    Hare Electric inc
It is nice to feel like you have service professionals you can trust: that is what I believe I have in this crew. They came out for an electrical inspection. Based on the time spent, they were very thorough. Also, they had a great way of explaining things to let me know what was wrong and right with my electrical system. They answered my questions and were honest in evaluating my upgrade suggestions so not to provide unnecessary services. I would use these guys again without hesitation.

Strongsville Heating & Air Conditioning Inc
It took 2-1/2 weeks to get in for tune-up (October/November). In the interim, heat pump stopped working. Left a message with the office to update ticket. The technician called before arriving and was timely. While investigating the problem, boss stopped by. Both were courteous, easy to engage, explained plainly, respectful toward me and each other, and empathetic since temps were in the upper 20s - 40s. Electrical issue was discovered and resolved that visit. (3+ hours) Heat pump circuit board and installation estimate provided same day. Part arrived 2 days later. Second visit to install part was scheduled within 1 day of calling. Electrical repair from previous visit was checked after installation work was completed. (<1 hour) Appreciated booties being worn inside house. Thus far, everything is working well.

    American Wood Reface
Went Outstanding. Our refaced cabinets came out as good, and probably better than new. There were a lot of extra's that were not in the new cabinet quotes that we had received which were near or more than the American Wood Reface price same or higher prices. Scott, our carpenter did an outstanding job. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. He was very meticulous and prided himself on doing the best possible job, which in our opinion he did. Also every day he cleaned up the kitchen and the garage, where he was sawing. We are very extremely pleased with how cabinets came out and happy that we selected American Wood Reface for our project.

    Litescapes by Dan Husney LLC
Superb!!! First off, Dan was extremely responsive and was in constant contact as far as when he could get to the job and the time he would arrive. My job was very small compared to the projects that Dan takes on but you would never know it - he is extremely professional and went above and beyond and took the time to show me how to work the Transformer for my future knowledge. THANK YOU DAN!!!!!!!!!!

    DAVE PARKER
He did the job correctly, per my home contractor. HOWEVER, Dave advertised on Angie's list that he is a licensed electrician. His license number was not on his receipt (and it usually is when I've had other electrical work done). I asked him several times, by email through Angie's, for his license number and he completely ignored my requests. I also could not find him or his company listed as licensed in the state of Ohio. My mistake for not asking for it ahead of time and my mistake for not verifying he was actually licensed before I hired him. HOWEVER, not honest on his part to advertise he is licensed and ignore my request for his license number. If he is licensed, why wouldn't he return my email with his license number? This could have caused a problem for us, but thankfully it didn't.

    Pride Remodeling Co Inc
Best contractor experience I've ever had. Paul, Eric and Aaron were meticulous, accommodating, helpful and professional. The name of the company really says it all. They take 'pride' in their work right down to the smallest detail. And to top it all off, they're nice people, the kind you don't mind inviting into your home.

    Mastronardi Construction
Arrival on day 1 (estimated 3 days to complete all tasks) was scheduled for 9-10am, Gus arrived after 10. On day 2, arrival was set for 8-9. Again, Gus arrived after 10. His painter arrived around 9:45 on day 1 (waited outside for Gus) and 8:45 on day 2 (waited til 9, then came inside). Gus had forgotten about installing a new sink and garbage disposal. His eyes started bothering him and he blamed the cats - complained non-stop. (He was in my house twice before - initial estimate, then updated estimate when fans were added - the cats were not an issue -allergies were not mentioned). Around noon on day 1, the 2 went to lunch and returned around 1:30. At 3, they closed up to go to another job. On day 2, Gus walked in and within a minute, complained of the cats). He told his partner, the cats have to go - I cant work like this. My response was then GO! If you cant do the job, LEAVE. They immediately left, taking all equipment with then. I was left with no stairwell rail, no lights in my halls or stairs, exposed areas where fans and floor vents had been removed. Gus demanded payment of $600 for the work done. I did not hire him to demolish areas of my home and said so. He verbally threatened to take out a lien against the home if I didnt pay him. I told him to send me an itemized bill for the work done (the downstairs hall ceiling and coat closet had been painted). He again threatened. He was extremely abrasive throughout the experience. He sent an email again threatening the lien, saying he would contact his lawyer to pursue non-payment and cancelation of the check he demanded. I have been without the stair rail and adequate lighting for 5 days. I have to hire someone to come in and fix the mess left by Gus. I will add that the young man (painter) helping Gus was very appropriate, showed up on time and went out of his way to be helpful.

    Berea Electric
The communication was excellent. I was informed when the tech would arrive and the work was done as scheduled. The tech cleaned up after the install and left the area better than he found it. There was a slight miscalculation in the charge so we did not receive the full 10% discount that we had expected. But I definitely will call them when and if we need additional electrical work.

    Ber's HVAC, Plumbing & Electric
Excellent service. The initial diagnosis was done 10 days ago as part of a whole home inspection. They were very easy to schedule, arrived promptly, and Tom spent the time to explain what he was doing at each step. He took great pains to make the upgrades in a manner that kept the new wires as out of sight as possible. We were very happy with the service, the amount of time spent and the cost. We will hire Ber's any time we need electrical or HVAC service in the future.

    KITCHENS BY LOGRASSO
Excellent work, pricing and value. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Initially did our kitchen cabinets (combination of reface, build new and alter an existing to improve usability) and backsplash; and shortly thereafter, we called back to do another smaller bathroom and other cabinets (reface). Recently placed an order for two more bathrooms (reface, new tile floor, new lighting and other wall cabinets). A kitchen cabinet door showed a small crack - not a huge issue, but a potential down the road concern. They replaced it with no issue or charge, so not only was the work done well, an issue was also handled well and without problem. The fact that we have called them to do a subsequent job, demonstrates our satisfaction. Highly recommended.
