    All Performance Appliance Repair
Arrived on time and performed a very detailed inspection. Felt he was very knowledgeable and honest. He explained what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. We certainly felt no pressure to commit to repairing washer. We ended up deciding to purchase a new washer but we did it with peace of mind knowing that it was the better decision. We certainly recommend and would hire again!

Dave assessed issue and a idler pulley needed replacing. He replaced it and working great. We also had issues with how long it took to dry items. He found blockage in the vent which was moving different ways under the flooring to the exit spot. He took venting apart and cleaned out a large amount of lint. It is working much better.

    HOME APPLIANCE SERVICE
Home Appliance is a very ethical company. There was a mistake made in the model refrigerator that was delivered. The refrigerator we wanted had water in the door, the one that was delivered did not and we didn't catch it until after it was installed. They replaced the refrigerator the following week. The crew that installed the refrigerator was very careful not to damage the flooring or the walls when they removed our old refrigerator and put in the new one. In the past we have purchased a glass top range from them and we also have called them to service our dishwasher. I have even bought appliance parts from them. I have been very satisfied with the products I bought and the service I have received. Additionally their prices our comparable to the big box stores. My wife and I like to support local businesses so we will continue to patronize them in the future..

The repair crew showed up, told me I needed a new ice maker, said they'd call me with a quote, took $45 for the visit and never called me with the quote. I called and left a message, but they didn't call me back. Easy money, get paid $45 to show up, BS about what they're going to do and then never return.

Dave called about 30 minutes before he arrived for the service call. Trouble shoot the issue and gave me an estimate which I ok'd. He also made a recommendation about better venting of the dryer. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

    Total Appliance Service & Parts
It took 3 trips (plus a trip that they cancelled) to get the dishwasher working again. The first guy they sent out (Josh) was clueless. He spent an hour talking on the phone to multiple people at his company and Electrolux because he had no idea on how to proceed. Of course, Total Appliance charged me for labor for his tutorial time, which we feel is COMPLETELY UNFAIR!! After all this time trying to have others help him diagnose the problem, he still was unsure, so he ordered a leak kit for $215, which is a box full of hoses, clamps, etc to basically change out all the parts (that may have been leaking) underneath the dishwasher. A couple days later, they sent a different guy to install the leak kit. After guy #2 checked out the bottom of the dishwasher, he said he thought the problem was actually a leaky motor. So he ordered that part (for $168 plus labor) and said that someone would be back in a couple days to install the motor. The next appt was cancelled by them because the part supposedly came in broken, which was not discovered until a half hour before they were to arrive. So they reordered that part and came out the following week to install. All in all, I devoted 4 partial days to this repair and paid $600. Granted, Electrolux appliances are all complete garbage, but nevertheless, we feel that the price was very high. And we were quite upset that we had to pay labor charges for the first technicians education time, which he ended up improperly diagnosing.

He arrived a little earlier than scheduled so I almost missed him. But luckily I caught him before he left the driveway. He didn't have the part needed on his truck. So, he went to the parts store and got it so he wouldn't have to make a return trip! He did a good job. I would hire again for this or other appliance repair.

    Decker Appliance Service Inc
The technician pulled a panel on the back of the freezer and turned the temp control all the way down and shared that refrigerators and freezers often have problems in garages in the winter because the outside temp is so cold that the refrigerator will not turn on. He waited about 5 minutes and the cooling unit got frost on about 15% of the unit, and he said the self contained unit must have a leak because the whole unit should frost up. The refrigerator is less than a year old, so he said it should be covered under warranty, but they could not do the replacement because they are not a certified Frigidaire servicing company. I told them up front that this was a Frigidaire refrigerator that was less than a year old, so in my opinion, they should have said right there that I needed to call a certified company to make the service call and not scheduled a service call that cost me $50.00. Then, when I did schedule the second appointment with the certified service company, he did the same thing the first company did, but he waited for more like 20 minutes and confirmed that the entire sealed unit got covered with frost. So it was NOT a leak in the self contained unit. He said we needed to install a garage kit on the refrigerator and once that was done, the refrigerator and freezer started working correctly.

    T & G Appliance Repair
Very good experience. Came out on short notice, called ahead, showed up when he said he would. Did a great job of explaining things and it was clear he has extensive experience, also made a couple suggestions about the pipe problem I had that led to the call. Was neat, and conscientious. I would hire them again for sure.
