    Doggie Go Go
They do an excellent job with grooming.  I have been taking my dogs there for over 4 years.  My only disappointment with them is that they are unable to accommodate a change in schedule, even for a loyal customer.  I switched jobs so I tried to reschedule my appointments and was unsuccessful.  I was told I would have to wait 4 months to get back in.  I've been taking my one dog there every eight weeks for about 4 years, and my other one ever since I got him, so every 6 weeks for a year an a half.  I just would have hoped they would have tried to work with me to continue to groom my dogs.  When I told them that I would have to try to get in somewhere else in between, they were perfectly okay with that.  If it weren't for the fact that they are impossible to get in to for service even being a loyal, long-time customer, I would have given them an A.

    Salon De Pooch
Holly grooms our Pug once a month and trims his nails - which grow at a rapid rate and she is the ONLY person he will allow to touch his nails. When vet tries, Toby fights them and comes off the table. He loves going to see Holly and all the girls there....he is a little flirt.

    Salon De Pooch
Our big black lab mix decided that he no longer wanted us to trim his nails. We tried and tried, and he ran and ran. His nails were getting long and we knew he was uncomfortable, so we decided to try professionals. We looked up groomers on Angie's list and found that Salon De Pooch has excellent feedback. I called this morning to make sure they were willing to take on the job, and they were. We brought him in this afternoon, and although he wasn't happy about it, two young women calmed him down to the point where he got up on the table. One young woman held his head and calmly talked to him, while the other young woman quickly trimmed all of his nails, even his double dew claws. After cleaning his ears, he couldn't get out of there quickly enough, but his nails were clipped at an excellent price. They were all professionals and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. We'll be back if they'll have us.

    HEARTLAND KENNELS
We have boarded our dog at Heartland Kennels several times over the past year and had him groomed a couple of times.  We are extremely pleased with their facility.  Our dog always leaves happy and looking and smelling clean (even when not getting a bath before leaving).  The staff is super friendly and good with our dog.  On top of their excellent service, they are extremely reasonable with their pricing (especially compared to other kennels in the surrounding area with subpar facilities).  We recommended our father-in-law to Heartland and he now drives out of his way to bring his dog to Heartland when he travels.  One thing to be aware of:  Your dog must have it's current vaccinations at least 2 weeks prior to boarding (great for the health of our dogs!).  I would recommend Heartland to anyone looking for a boarding facility for their dog.

    Doggie Go Go
It is an old house with glass doors and little baby gates up everywhere. They said I was welcome to watch them bathe and groom the dog. The dog came out prancing and happy. I asked them to not put any fragrances on her and they didn't. You pay when the job is done and not upfront. They always give you a treat bag to take home and even a sample of some dry dog food. They do a GREAT job. They are reasonable.

    Salon De Pooch
We took our golden doodle in for her first trim ever to Salon de Pooch. Her groomer (Lisa Parker) was very patient with us as we tried to describe exactly what we wanted done. As it turns out, our dog had some underlying matting that couldn't be removed but Lisa was so good with us to try to explain exactly what she was going to do and she tried to keep her fur as long as possible. Lisa was very kind and did a great job with our dog. We will definitely be back again. I would highly recommend Salon de Pooch and Lisa to anyone!

    Dogs With Style Inc
I started to use this company when they moved to the Hudson location. Sue has groomed my dog multiple times and I have always been pleased with how nice Tori looks. It always seems to be a busy place so they must be keeping their clients satisfied.

    Double Dog Day Care Inc
My dog is an American Eskimo. I just wanted the coat trimmed a bit and I gave them the specifics. The grooming area was like a play area for the dogs. When I went to pick up my dog I saw that my dog had razor marks and I could see pink skin. It was not the way an American Eskimo should be groomed. They were fair priced but they lied to me. The quality of the grooming was really bad. The groomer talked like she knew what she should do and was very hostile. I later spoke to the owner and she said that they did not groom American Eskimo, but huskies.

    Valley Animal Hospital
These guys are GREAT! They love animals and really know how to handle them. My favorite is Dr.Sands, but all the veterinarians there are very, very good. We've been taking our animals there for about 25 years and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. We've taken dogs, cats, birds and guinea pigs to them with total confidence. We've boarded pets with them and used their really great grooming service. Yes, they're a little more expensive than other vets, but we really think they're well worth it.

    A PET-ICURE & CLIP
The experience is always positive. I would never do this on my own due to space and the knowledge to trim dogs nails, and cut safely....coat and nails. You walk away from there knowing your pet will be cared for, treated well and come out looking better!
