    Ault Chiropractic of Hudson
He did an exam, took x-rays, and a scan of my spine. He gave a thorough explanation of what was causing my pain (mild scoliosis, misaligned pelvis, and the beginning of bone spurs) and recommended a course of treatment. He is friendly and informative with a great bedside manner. He actually referred me to his wife, Rebecca, for treatment since we have a mutual interest in working with women of childbearing years. Dr. Rebecca did an excellent job mapping out a course of in-office treatment and at-home exercise and consistently asked me about sleep, diet, and other lifestyle factors as a means to improve my health. She was thorough in her treatment, but the goal was for me be pain-free and then see her only as needed which ended up being every 3-4 months. Later on, I found out I was expecting and saw her through the pregnancy and had a fast and relatively easy labor (after several long and difficult labors with my other kiddos). I also take my kids (ages 10 down to 2 months) a few times a year to boost immune function and (for 2 of my kids) treat mild spinal curvatures that would develop into scoliosis if not treated. She is great with all of my kids. The office staff is very friendly, even when I walk in with a bunch of little people. :) Late morning and late afternoon appointments occasionally run late, but that is typically due to patients being late. My only complaint is that Dr. Rebecca isn't available every day at the Hudson office (just Tuesdays and Thursdays at the writing of this review), but she can't be everywhere at once.

    Ulrich Professional Group
Vitals excellent and improving. There was no discussion about a specific health issue that I remember. No complaints because I didn't go there for an acute health issue. I assume the particular psychotropic I am prescribed requires by protocol to be seen by the substance prescriber at no greater than six month intervals, although, after decades of experience with this drug, no physician has told me that such a protocol exists, so I surmised this from experience with different prescribers.
However, when I left the office, the computer program used by the group prints out a visit review and summary. After I later read the review, I discovered one error in the listing of a drug I purportedly was taking. This seemed especially odd, since I faxed to the office a self-report of my entire substance use list. The drug listed on the review was not on the fax I sent at least 24 hours before the appointment that explicitly stated the included substance list was comprehensive.
I think, as a nation, we spend a couple of trillion dollars on health care. We deserve quality in an economic sector that derives so much from the economy. Especially, when the issue of health care record accuracy is at issue, due to the many deaths reported from errors within medical records, I would assume the personnel take the issue with utter seriousness.
However, I found this not to be the case, when I called Ulrich back to inquire about this problem. The agent was defensive, rather than concerned and conciliatory. The representative stated that the fax was not given attention during the 24 hours prior to the visit, which caused me to recall a specific health issue I wanted to discuss during the visit, that I had forgotten to bring up during the consultation with the doctor and thus was not given attention.
General practice is the kingpin of the health care system and deserves the highest qualified doctors and staffing and therefore the highest revenue. Instead we have the opposite. My experience with the concerned practice seems to be an example of what's wrong with American health care delivery.

You always get an appointment, because there are a lot of doctors in the practice. The doctors have good bedside manners. They are friendly and they listen to you. They are easy to talk to. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

    Milkovich, Dr. Gary A
Dr. Milkovich seemed highly experienced and seemed confident and competent. He explained the parameters surrounding my condition and treatment thoroughly and understandably. He was more open and verbally engaging than the typical physician and was willing to discuss any question thoroughly, while recognizing the nuance that often accompanies medical delivery.
Of particular interest about this physician is his down-to-earth, frankness and absence of medical doctor pomposity. He runs a casual office environment that is friendly, relaxing, yet displays competence that induces confidence that professional standards are being carried out.
Some aspects of the service interaction are yet to be experienced, such as payment and billing, the long term success of the allergy treatment.
Office visits result in prompt, friendly, professional treatment.

    Sarac-Leonard, Dr. Suzana
She is very thorough. She deals with her patients on a one on one basis. She is good with patient care as she takes time with me, no rushing. She talks to me on the phone as well when I needed to consult something else. My son who is a handicapped uses her as well and he is very comfortable with her.

    Harshbarger-Kelly, Dr. Martha
She is just terrific. I talked to her couple of weeks ago as I had terrible case of I-V and I had to call her to ask what to do about it. She is very holistic. She knows and she remembers from visit to visit what’s up with us and what’s in the chart. She even takes really good notes so she has really good memory to remember things that we talked about and the concerns that we had. She doesn’t jumps to conclusion and she really listens. She gives wider options like giving ideas if we wanted to take pills or not. I never feel like that I get only one option that I have to take or I won’t get help at all. Her staff is pretty good.

    Haver, Dr. Chuck
He is very down-to-earth. He talks English to you and don?t talk all the big medical words. He tells you stuff that you?ll understand. He?s got regular and good appointment hours. I don?t have to wait too long in his office. He is on time with his punctuality and his bedside manner is great. They do a good job with the billing and administration.

    Campitelli, Dr. Nicholas A
I have been having foot pain for several weeks. After ruling out a couple of things with my family practitioner, I went to Dr. Campitelli. He diagnosed my neuroma and provided treatment that has been working well so far. He has a good bedside manner and explained things effectively.

    Dean, Dr. Steve J
He is very straightforward and the no-nonsense type. He gets the job done. His office is as well run as any I have been to in the last 20 years. The staff is friendly and very helpful in giving information. I have never had any problems in getting appointments with him. We have not agreed a couple of times on the right treatment, but we have always arrived at a decision of what to do.
