    Koontz Construction
Job went off without a hitch. Koontz people were a pleasure to work with. Their work was done very professionally. They did all they could to make the job flow easily. I would have them back without question.

Excellent work. Extremely professional and diligent. They dug out dozens of gigantic tree roots that were undermining our FLA room and cracked the cement floor and blocks. Poured new floor and helped to settle the bowing in the wall and window. We are very pleased.

R Greene Concrete Leveling Co Inc
I sent an email via the company's web site on Easter Sunday. Mid-morning on Monday I received a reply indicating that an estimator would be out and if no one was home they would place the estimate in the paper box.
As it happened I was home when Brian Greene stopped by. His estimate was fair and he answered my questions so I accepted the estimate and he said they could fit me in on Thursday afternoon between 2 and 4 PM. At 2PM Thursday the truck rolled up and within an hour they had leveled the driveway so it was flush with the garage. They then cleaned up the work area and patched the drill holes used for jacking. Extremely polite and diligent.
My wife and I were extremely pleased with the responsiveness and work done by Greene Concrete Leveling. We would give them our highest recommendation to anyone needing concrete to be leveled.

    US Home Remodeling LLC
Eli and his crew did a very good job. They completed the the work quickly (3 days) and professionally. Antonio and William were very good at their jobs. They were also friendly and polite. They worked hard and stayed until each phase of the project was completed every day (generally10 hour days). These two workers are well versed in all aspects of remodeling and their craftsmanship was very good. We would rate the quality as B+. I suppose if they had a dedicated tiler, a dedicated carpenter, a dedicated plumber, etc the quality would have been slightly higher - but the cost would be much higher. So the value is excellent.
As with any project like this, there were a couple of minor bumps along way but they took care of them quickly and thoroughly. They even returned to fix a couple of things that popped up after the job was completed. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the results.
We're very happy with the completed project. We definitely would use US Home Remodeling again. Full disclosure - we are not affiliated in any way with this company. This is the first time we have had any dealings with them.

It was amazing to watch them work and see all of this come together so
beautifully. I couldn't have asked for more, and couldn't be more
We had the work quoted in 2014, but because of a protruding manhole
cover, we had to postpone the driveway until the City recessed and
    sealed the manhole.
In April 2015, I called and sent them pictures and they remembered me.
They were able to re-quote it without coming back out, which saved me
time. The rain we have had really effected outdoor work, but Sherry in
the office is quite sharp and kept me up to date on the scheduling. She
is very coordinated and it's just so nice to talk to a real person that
is very caring of your needs, and accommodating.
At my request, Sherry even adjusted their schedule and  "skipped" us,
did a small job, and came back to us to keep our scheduling coordinated
to vacation time we arranged so one of us could be home while work was
being done. She is great with communicating through the whole process.
It all worked out according to plan and it didn't rain at all during the
    week they were working!
Eric is awesome too. He came out on two different occasions prior to the
work starting, to answer questions we had, and to go over a few changes
we wanted to make. He made recommendations and worked well with
incorporating changes we made into the plan. He is very professional and
just a great person to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable in this
work and it shows from start to finish!
The crew were there each morning on time and working the minute they
arrived. It was amazing to watch them work as they were very coordinated
and very skilled in working together. Some areas were very large, and
two men on either side of a board worked in perfect harmony without
spoken words! I was in awe watching them work. Very smoothly and very
efficiently. No time was wasted as this was a large project.
They are very professional and take pride in their work and it shows in the workmanship.
We are absolutely and completely so much more than happy with their work
and will have them back out when we are ready to put a drive in the
    back are of our property.

    A J & S Concrete Inc
John and his team worked as a well oiled machine. Arrived promptly and worked with little deviation from the task at hand. The 1st day demolition was completed and forms mounted in place. Day 2 was weather related with no work done. Concrete was poured the 3rd day and expansion joints cut on the 4th day. His entire crew treated our property as if it were their own and clean up was exceptional on all work days. I would highly recommend John and his team for any concrete type work needed. You will not be dissappointed.

This project had to be timed just right, between having our side yard dug up to install a drain system and having a new lawn installed to fix the damage done by the drain system. Eric was able to schedule the pouring of the patio so that his men and equipment would not have to work around a newly graded and seeded area. They were quick and efficient during the installation of the patio. Eric came back in the fall to put down a sealer and before doing so power washed the patio and cleaned off a little splatter that was on the house siding. We were pleased that he wanted everything just right.

    New Creation Builders
The garage is really good quality. Their communication skills need some work. They did not build to the stakes I put in the ground, and it is closer to my house than I wanted. I will take the hit on that since I did not check the frame location before they poured concrete. But then, I don't think I should have to do that. They did not grade the dirt around the garage and it is in big clumps. They left construction debris and trash at the site when they left. They did come back and clean it up after I called and asked. I had a difficult time getting a start and finish date until I threatened to cancel the contract. They told me it would take 3 days to build. Left out that it was not three consecutive days - not a big deal, and I have learned that it takes time for the concrete to cure before they finish building -- just would have liked to know upfront.

    Dan Guardo Contracting Inc
The owner, Dan Guardo came out for the estimate w/in a few days of request. We actually got 3 different estimates from him as we were unsure how much we could afford to do. He was very understanding in regards to this.  They did have to move our job back a week but that's mother nature for you as their work is dependent upon weather conditions. All in all, it took approx. 6-7 days to complete entire job.  Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice and very professional in their work. There was one guy who over saw the work and was one of our contacts to let us know what was going on and where they were with the job and also for any questions as the work progressed. The owner, Dan Guardo, stopped over several times during the job to check on his team also. We are happy to see our garage not tilted anymore d/t crumbling foundation and the driveway looks great!!

We were told specifically we were "on the schedule" multiple times.  We were going back and forth, getting the pricing updated as we widened a patio by 2 ft, removed the stamping option, etc.  There was no doubt we were having the work done.
Finally, at the end of May, I received a call stating they would be here Thursday & Friday.  Husband and I took off work to stay home.  No call Thursday or Friday, no email, no show.  Called Friday morning, no call back.  Office manager called back Friday evening saying they were having trouble getting the concrete removal guy scheduled to remove the small 10 feet x 2 feet old 50's sidewalk.  John called on Monday extremely irate.  He informed me rather rudely that I can't expect him to just show up and do the work, even though we first met 3 months ago.  He was having problems finding somewhere to dump the dirt and concrete "all the way out there."  Here we are, 3 months after quote, and he can't find a source to take the dirt and bit of concrete, and he acted as if it was our fault for living so far away.
Our price was updated at least 5 times.  He quoted us one price in person, another price on the phone, a 3rd price on the quote itself.  We did some small updates, and the price went up by $1,000.  We dropped the total amount of concrete needed (shortening the drive) yet the price went up to another $750.  Every day we spoke, we were given a different price.
John knew our location when he first came over to measure.  He should never have taken the job if it was too far for him or if he didn't have the resources he needed.
Constant promise of "being on the schedule" were not true.  We didn't get added to the schedule until May, having received our quote in March.
The extreme rudeness and lack of communication during the 3 months was unacceptable.
The pricing was inconsistent and made no sense - price going up as the amount of concrete was reduced.
We managed to get out of the contract and not have to pay the cancellation fee.
I would not recommend this contractor due to the high price, inconsistent communications, what seemed like a disorganized schedule, and rude behavior after what was very clearly their own fault.
We went with another contractor, closer to home, and literally $4,000 cheaper.
