    Bryan got our business over another place by being courteous on the phone. He was able to come out the same day, diagnosed the problem in seconds and a few minutes later had it fixed. The price was reasonable, he was prompt, even early, and called before he came out. He was very professional. I would highly recommend him and will use him again for other appliances.

    Work was done promptly and professionally, but the charges were excessive. Not only did they charge an $89 service fee to come out but also charged an hourly rate of $110. Typically, the $89 service charge covers the first 30 or 60 min of service with other providers that we have used in the past. The parts were maybe $30 and my total bill was over $250.

    My kenmore fridge quit running after only 3.5 years, so I called Sears. I scheduled an appt. for them to come out, the repairman called me when he was on his way, I told him what was happening with the fridge and that it was only 3.5 years old. He told me that before I paid for him to come in, I should know that it was probably the compressor and that it would cost $800, did I still want him to come in. I told him I needed to talk to my husband and would reschedule if that was the route we decided to take. Since the fridge was only 3.5 years old and we paid $2,000 for it, we decided to have it fixed, but I would try a local repair and see if it would be less expensive. I called a different appliance repair and told him my story, he told me he didn't work on compressors anymore, but suggested Brian at Akron Appliance, so I called Brian. As soon as I told Brian my story about the fridge, he asked me if I was sure it wasn't covered under warranty because he was pretty sure that Kenmores had at least a 5 year warranty on compresssors. So i checked my manual and sure enough, it was covered under warranty, I then called Sears back and scheduled them to come out to repair it under warranty. No one at Sears ever bothered to tell me that it was covered, had it not been for a call to Brian, I would have paid a lot of money for a repair. He didn't have to tell me that and could have had a large $$ repair for himself. I appreciated his honesty and should I ever need an appliance repair that isn't under warranty, he is the first person I would call! Thank you, Brian!

    Very good experience. Called on Tuesday and they were able to schedule appointment around my schedule for the next day. Technician Mike was friendly, professional, and quick. He was able to diagnose the problem and recommend the right repair. Since my dishwasher was 15 years old and the parts for repair would���ve been pricey, decided to just replace. Very happy with the service call, though.

    I found them on Angie's List and they did real well. He figured out what it was and replaced it. I liked everything every about it. I called them, they were out, like, the next day and they told me what the problem was. They came back the next day and finished. They were very informative, explained what happened and resolved the problem. I plan on calling them again within the next couple of days.

    Ron came out on a Thursday and the company called on Sunday that our part was in and Ron could come back out the next day.  He was on time, the installation of the new part was simple and fast, and now we have a light in our oven again.  We were very pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of Eastside Maytag Home Appliance and won't hesitate to call them again with any future repairs on our appliances.

    As stated above, he easily could of sold us something that we did not need. He was courteous and very friendly and pleasant. He did an honest assessment of our problem and had us up and running in about 5 minutes. He could of sold us something that we did not need but did not and even explained that if we have problems in the future just how easy of a fix it would be. I couldn't be more happy with the service.
