AFerrato Landscaping and Home Improvements Inc.Dan and team are a go-to for us for pretty much everything around the house. Since we moved back into the area this summer they have provided landscaping, interior work, Xmas lights, and snow plow. They do a great job at a fair price. Always very professional and thorough- they take time to understand your expectations and give great advice when requested. Most importantly, they are safe at a time when it means so much. One of the few companies who actually came through with an estimate for a major rehab of my screened-in porch and other items. Mike's team (Mark and others) arrived when promised and worked on this job for several weeks until it was completed to my satisfaction. There were many facets to the job and the team was communicative throughout ensuring I was in agreement with everything they did. They even constructed a custom doggie door as part of the project! DThe owner and his worker came out took a look at my concrete stairs talked in their language that was not English. I asked for an estimate in writing. The owner told me it was a waste of his time emailing a estimate if I was not going to commit. (Red flag for me) I get ALL estimates in writing detailing what is going to be done, with company information as well as my contact information and price. If you don’t have contracts and estimate in writing word of mouth means nothing.

AI couldn't ask for a better experience. They went beyond what I expected. They repaired all the wall imperfections including my wall of windows. The finished result was absolutely beautiful. They are so professional and fun. They showed up everyday at 8:30 and completed the job when they said they would. In fact they left my house cleaner when they left than when they started. I would highly recommend them.

AJim and his crew are dedicated hard working professionals. The cost was very reasonable and he worked hard to source the materials needed despite the fact that they were in short supply. They pay attention to detail and take their time to get things right. It took a good 3 weeks to build our deck and there were between 2-3 guys working every day. I was glad that they were patient and not rushed at all. The other thing that jim does well is he gives a very detailed accounting of what different things cost and when payment was expected. I am going to use him again for some basement finishing as well.
