    Mad Doctor Mobile Detailing & Car Wash
    Pulled in to get a car wash and told the young man who took my keys that I wanted inside and out and my white wall tires cleaned. Went and paid the requested normal 28 dollars to the front desk that I always do and waited. When they were through with the tires, my white walls were not done. I pointed it out and some guy claiming to be the owner told me my car didn't have white walls. I told him they absolutely did if you scrub them and he said that would be an extra 5 dollars. I didn't have a problem with paying extra it was the way the guy was talking to me and the fact that they did not state that up front. A small argument began and another employee stated a veiled threat toward me. Basically the owner's attitude and the customer service was terrible. I have had my car washed there several times before and was not treated this way. I paid the extra 5 even though the service was bad. Yhis could have been handled cordially by the owner. I will not repeat service.

    A+++ experience all around. Melanie helped me to get rid of a smoke smell in my new car. When it lingered after her first try, she met me at work to try a new product with no expectation of additional compensation. She took a genuine interest in helping me and continued to follow-up to make sure the smell had subsided. Rest assured if you hire Melanie, she will work tirelessly until you are satisfied. I will definitely hire her again.

    Spoke with John a Service Advisor at Liberty Ford Parma on Monday 5/7 to get an estimate for shocks and struts for my 2012 F150. John gave me a price of $1100.00 for front and back shocks with an alignment. I asked how long it would take to do this work and he told me 4 to 5 hours. He wanted me to make an appointment then, but I told him I would call back and possibly have the work done on Thursday. I called Tuesday 5/8 and made the appointment for 9:20 in the morning for Thursday 5/10. When I brought my truck to Liberty Ford Thursday morning I spoke with Dave, he started the job order for John and then Dave went and pulled my truck into the service garage. I watched a mechanic get into my truck and drive it out of the service garage to who knows where. Dave told me John would call and give me an update of the work that would be needed and what it would cost. I did not want to wait 4 to 5 hours their waiting room so their shuttle driver drove me to my house. At 2:00 in the afternoon I had not heard from John so I called him to see what was going on. When I asked John what was going on with my truck, he mistook me for another customer saying the tech could find nothing wrong. I asked him what is he talking about I brought my truck in for front and rear shocks. He then found the correct work order and said they had not even started on my truck yet and that he would get in the garage and call me right back. I asked what time do you close and he told me 6:00, but don't worry we'll have your truck back to you today. So it was after 2:00, he told me Monday 5/7 it would take 4 to 5 hours to do this job and they close at 6:00. He called back about 15 minutes later and by this point I was already angry because they had my truck all morning and did nothing... John said something about it being late in the day, something about it was going to cost more for the shocks because it was a late day delivery, and something about doing the job tomorrow. I told John to take my truck off the rack, send the shuttle driver to pick me up I will take my truck someplace else to have the shocks done. His attitude was something like ok fine as if somehow I was being unreasonable that Liberty Ford had wasted my day, my time and it was nothing to be concerned about. I called back and asked to speak to the service manager, his name was Jeremy. I explained what had happened and he said he was unaware of the situation and would find out what had happened and would call me back. When Jeremy called me back it was getting to be around 3:00, at this time they had my truck for over five hours and had not even started the work that would take 4 to 5 hours. Jeremy said they had the shocks, that they would still do the work today and give me 10% discount on the job. I refused his offer and again said to send the shuttle driver I will take my truck somewhere else and have the shocks done. Jeremy's response was also something like ok I tried to make you happy by offering you a 10% discount as if somehow I was being unreasonable by refusing his offer. The problem is not me being unreasonable the problem as I see it is the incompetence and unprofessionalism at Liberty Ford Parma. They had my truck ALL day, the work was not done, and I had to call them find this out... The shuttle driver picked me up and took me back to Liberty Ford, I got my truck and left so at least John was right about one thing I did get my truck back that day. I will no longer deal with Liberty Ford and this may well be my last Ford truck, and I have owned Ford trucks since 1977 when I bought my first F150, which I purchased at Liberty Ford. I will also send an email to Robert Hill with Liberty Ford body shop in Vermilion letting him know the work I had planned on having done to my truck will not get done by Liberty Ford I will take my truck somewhere else. I am sure me not doing business with Liberty Ford will not make or break them, but hopefully I will at least warn other potential customers to think before doing business with them. And if you do don't say I didn't warn you.

    Terrible experience. I won't go back. Purchased four new tires from these guys last year. Called last week to make arrangements to bring my car in on Monday 1/15/2018 for an Oil Change and tire rotation. I was told to bring the car in anytime. I dropped the car off at 10:30am. Monday. At that time, I asked if they could also fix the right blinker light that stopped working the prior day. They called five minutes before closing at 5:00pm to say they were just finishing with the car but they didn't get to the blinker. We go over to pick the car up and end up waiting another twenty five minutes for them to finish the car. When we arrived no one ever acknowledged us, both guys seemed pretty grumpy and after all that no one ever said "thank you for your business" nor did anyone apologize for not getting the job done. I will not return to Bennet Auto Care. There is no are so many other places to take my car for service. If you own your own business you need to have people skills. These guys have zero people skills.

    This place will say anything to get you in the door and into the signing room. Do not take their word, read every page of small print before signing anything. What they said and what was in the fine print of my contract were not the same. After discovering this, I ended up talking to Mr. Tomko himself and couldn���t have been more shocked that the owner of the company has such horrible customer service skills. He was rude condescending, arrogant, and didn���t help at all. He basically told me that his employee���s word doesn���t matter. Mr. Tomko had a chance to fix the situation but he failed. My advice is stay away from this place - there are much better dealers in the area.

    They did a good job. I give them all ?A?s? or I wouldn?t be going there. What keeps me going back is that it is a friendly, family operated, small business. You can communicate with them as oppose to the big auto dealers or even the big service shops, where it?s hard to get your problems into the hands of the person that is actually going to do the work. With a small shop, you can communicate directly and you can exchange information directly and it makes for a more effective job.

    They did an excellent job. It was about $1,200 worth of work and it was well done. They were good. They were $300 better than a dealer. They were very professional. I had backed into a mailbox. The disappointing thing was, we were doing a courtesy to let a truck out of a side street that had gotten himself into trouble, only to do damage to our vehicle. Life is filled with those kinds of things. This was the first time we had done business with them. I thought that they did everything well and completed the job on time. I couldn’t be happier.

    It was not warranted. I took it back and they said it was fixed. It wasn't.  I went back and they said it will be a little over $800 I was so upset, I talked to the service manager and he agreed to take off $300. The second time around it was alright, but not the first time.

    It was a brand-new vehicle. I got the vehicle new and I only had it about three weeks and all of a sudden the battery was going dead. I ended up going to a different Kia dealership here in Cleveland and they blew me off. They recharged it and I'm like, "It's three weeks old, this thing has gone dead. I don't want to have a dead battery, can't you give me a new one?" They're like, "Oh no, it's still a viable battery." So I called Kia of Streetsboro where I got the vehicle originally and I talked to my sales manager Vince, who is no longer there and he said, "Oh, the service department manager just got an article from Kia talking about this very issue," and he said, "Come on in, we'll check it out, we'll give you a new battery if we need to, otherwise we can fix it." I like Kia of Streetsboro. I thought they were very good, they were very nice, competent. Any questions I had, they answered. They were very polite and very efficient.
