From our first meeting with John Gianangeli, things went very smoothly. John was very knowledgeable in roofing materials, styles, types of features, and most importantly what procedures our installation would entail. Then we could see a complete picture of the scope we were signing up for. You handled new plywood, water and ice protection, dimensional shingles, ridge vents, and removal of asbestos shingles. Also, we have to say that the crew we had, supervised by Abraham, did an excellent job! They were so professional and conscientious with their work and it showed in the results. Our neighbors gave us so many compliments on the new roof. People stopped us while we walked our dogs to comment on the new roof. In fact, we were so happy with our experience with Classic Interiors that we called John back that same week to install gutters for us. Again, we were pleased with the good work that Gutter Guys, your contractor, did for us too. ABy All Means & MoreChris and his team have done an excellent job with every job I've given them. I am remodeling a very old home and there are always unexpected surprises every time we open up a wall to do something else and they are always prepared to handle it. Chris is very conscientious about staying on budget and I can trust his crew inside my house. I think that dogs are excellent judges of character and both of my German Shepherds absolutely love all the guys on his crew which is really all I need to know about their character.- Alex H.

AMachen Home ImprovementsJodie Machen is an outstanding workman and job manager. Our home is a old steel-baron era mansion from 1929. It needed a new roof and significant association flashing work. Jodie Machen was the perfectionist I was looking for. Not only did he do an immensely careful job, but he was thorough in his communication with me throughout, calling to touch base not just on formal aspects of the job, but also on convenience questions. His personal presence on the job made sure that his standards translated to his work crew, and together they presented a polite and professional group who I felt very happy to have around my little kids. I would unhesitatingly recommend this company! As an aside, Jodie Machen also fixed a difficult plumbing problem for us, so I suppose he would be great for other similar work as well!- William J K.

But I went ahead anyway and searched and found By all Means and More..... I called Chris and spoke with him about multiple projects I had and been wanting done for a year or so..... The experience was great when we met on are appointment.... Everything he said was going to take place and how it was going to go it did!.... ABy All Means & MorePROJECT OVERVIEW Called before morning arrival. On-site project leader made contact on arrival, introduced themselves and outlined what work they were performing that day. Notified me when they were leaving site to pick up additional materials and when they would return. Work completed in an efficient, thorough, professional and safe manner. On completion of work, met with me to confirm completion, detail what was done, potential future areas of concern and asked if I had any questions. Project leader was obviously very experienced, understood project scope and kept me informed throughout. Site was left clean and free of all debris. First class work. AGutter Done Construction, LLCThe first day we called him, he came over after work, looked at the home and gave us an estimate right then and there. I loved that there was no waiting for the estimate. We were not in a hurry and asked that he do the job sometime after the middle of August. The estimate was so good we did not look around for anyone else. We called when we were ready, and he had a couple jobs ahead of us. He ordered the material and started work on the 16th of Sept. His crew worked the whole next week except one day for rain. They finished on 9/26, and everything was done to our satisfaction. In the end, he took $100 off as he had estimated too much. We would definitely recommend Gutter Done to anyone who is looking for honest, good workers. The seamless gutters are amazing!- Rita C.

AI noticed we had some water leaking around all three of the vent pipes going through our roof. I called and talked to John, who gave me a competitive quote, and we set up an appointment two days later. Eric and Jerry showed up on time and in about an hour, they replaced the boots around the vent pipes, sealed them, sealed around the chimney, and also sealed a dozen or more nail pops in the roof that they found while inspecting it. They showed before and after pictures of all the work. They were extremely nice and professional. Although I hope to never have a roof leak again, I'll certainly call Roof Repair Experts again when I do!

AThe salesperson David was very honest and had no interest in upselling. He strongly advised against any interior drains for my basement, and he instead recommended an exterior drain called HydroBlox for my backyard. The estimate for the HydroBlox was $3,400. The installation occurred a few weeks later. Three employees used a machine to dig a trench in my backyard, and then because of utility lines, they hand-dug another trench in my side yard. They installed the pieces of HydroBlox and covered them with dirt. I expect the HydroBlox to properly drain the water from my yard, but if they do not, then I will update my review in the future.
