AMolyneaux Tile Carpet WoodI can't say enough how happy we are with the flooring and carpet we ordered from Molyneaux. Steven Porter was awesome, brought samples to the house, was very patient with us as we were trying to decide what we wanted. He was so helpful! The crews who came to the house to install the flooring and carpet were polite, did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves, and we are thrilled with the results! ADiNardo's FlooringI had three bedrooms carpeted with the same style carpet. The rooms are small and contain heavy furniture . There were minor scuffs very low in a few spots and zero damages. There was very little extra carpet left post installation.- Becky K.

ABudget Interiorsi was looking for a certin laminate else where and it was discontinued but budget gave me hope. and said they would search up and down to try to find what i wanted. well, they did. and i got my laminate and all the special attention which really made me feel special. the installers were also so very nice. i would/ will be going back for sure. thanks guys for all your wonderful help.- jane d.

ASMITTY'S WHOLESALE CARPET WRHSWent to the store on March 6th and the carpet was installed on the 15th. So from start to finish took 9 days. Another company said it would take 4 weeks. Was promptly greeted upon entering the store though the employee was unable to give me pricing information (apparently only Smitty does that). After spending about an hour looking at all the carpet styles and colors available I set up an appointment for them to measure for the next day. Unlike some companies, Smitty's offers free estimates. Smitty called me later that evening with the quote and I ordered the carpet the next day and it was installed the following week. As for the install, I was happy with Tim (Morris) and John. They were very professional, they spent nearly the entire day installing the carpet (they had some issues with getting the ramp installed appropriately). The carpeting on the stairs looks great, no ragged edges. The carpeting along the tile also looks great, you can't tell that the basement floor is/was uneven. There appeared to be some minor dings in some drywall, but the dings will either be covered by baseboard trim or can be easily patched.- Lisa M.

ARITE CARPET & DECORATINGI would definitely recommend this company. Peggy measured my entire house, as I am looking to redo all of my flooring, answering questions as we went. Michelle helped me and was patient and knowledgeble as I was asking questions trying to make decisions on what to choose. They made the process so easy for me. Jake and Steve ( I think was his name) were very professional and efficient and had the job done quickly. I had one small issue I called about later and that was immediately resolved and everything turned out very nice. They really do what they say they are going to do and want to make the customer happy. They have been in business for a long time. In fact, Jake remembered putting in a carpet for me about 25 years ago. They are an asset to our little town of Bridgeport.- Patricia K.

I had never used them before, but while shopping different places for floor coverings I stopped in their place and was impressed by their professionalism and attention to the customer. Carpet was ordered, and they said it would be about three weeks before it arrived. It arrived, as specified. They set up an installation date for a week later. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would. The two installers worked without hardly taking a break. They finished-up and cleaned-up. They moved the furniture. AThis is the 2nd job in under a month from Molyneaux....again, we had sales rep, Maggie, a wonderful, professional woman....we had installed LVF for our kitchen by Dane and George....looks beautiful and so well pleased...both guys were courteous and professional...install was beautiful...they laid a sample down for us to see the looks before proceeding...we so appreciated that...we are again pleased and very satisfied with Molyneaux's work....you cant go wrong with talking to this great company about your projects!

FThe floor is uneven and crumbling. Smitty's refused to replace. Smitty's ignored the BBB, Ohio Attorney General and a report from a certified floor inspector. This floor is used by 2 80+ seniors that use walkers and is hazardous.

FSome of the flooring began to splinter almost immediately. We called and asked if someone would come to look at it to see whether it was a warranty issue and to determine what could be done. First a factory person came and told us that everything looked ok and that it should stop soon and they would repair the spots that splintered. When it didn't stop, they sent an independent flooring expert who basically said the same thing. It's been six months and after numerous calls to Jamison Floors, they still have never repaired the flooring.
