September 30, 2019 On February 17, 2019, I hired Kevin Taylor, owner of Taylor Made Home Solutions LLC, to do a remodel of our master bathroom. He took this very straightforward bathroom remodel makeover project and turned it into a nightmare with his lack of plumbing skills and the absolute worst display of customer service skills and explosive temper that I have ever encountered by a contractor in my 34 years as a homeowner. After having trouble completing the upstairs shower plumbing, Kevin Taylor insisted that my main water lines plus the shower lines needed to be replaced due to "freezing damage". Kevin Taylor collected a total of $1,750 from me before I discovered that all of his plumbing work was wrong and unnecessary (my water and shower lines did not have any freezing damage). I obtained 4 professional plumbing opinions to confirm this. Kevin Taylor did not have the plumbing skills to do my bathroom plumbing work correctly. Additionally, due to his extreme lack of customer service skills, explosive temper and bullying behavior, I made the decision to fire Kevin Taylor. The night he picked up his tools in my garage, my wife and I feared for our physical safety and regret not calling the police on this out of control individual. He became extremely abusive by screaming obscenities, blaming me for all of the problems, and made it clear he would not return any of my money. I felt I needed to take this man to court so that he might think twice about treating another customer in this unprofessional, abusive, and bullying manner. I sued Kevin Taylor from Taylor Made Home Solutions and won a court judgment for $1,485.18 plus interest of 5% (Stow Municipal court, Summit county, Ohio - Case No. 2019CV101662. A debt collection agency is actively working to recover the money owed to me. I highly recommend NOT HIRING Kevin Taylor from Taylor Made Home Solutions for any home project. Sincerely, John K. Boyd Construction, Restoration & Hardwood Floors
We are happy with the results but encountered a few snags. We are now very happy with our master shower that has a fiberglass surround. We enjoy the new light that changes color and the upgraded fan. The main bathroom is very pretty and practical for our 2 children and guests. We had a scare when the tub arrived and it was the wrong direction- we were told the tub was special ordered. We had waited 3 months for it (on backorder) and it was in storage for 2 more after that (? as the wrong tub) We were told it would be 3 months until they could locate the right tub and our main bathroom was demoed. They discussed changing the plumbing to match and that was not a good plan as it would need to be moved but Dale somehow located a new "right" tub in within the week. The 2 main guys Dale and Dave were great. VERY conscientious. They apologized for the tub. Not so great was the plumber who cut our floor that was not part of the reno. But Dale rectified that with a seal by the shower. The same plumber that cut the floor wanted to cut into our cedar closet for the plumbing. A new guy showed up the next day and seemed more competent. He did not need to cut our closet. We only saw the owner once when he came for the estimate. We expected more hands on as he seemed on top of it with the estimate. His assistant said he had been over many times but we never saw him at our house. We do not know if he saw the cut floor. He did not locate the new tub. Dale said he did. We provided the vanity for the bathroom extra to the 15,000 from Lumberjacks as well as light fixture and painting. It is now nearly 1 year and holding up very well. We enjoy it everyday

I think took time off work for the appointment and he was a no show. I called and they said he got stuck at a job. Understandable but a call would have been nice after waiting for 2.5 hours. He promised to be out the next day and a no show no call for that as well. I had to wait 5 days for the appointment now I have to find someone else within the week to complete the work before out new patio gets installed next week. Very disappointed.

Clink Builders & Contracting Co Inc
Clink Builders was fantastic! We're so thankful for the work they did! A previous contractor left work uncompleted and never returned. Bill and his crew were able to come in and finish the job. In hindsight, I wish that I had found Clink Builders first and hired them to do the work from the start. We needed a 10-foot, 3-course foundation cinder block wall repaired under our sun porch addition. This was found after all of the rain gutter drainage around the house was replaced. The previous contractor had excavated the area, but never returned. Clink Builders removed the damaged cinder blocks, replaced them with new blocks & mortar, waterproof sealed the wall, connected the gutter drain pipes, tied in the sump pump drainage, and back-filled the area. Every person we dealt with was professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with; from the owner Bill, to Dottie (both on the phone and through e-mail), to Brian, Eric and Eric. They started the job on July 3 and came back the next day (on Independence Day) to complete the project. I recommend Clink Builders to anyone and I would hire them again if needed. Thank you, Bill & crew for a job well-done!

    Plumbing 911
Ive used Plumbing911 twice: first for faucet replacement and then an emergency leak repair. Each instance the plumbers were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The repairs were completed efficiently and correctly. They were able to schedule the dates and dates at my convenience and the plumbers called within the planned arrival window given by the office. I highly recommend them.

    Stone's Construction & Remodeling LLC
The project was estimated to take about 8 weeks to complete and ended up taking about 6 weeks. Everything went smoothly and the 6 weeks went by very quickly. There were a lot of workers in and out during the project and everyone was very professional and hard working. If we had any questions during the process, they were answered very quickly and Chad made sure we were satisfied with how things were going. Chad also helped guide and direct us in the decision making process, which was very helpful. We are so excited to start using this new space Stone's Construction created for us!

    All County Drainage Contractors
Josh arrived promptly during his appointment window. He was polite and professional. He checked the shower, running it, and soon suggested that we just needed to push a towel up against our shower entrance so that any water spilling over the entrance lip wouldn't find its way to the basement. The silicone between the outside tiles and the shower entrance was old, cracked, and useless to stop any water spill. The bead of silicone needed to be replaced. Since I could shoot a new line of silicone myself, and since Josh said he hadn't done any actual work, he didn't charge us a dime. And our problem is solved. I couldn't rate this company high enough. Will certainly call them in the future.

    All County Drainage Contractors
They had to dig by hand because the drain was located in a space only abt 4ft wide at the edge of the property. They did not expect to find it as badly damaged as originally estimated when they snaked out the drains. The broken area was completely flattened for abt 8ft or so. They had to replace the connection to a downspout that came into the yard drain at this point as well. They had squeezed the job in before starting a much bigger and longer job already scheduled for the week, but continued to work this one even as it just kept getting worse. Josh stopped to let me know when he realized it was going to be a bit more than estimated, as they had not yet found the entire extent of the problem. I gave the go-ahead for the extra cost. They worked quickly, fixed it and cleaned up after themselves. They also lifted as much of the grass as they could in pieces to put back down on the top when they refilled the trench. Excellent job. Lots of patience with panicky homeowner as the length of the broken drain got longer and longer. Have worked with this company for 15+ yrs, and have always come back to them when needed.

    Allen Drain Service Inc
It went really well. We called them on a Sunday when the sump pump stopped working after some heavy rains and loads of laundry. They came out the very next morning at 9am on Monday to replace the pump. Jeremy was very helpful in providing tips to avoid overloading the pump going forward and how to monitor the water.
