  I called to get a ballpark estimate and basically become more informed about what to do with an unfortunate looking bath tub in a rental unit. FSM got back to us right after the holiday (We'd called right before Thanksgiving.) and was very helpful in helping us to analyze our situation. I would definitely call them in the future as I appreciated their openness and honesty. Plus, they do already have a good reputation in our area which is always helpful!

  For the work done in April I called and made an appointment and they finished the job a few weeks later when they had free time from other jobs. When I tried to hire them again is when the problems arose, they were busy so I would call back every couple of weeks to find out if they could do the work. The secretary, apparently tired of me calling then told they would be out the next week, which they never showed up or called to cancel the appointment, they just didn't show up.
