    Linz is a place you can trust. Honest folks who provide a solid value and great craftsmanship. Some cretin let their door fly into our new Jeep. It looks like a bolder hit it! No note, just a huge dent. Looked around and was quoted ridiculous amounts by some "paintless dent repair" clip shops, so we decided to go back to Linz. They repaired several vehicles for us over teh years and they didn't disappoint this time either!
    Perfect repair and expertly detailed the interior as well. Honest folks doing high quality repairs at a fair price. Don't hesitate trusting Linz with your auto repairs.

    CLASSIC NISSAN OF STREETSBORO
    I bought my most recent car from Nissan of Streetsboro in 2011, and had a fairly easy experience, so I went back to look into upgrading yesterday. The sales associate we worked with, Dave Richman, was incredibly nice and we enjoyed working with him. 
    However, when it came time to negotiate the purchase price of the vehicle we were interested in, the sales manager, Matt Emond, was downright rude and condescending. Based on his "hard sell," right out of the gate, I'll never do business with this place again. Someone really needs to remind this guy that he works in sales and part of his job is customer service. There are plenty of other dealerships in the area that treat customers with respect, so there's no reason to give this place your business.

    I used the Streetsboro office - much closer to my home. These guys are AMAZING. Car looks brand new again - inside and out - my car is a 2003 and looks fantastic. Paint color matches perfectly - Which can be an problem on bumpers. Not with these guys.. I will always use these guys.

    I took it to their Streetsboro facility because it is closer to home than work. I was blown away. They picked up my car, did the work, detailed the car again. and delivered it back. All I can say is that this went beyond customer satisfaction, but created customer delight

    Keen's Body Shop Inc
    My car was rear-ended at a red light and my rear bumper was damaged badly enough that I wanted it replaced. Luckily, the other party's insurance covered the entire cost of repairs. I chose Keen's because it's gotten a lot of good reviews here on Angie's List. The body shop called me to arrange an estimate as soon as they heard from the insurance company. They said that I could just drop in at any time while they were open and the shop would do my estimate. My estimate was taken care of immediately when I got to the shop, the shop also made arrangements for a rental car and had it added onto the insurance claim. I got my car back exactly when I was told it would be ready. The guys went way beyond the level of service I expected. I was scheduled to work at the time my car was ready, so the shop actually offered to drop off my car and pick up the rental for me! I wanted to put gas in the rental before I returned it, though, so I was told that someone would stay late so that I could pick up my car. (Luckily I was able to leave work earlier than I thought, so I didn't have to take them up on their bargain.) I'm absolutely thrilled with the quality of the work. The paint on the new bumper matches my car perfectly. Not only is the work flawless, but my car was washed and I think Keen's even waxed my car for me! They also pounded my rear license plate back into its original shape. My car looks fabulous. Next time I need body work done, I am going to Keen's first.

    After a "senior" moment I damaged my daughter's first car. The hood was dented, the bumper gouged and cracked and the headlight broken. I had to have it repaired "as good as new". Although I have it insured, I thought I'd pay for it out of pocket to avoid the inevitable giant rate increase. I went to 3 shops, the first had an outrageously high price and kept telling me to use the insurance "let the insurance pay", he didn't listen to me once. I had purchased two new aftermarket headlights and they refused to install them. They wanted to replaced everything, the price they quoted was more than twice the price I eventually paid and they wouldn't guarantee it wouldn't be more, as a matter of fact they were certain they would find more! The next two shops were more affordable, but didn't have a clean or organized appearance. They looked more like they did this work as a hobby, but at least their quotes were more realistic. When I visited Lintz Collision, Dan was speaking with another customer and helping him with problems he was having with his insurance company. When it was my turn Dan asked what I needed and he and I inspected the car together. He asked what happened, I explained my situation and what I wanted and he LISTENED! He understood, had a quote ready in 5 minutes and explained everything completely. The decision was made for me when he said I will make sure it is perfect, "I will treat it like my car" and I believed him. The car was ready when promised and Dan kept his word. Despite the problems he encountered with the headlights, the car was perfect. His workmanship and skill is evident in the perfect finish and paint match. The price was excellent and the results beyond my expectations. An accident is never a pleasant experience, especially when it's entirely your fault. When you find a shop like this it makes a bad experience tolerable!

    I WAS GREETED PROMPTLY. EVERYONE WAS PLEASANT. THE FINAL BILL WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS QUOTED. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, AND THE WORK WAS WELL DONE. MY CAR WAS READY WHEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN TO PADULA'S FOR FUTURE AUTO BODY WORK IN THE FUTURE.
