My overall feeling about this office and Dr. Fox is meh.  Not bad, not great- just OK.  The office environment leaves a lot to be desired, you'll usually wait more than a few minutes, and the receptionist/front office staff is indifferent at best.  The last time I was n, the exam was conducted by a resident in training.

Over the years I have been a patient of Dr. Cohn's, I have had a longer and longer wait after arriving well before my appt. time. When she enters the exam room, she seems much more rushed, impatient to get going and less willing than previously to answer questions or address concerns. Although most of the assistants who do some of the treatments are friendly and professionsal, her office staff is less than friendly. I know she says she overschedules so patients won't have to wait weeks or months to get in, but with the long wait and the feeling of being rushed and even unwelcome, I have found another dermatologist.

My kids have all gone there for a number of years through their teens for their acne issues. They are very good. My youngest one who is 22 still goes there because she has some skin allergy type of thing. They are very good with treating that. They are all very considerate. I went in just for a general skin check back in August and they found that I had some dry skin on the side of my nose which I thought was nothing but it turned out to be a form of skin cancer and they caught it. I have been to other general practitioners and nobody had caught it. Everybody is very kind and friendly. They also have interns from a med school that is not far from here. Their offices are not fancy by any means, they are very simple. I would say the only drawback with them is that their waiting time is usually long.
