Was having issues with my brakes, Left my truck in the morning and received a call by 10am to let me know what the problem was. It was fixed and waiting for me by 1pm when I left for lunch. A good price for the what was done.

They have always done fantastic work on our cars. He is fantastic because a couple of times he had looked at us and he said that he can do it but if our car is still under warranty for it, we have to check on them first and then bring the car back there if it doesn't need to be done. We have always been extremely happy with his prices. They have always taken us on the spur of the moment. It is a fantastic company. It is a small hometown garage. When he has the oil changes, he sometimes has the coupons out, and he has actually checked them and got different parts for our cars. He gives an estimate when we go in so the price just depends on what we are having done, but we haven't ever been unhappy with his prices. I've always thought that they were great. He always tries to give us the best price that he possibly could. They had it done any time that we needed it done, and they did it in perfect time frame. When they told us it was going to be ready, it was always ready.

and quot;Warranty Foreverand quot; program is a complete scam. You get a and quot;freeand quot; powertrain warranty with your used car purchase here. (Of course it's rolled into the purchase price of the car) When the transmission on the 2009 Sonata I purchased here died the warranty coverage was denied for the following reasons:
    1. You have to call an 800 # each and every time to get and quot;authorizationand quot; from the insurance company for your local mechanic to change your oil, air filter, coolant flush or anything on your car that requires routine maintenance. If you forget to get authorization, then, as far as they are concerned, the oil change never happened and your warranty becomes invalid. If you miss your oil change by a 1000 miles from when it was do, your warranty becomes invalid.
    2. God forbid you forget to change the cabin air filter: the insurance company told me that was a part of the reason my claim for warranty on my failed transmission was denied. I forgot to get my cabin air filter changed!!!
Basically, the with and quot;Warranty Foreverand quot; it is nearly impossible for you to collect on your warranty claim: THEY WILL FIND A REASON TO DENY YOUR CLAIM. IT IS NEARY IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP UP THEIR UNREASONABLE MAINTENACE REQUIREMENTS!

    Absolute Auto Service Center
Everything went smoothly--they were very professional and explained the things that needed to be done based on the maintenance (cabin air filter and fuel filter changes).  They even showed me the old filters (yuck!).  The cost seemed reasonable to me, although I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping.  I plan to go back for future maintenance services.

The services were performed in about an hour and a half. I think this location does a good job with services, but it is busy. There are always a number of customers there, however they are staffed properly to manage it so it doesn't affect your service.

When I owned my truck, it was no longer covered under warranty. I had to enlist the help of a local garage. Bob's Car Care has been in Streetsboro for years. They were professional, reasonable and did the job right. Now that I'm married to a mechanic, I get my work done for free. :) would recommend Bob's to anyone!

    Charles Auto Family
I've had a lot of work done to my vehicles at Charles Auto Family over the years. Some mechanics are better than others. I know who to ask for. Service Desk seemed a bit unorganized at times. I would recommend for light to moderate maintenance type work.

They are superb and wonderful. They come to me when my car needs to be serviced. They are perfect. They have new and used car. Every time my car needs servicing of any type they contact me and let me know. They are fast and professional. I love them and will use them all the time. There was no pressure at all from and them and worked with me at every aspect of it like how much money I wanted to spend or what car would be best for me. They worked with me in every way and it was a great experience. I have bought the car on lease and it's cheaper than the payments that I was making for the car that was at home so I was thrilled.

When my wife's car started making engine niose, I took it to the dealer for the diagnosis which was quite obvious. The dealer's quote was quite high and we decided to get other estimates. We have had work done at Bob's in the past and were always pleased with it.

I have been using their auto service for years now.  Prior I used the dealership service as well as other repair services in my area.  I felt all of them left me unsatisfied or I over paid.
Their first repair for me was brake calipers which cost less for the L side versus the R side which I did myself (in fairness I had to buy the tools).  It took them far less time than it took me!
A few years ago I intermittently had problems starting when it was cold.   I left the car over night there but it did not exhibit the issue.  Weeks later I did not start on the first try but did on the second.  This is my only vehicle so I cannot afford to be without it.  I am not a mechanic but am an Electrical Engineer.  So I have some technical abilities.  So we discussed the possibility of the starter motor being the issue.  They agreed the symptoms matched but could not prove it was the root cause.  So, they felt "uncomfortable" with replacing the part without proof.  I had to make my case.  We replaced it and I have not had issues since.
Further there is a 4 wheel drive switch from Toyota that has failed 3 years in row.  Luckily the 2nd one was just under the warranty expiration.  Defer replaced it under warranty.  The second year it failed again but it was after the year long warranty expired (snow came late that year).  They replaced it under warranty again anyway.  Though we have had plenty of snow this year I have not had any issues on this part.
