    It was very close to us. The doctors were lousy; some of them were not that good. I'm not sure if I'm going to go back there because when we changed insurance, we went to a new internist and he did blood work on us. We didn't know that we had to do a year-end test and he found out that my husband had extremely high protein and he had to do a 24-hour urine test.

    It takes a long time to get an appointment, like several weeks to see the internist and three months for a specialist. The office environment is very good. Sometimes, the doctor wouldn't want to hear anything else except what we came in there for and say we'd have to come back. The staff is friendly. Their billing was lousy; they didn't show the credit card balance and it was so hard to figure out what they were doing with the insurance and everything. I hate it.

    Dr. Epstein was great. My appointment started on time. He was thorough and I didn't feel rushed. He recommended that I see a specialist for a problem. Within about a week he called up after hours to see how the visit with the specialist went.

    Overall grade was D due to poor service on telephone, could not see a doctor, had a long wait that day. I also had trouble talking to nurse about my questions, and the office seems very disorganized. I have had billing problems when I saw doctor at the clinic before, and I am not surprised by having this problem again.

    At the beginning when they were just starting out 6 or 7 years ago, they seemed to go overboard to try to keep you as
    patients. Soon the calls started from the office, saying The Dr. just wants you to come in because he's worried about you! Another office visit. This becomes a trend, calling you in for a check up just to refill one prescription, and the check up amounts to nothing. Just a chat with the Dr. They will discourage you from asking for certain vaccines, or tests that you feel should be repeated after a number of years, for serious conditions you have been previously diagnosed with (not by Ideal Health).

    Nighmare experience.  Dr. Reena Bose did not follow established protocol or conduct an appropriate physical exam.  Attacked verbally, inappropriate comments, attacked physically with a speculum.  If I could charge her with physical assault I would.  She did not ask questions, wouldn't acknowledge questions or concerns.  Communication and physician skills appear to be extremely weak.  As a result, need to schedule another exam with a different doctor. 

    Made me think of the old addage - "what do you call a person that graduates at the bottom of their medical school class?"  A doctor, but beware.

    I would give them A's on function and facility. I would give them B's on my experience. The first doctor I saw there was very good. I didn't like the doctor who replaced him and I ended up with. They have best doctors around. The doctors who aren't the best are still better. Their specialists are top notch with an exception. I would use them in the future.

    I like Dr. Brian D. Zelis seems to give a fairly thorough check up. He seems very attentive and does a good job. The waiting room can be a little bit crowded because there are 4 doctors in total in the office.

    I just love my doctor. She is like nobody I have gone to before. I have been going to her for more than 10 years. She treats me like an individual. She explains things and writes things down so that she does not forget anything about her patients. She treats me like an intelligent person and does tell me what I am supposed to do. She is always very upbeat. Even if she has to deliver a bad news she does it in a very nice way. If she feels that there is something she can���t handle, she will refer you to somebody else. She is more like a friend. I am so confident about her. Everybody loves her. My daughter also goes to her now. The staff is also good and I have never had to wait for a long time.

    Our family has been patients of Dr. Perzy for 13 years and have always felt very confident in her assessments and advice. If you have kids in sports, take advantage of the fall sports clinic - very well run.
