  We have a large area of wood floor and it took me a while to find a replacement from a flooring company.  I showed Todd the floor and he told me how good his workers were at installing wood floors.    Looking back I should have gone to the real experts that have experience installing wood flooring.  I believed Todd and that was a big mistake!  Originally the floor went down well and looked beautiful but after a little while it started to get a little noisy which I ignored at first.   However, it's been over a year now and this wood floor sounds like it's in a haunted house!  There is an expansive area that is extremely squeaky and it continues to get worse!  Our old wood floor had been down for over 15 years and there was not one area that squeaked!  We talked to an "expert" about it and were told the reason could be one or more of several:  1.) The wrong nail gun was used;  2.)  The wrong nails were used  3.)  The nails were not put in deep enough  4.) Not enough nails were used.  As a result, Duraclean was negligent when they installed the wood floor.  So we called Duraclean to come out and see what could be done.  A lady returned our call and said "the production manager stated that if the floor squeaks when you walk on it, there's nothing they can do about it".  My advice is to use Duraclean for the minor things but when it comes to installing hardwood floors stay with the "experts"!

    They were pretty good. They were honest and prompt. We called the guys during the hurricane and they showed up at 12:30 in the morning. They were there for 2 hours helping me out and I think they did a great job

    Bobby and Ian were on time. they sealed the den. removed moldy areas and preceded to find where the problem was outside, they corrected the flaw with metal to stop the rain from seeping in then replaced the cedar siding and painted . Pointed brick. and worked  inside replacing wood to cover brick,  2x4 's , insulation, drywall , and sub floor. and paint primer. While working they noticed the siding on the other side looked cracked ,they checked and the cedar was rotting and the flashing was not done right by Preibe Roofing so they corrected that. along with new siding and  replacing parts that also had mold. We are very happy with the work done and will call when we need any type of repair. It took about 9 days for all the work that was completed.    Gil the owner was easy to talk to along with his wife . Billing and paper work for insurance was completed over the computer by e-mail very easy.

    Very well, he came out gave us a quote.  It was lower than the other quote I had and lower than the insurance estimate. 
    He arrived on time, explained what he needed to do and provided the quote as promised.  He came to do the project on time, completed the work.  You really can't tell anything even happened to the back of the house.  He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone.  When we need future work I would not hesitate to call him back.

    PuroClean arrived at night and revisited daily for 7 days to monitor the situation and check moisture levels. Arrived on time during my convenient hours. They were professional, clean and kept disruption at its minimum. Each day they informed us of the progress in a concise which was easy to understand in its manner.
