  • Excellent responsiveness and work! From the initial contact throughout the job, Rich’ communication was prompt. Price was fair. They went above and beyond by providing before-and-after photos (sent by text) of the condition of the gutters. They also discovered an area where the sealant/caulk had gone bad and fixed this at no charge. When job was done, they did a thorough clean-up, promptly texted photos and a recap of their findings and emailed a bill (that matched the quote). Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them for gutter cleaning.

  • Had to call for appointment after waiting several weeks. Were scheduled in afternoon but came unexpectedly @8am and wasn’t notified of time change. Was asleep and heard some one walking on roof and gone quickly. Secretary said they were there and completed the work? I don’t know if they did because I could not get dressed quickly enough!!

  • The job was done while we were not at home so I just have to guess it was done. They left a tiny garbage bag in the driveway. I would have thought there would be a lot more since the gutters hadn't been done in 3 years. My own fault for not being there.

  • I called “The Gutter Boys” for a quote and to schedule gutter cleaning. I was quoted $109. I asked if there was an Angie’s List discount, and was told that my price would then be $94. I tried to schedule, but was told that they would just come within a window of time. If I was not there, they would leave the bill in the door. I agreed to this and a few days later, I came home to find a bill in my door for gutter cleaning and flushing my downspouts. The bill said that I owed $109. which was not what I was quoted. I called and spoke to Austin who insisted that there was no such discount. This was very frustrating. I thought this would be a simple fix of my bill but he just kept insisting that I was wrong. At this point, I made it clear that I was skeptical that the cleaning was done. I have mulch all around my home. There is not a single mark in the mulch from a ladder. Also, they checked that they had done a downspout flush. Well, unless they have a water truck, that would be impossible. My sprinklers and outdoor spigots were shut off in October. I told him that I would be putting all of this information into my review of their services. Another gentleman called me back a few minutes later. He wanted to resolve the situation. Or, so he said. He promised to correct my bill and send a Supervisor out to verify that the work was actually done. I agreed to this. I got a revised bill in the mail for the amount I was originally quoted. I got home and found another bill in my door for the wrong amount. Again. And, they sent the same guys out that supposedly did the work a few days before. So, I question whether the work was done and they send out the same guys I had issues with? Does that make sense?? What happened to the Supervisor I was promised? Now, I have 3 bills for services that I am not sure I even got? Again, they said they flushed the gutters after I specifically made a point of saying that was not possible. They lied twice. Had I been here, they could have used my garage spigot. I won’t know if the work was done properly until it rains hard and I can see if my one gutter is still clogged. I don’t even know what to say. I called them late Friday and no one has called me back. I can’t recommend them to anyone because none of this makes any sense. This is no way to conduct your business.

  • Still waiting on work to be done and for someone to send the pictures of the work to be done. Several times I have contacted the company but have not been able to resolve the issue of the pictures taken so my husband can see them. He has been on the roof and wanted to see exactly what was being done

  • After the first call to set up a service Ashley, gave me a date and said she would call just before coming. This was scheduled 2 weeks after calling in. She called and said they would be there in the afternoon and that I did not have to be there. After returning home and no one coming I called her. She came up with some lame excuse but I bought it. She re scheduled and again no one showed up. This time, she said the weather was way to windy and then re scheduled again. I called pretty agitated at this time but again they promised one more time. Today I called and a guy answered the phone and I told him I was pretty fed up and wanted to know what was up and that I was just going to notify Angie' s list about them failing to show up. He told me that the owner fell from a latter and fractured his wrist and that there would be no more gutter cleaning for this year. FORGET IT. Just a complete waste of my time.

  • The first time they came out the weather was nasty, windy, and wet so the date was rescheduled for following week. They called the evening before the second appointment to reminded us they were coming.  They did a great good and we would use them again.

  • It was okay. I paid $47 more than the deal I purchased. I didn't like the way they assessed the size of my house. They're using an online service that I question the reliability of. They probably extra charged them to be and it was not expected. They left it in good shape.

  • Scheduling was easy and efficient.  I bought the deal on a Friday and they did it the next Tuesday.

    My gutters hadn't been cleaned in many years and were packed with debris - even small tree saplings growing from them in areas.  They cleaned them all without question and left little evidence behind.

    I had sort-of expected it, but they left what they had cleaned out in a giant extremely heavy plastic bag by the garage.

    This did pose an issue as I had trouble getting it to the curb and my garbage service refused to take it as-is.  I had to divide it up into 4 bags before they'd take it away.  I would have left extra garbage bags for them had I known they'd put it all in one otherwise.

    I am happy overall though as it was a long time since they'd been cleaned and they were loaded - which is why the bag was so heavy as it was a lot of decomposed leaves/mulch/dirt by then.

  • The workers were polite and efficient, quality of work good not excellent , I was dissappointed that even though they walked around on the roof they would not do the skylights because it needed some loosening of srews before they could do the cleaning. It is very inconvenient to hire someone to take the plastic off the skylight and than hire someone else to clean the skylight.
