    Ault Chiropractic of Hudson
He did an exam, took x-rays, and a scan of my spine. He gave a thorough explanation of what was causing my pain (mild scoliosis, misaligned pelvis, and the beginning of bone spurs) and recommended a course of treatment. He is friendly and informative with a great bedside manner. He actually referred me to his wife, Rebecca, for treatment since we have a mutual interest in working with women of childbearing years. Dr. Rebecca did an excellent job mapping out a course of in-office treatment and at-home exercise and consistently asked me about sleep, diet, and other lifestyle factors as a means to improve my health. She was thorough in her treatment, but the goal was for me be pain-free and then see her only as needed which ended up being every 3-4 months. Later on, I found out I was expecting and saw her through the pregnancy and had a fast and relatively easy labor (after several long and difficult labors with my other kiddos). I also take my kids (ages 10 down to 2 months) a few times a year to boost immune function and (for 2 of my kids) treat mild spinal curvatures that would develop into scoliosis if not treated. She is great with all of my kids. The office staff is very friendly, even when I walk in with a bunch of little people. :) Late morning and late afternoon appointments occasionally run late, but that is typically due to patients being late. My only complaint is that Dr. Rebecca isn't available every day at the Hudson office (just Tuesdays and Thursdays at the writing of this review), but she can't be everywhere at once.

Young Explorers Montessori School - Streetsboro
Our daughter loves her preschool and her time with her teachers Ms. Annette, Ms. Nima, Ms. Taylor, and Ms. CeeCee.  She is excited when we arrive at the school in the morning and is happy when we pick her up at the end of the day.  As parents, we appreciate the individual attention she receives and her teachers as well as the School Directress care/concern for her development and wellbeing.  We receive a summary sheet at the end of each day which lists her mood, story learned, music learned, art and sensory activity, foods she ate, diaper changes, nap times, and one thing she did today that was significant to her teacher.  While we wish we could be with her during the day, we greatly appreciate the daily summaries.  Her school is a friendly and happy environment which suits our daughter.  We highly recommend Young Explorers Montessori School in Streetsboro.

I really like the girls there and the woman who is at the front desk there. I have been going there probably for close to 20 years now. My kids go there, and so everybody goes there. I don't have any problem getting in for emergencies, and I had a bridge done just recently, and had some crowns, and I just like their work. It looks good, and they listen to me. They have occasional Saturday hours, and they are not open as much as other places. I love their billing, because they put me in touch with care credit. I didn't know such a thing existed, and she did it right there in the office. It's a credit card, and you don't pay any interest, and depending on what procedure you are having done, it determines how much time you have for interest free. I love that. You can use it there, and some medical places use it.

    Ulrich Professional Group
Vitals excellent and improving. There was no discussion about a specific health issue that I remember. No complaints because I didn't go there for an acute health issue. I assume the particular psychotropic I am prescribed requires by protocol to be seen by the substance prescriber at no greater than six month intervals, although, after decades of experience with this drug, no physician has told me that such a protocol exists, so I surmised this from experience with different prescribers.
However, when I left the office, the computer program used by the group prints out a visit review and summary. After I later read the review, I discovered one error in the listing of a drug I purportedly was taking. This seemed especially odd, since I faxed to the office a self-report of my entire substance use list. The drug listed on the review was not on the fax I sent at least 24 hours before the appointment that explicitly stated the included substance list was comprehensive.
I think, as a nation, we spend a couple of trillion dollars on health care. We deserve quality in an economic sector that derives so much from the economy. Especially, when the issue of health care record accuracy is at issue, due to the many deaths reported from errors within medical records, I would assume the personnel take the issue with utter seriousness.
However, I found this not to be the case, when I called Ulrich back to inquire about this problem. The agent was defensive, rather than concerned and conciliatory. The representative stated that the fax was not given attention during the 24 hours prior to the visit, which caused me to recall a specific health issue I wanted to discuss during the visit, that I had forgotten to bring up during the consultation with the doctor and thus was not given attention.
General practice is the kingpin of the health care system and deserves the highest qualified doctors and staffing and therefore the highest revenue. Instead we have the opposite. My experience with the concerned practice seems to be an example of what's wrong with American health care delivery.

    Dipiero, Dr. Jennifer M.
I like a lot about this dental facility, I wouldn't go there if I didn't; the staff was very professional, the place are obviously very clean and the location is convenient; the interior of their offices are very pleasant, you get to sit looking over a lake, it always helps when you're getting your teeth drilled; the dentist is extremely knowledgeable and they are always on time every time I go in there; appointments are taking care quickly, it was great and I got no complains with them.

    Tri-County Dermatology Inc
Two outcomes from the visit with Dr. Falte: 1. The charge for the five minute encounter was over $400 as reported from the insurance company's Explanation of Benefits report. 2. For the prescription shampoo, filled once by my local pharmacy, essentially for dandruff on the face (a yeast), Western Reserve Dermatology refused to call in another prescription without a new office visit. I ordered the shampoo from Canada and received the exact same topical shampoo for a fraction of the cost of an office visit and U.S. prescription fulfillment that treated the problem perfectly without complication. No other problems have resulted from the yeast infection on my brow that was unambiguous and simple in its visual qualities.

He is very responsive with his scheduling. I did have an emergency situation one time and they got me in the same day. The staff are friendly and professional. The prices seem high. They are convenient to where we live.

    Milkovich, Dr. Gary A
Dr. Milkovich seemed highly experienced and seemed confident and competent. He explained the parameters surrounding my condition and treatment thoroughly and understandably. He was more open and verbally engaging than the typical physician and was willing to discuss any question thoroughly, while recognizing the nuance that often accompanies medical delivery.
Of particular interest about this physician is his down-to-earth, frankness and absence of medical doctor pomposity. He runs a casual office environment that is friendly, relaxing, yet displays competence that induces confidence that professional standards are being carried out.
Some aspects of the service interaction are yet to be experienced, such as payment and billing, the long term success of the allergy treatment.
Office visits result in prompt, friendly, professional treatment.

    Sarac-Leonard, Dr. Suzana
She is very thorough. She deals with her patients on a one on one basis. She is good with patient care as she takes time with me, no rushing. She talks to me on the phone as well when I needed to consult something else. My son who is a handicapped uses her as well and he is very comfortable with her.
