    Hatherill, Dr. Michele L
    Her communication skills and the time she spends with her patients is exceptional good.  Her follow through is wonderful and she's always there for her patients.  She believes it's important to develop a partnership with her patients when dealing with all aspects of their condition and recovery.

    Ronald Mineo MD,DO
    We decided to get both of them done at different times.  Dr. Mineo and his staff were so kind and helpful with any questions I had, helped with insurance and hospitalization.  Dr. Mineo had done hundreds of these operations, so I felt confident in his abilities.  I was not wrong.  They were done 7 weeks apart.  There was a lot of pain, but with pain meds and physical therapy, it was tolerable.  6 weeks after the last procedure my knees felt better than they did before the operations.  It's now been 2 years since the surgeries and my knees feel better than they have in 20 years.  I can walk up and down stairs and don't groan and whine when getting up from a chair.  Dr. Mineo was just wonderful.

    Solon Spine & Wellness Center
    It was great. I have not done a bill. My insurance covered it all. The reviews on line are pretty good. The downfall for me was I was looking for a place that offered a massage as well included but they did not offer. They are great experience. However, a few was looking for a massage to be included.

    Le Chaperon Rouge
    Enjoyed the variety of activities and learning curriculum. Teachers were very knowledgeable of children's specific needs and personalities. They were able to give me feedback when child was acting and quot;offand quot; and sure enough it was typically an ear infection or something I needed to look into. Felt this was a safe environment for my children.

    I left a message mid morning and never received a call back during scheduled hours. Then after I finally get someone to answer the phone, it was with a "Hello" instead of a professional greeting and then am offered up excuses as to why my calls were never returned. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend.

    Todd Handel MD
    Dr. Handel is a disingenuous, immature, arrogant and above all else he is not a patient advocate. Dr. Handel has no concern for the well being of his patients and will lie to them when he states that he will support them. Dr. Handel does not listen to what you tell him rather he makes up his mind as to what your condition is but he will dictate how effective his treatments when in actuality the condition persists or worsens. I advise that you do not seek treatment from him.

    After the initial consultation, I had an xray and was told about all the subluxations in my spine and the course of treatment. Oddly enough, the number of visits required exactly equaled what my insurance provider allowed. They researched that during the xray. I started the treatments and found the treatment to be rough and painful. I've been to other providers before and not experience this level of and quot;rush rushand quot; treatment. The TENS unit operators were too busy talking about their social plans to notice that they turned the machine up to full voltage despite my objections and I was in considerable pain. When I pointed this out to Dr. Shimmel he laughed it off and said that a few more treatments would take care of everything. On my 5th visit, I was seen by a chiropractic resident who overdid the adjustment and I felt pain shoot down both arms to my hands. My hands were numb after that. When I saw Dr. Shimmel again, he stated that and quot;this proves the treatment is workingand quot;. Really? I saw my family doctor after that and he was horrified and said I had nerve root damage that would take several months to clear up. So I cancelled my future visits. That is when I found out they had been overcharging for my visits and owed me considerable money. One excuse led to another and to make a long story short, it took almost 6 months to have the excess moneys refunded.
    This place is bad treatment wise and also business wise. I hope they get it together because I believe that Chiropractic does a world of good and practitioners like this just make a bad name for the discipline.

    Clean facility with structured activities during the summer for my daughter. Reasonable cost with all field trips included. They are outside every day, except for the day they are in and they do swimming and rock climbing. In the summer this is perfect. They are permitted to bring there own food and clothes for changes. My daughter took books to read when she had time. Many of the field trips are extensive and unique. There is good discipline and the children respect each other and the teachers. Daughter left saying and quot;I'm going to miss this.and quot;

    Serenity Massotherapy
    The therapist was running a little late due to a previous client, but we got started within 10 minutes of my appointment. My therapist was very good - was respectful of my skeletal issues. I would go there again.

    Dana was exceptionally friendly and nice. The massage was wonderful and she was very pleasant and calming. I enjoyed that she did not try to talk to me that much during the massage, as I was able to fully relax.
