    Segrest Moving & Hauling
Attributes like reliable service and quality care are the opposite of what I received from Segrest Moving and Hauling. Upon scheduling an appointment for service - two weeks in advance, I received a text message from Corey on the day of my move. Merely 40 minutes before my appointment time, Corey announced a late arrival, with no ETA. Despite the inconvenience, wasted time and missed work, I was still willing to trust that Segrest would honor their commitment. After hearing nothing from Corey for hours, I sent text messages, called three times, left voicemail, but to no avail. Segrest Moving and Hauling NEVER SHOWED UP! After nearly five hours of waiting for Corey, I left a voicemail expressing my dissatisfaction and requested a call back. Not only did Corey leave me high and dry on my move, he did not even return my call. To add insult to injury, I received no explanation, recompense, or apology. This has been the worst customer experience that I have ever received. I do not recommend Segrest Moving and Hauling if you need reliable and professional service!

We were very pleased with the service they provided. From calling & scheduling the moving dates to the day of the moves. Everything went very well both times. They are thorough, quick & have upbeat personalities. Made moving not so bad. Would definitely recommend them.

    All Ways Moving & Storage
The move went extremely well. From our first phone call, the estimate walk through and the entire move ALL WAYS was outstanding. They had a wealth of information which they were more than willing to share which helped us pack and prepare properly for our move. They were always prompt, professional and communicated well. Three young strong men loaded a trucked dedicated to our belongings only on a Monday in Bridgeville, PA. What was most impressive about these guys was their attitude. They were not only here to move us but also to make it as stress free as possible. They handled our belongings as if they were their own. Extremely careful and always taking their time. They answered all our questions and did a walk through to ensure we didn't forget anything. We were very happy how things went on load up day. Off course, the true test would be how things arrived in Springfield OH two days later. On Wednesday they arrived a little early and were ready to go. Again, handling each piece carefully and never dropping a thing. The unload went very smoothly and quickly. It was amazing that everything arrived in the same condition it did when it left Bridgeville, PA. Positively NO dents, damage or even a scratch. When it comes to moving ALL WAYS is the best hands down. They were also the lowest cost of all my estimates! If we move again, it will be one call and one call only to ALL WAYS. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free economical move. One final note, after the move they sent us a note thanking us for using them and wished us well in our new home. From beginning to end a real professional organization. Thank you ALL WAYS!!!

    Moving Ahead Services LLC
From my initial contact with this firm on line up to my payment at completion all went very well.  This is a well organized and professionally run family business.  They contacted me via phone and emails to ensure we were both on the same page and kept up the good communications throughout the process.  The two workers they sent over to provide the unloading labor were excellent.  They really hustled and yet were carefull with our belongings both large and small.  These guys were both personable and professional.  They went out of their way to be helpful and keep our stress level low.  They placed everything where we asked and were always upbeat and cheerful even though it rained some of the time.  These guys worked well together and had experience at moving.  They knew what they were doing.  Overall, my experience with this firm was outstanding.  I recommend them to others who are moving and need help.  Checkout their website for all of the options they offer for moving.  They are a one stop provider which really helps with the relief of the stress of moving while providing everything you need under one roof.  They get a BIG "At-A-Boy" from me!

    What a nightmare!!!!!!
The movers arrived two hours late.  They told us they were to move only a two bedroom apartment and made no mention of the storage units we contracted for.  They moved our stuff out of the apartment and then went to storage units and it started raining.  They complained that they didn't have room for all the stuff in the storage units and said if they new they would have packed the truck better.  I told them to move the big stuff and leave the stuff I could move in my car.  They didn't.  I had to rent a truck several days later to finish up.
They were suppose to put down protection on the floors of our new home to protect flooring and carpets. Wet foot prints and mud everywhere   They left our Perfect sleeper mattress out in the rain and the cover was ruined.  They scratched one of four new dining room chairs.  They marked newly painted walls, scratched woodwork and left furniture in the rain during move. They drug
    Attached is the claim letter I sent them;

They were not equipped mentally or physically to do the work.  When the quote
was given my wife (Darcy) told Adam who took the information that we had
furniture from a 3 bedroom house and garage in a two bed room apartment and in
storage.  The men showed up expecting to move a two bedroom
apartment.  When I showed them the storage unites they complained that
they couldn?t get it all on the truck.  I was told, ?If we had known we had
to move all this we would have packed the truck differently?. When they arrived
I told them about the storage units.  I know your movers didn?t pay
attention to me but I feel who ever took the quote from Darcy didn?t either.
Well it rained yesterday and I understand that makes work harder.  But that is
no reason to leave our Sleep Number mattress out in the rain to be soaked and
the cover ruined.  I will be making a claim for that.  It costs about
$682.00 to be replaced according to sleep number.  They gouged a new
dining room chair that about 6 months old.  I have numerous marks, gouges,
and rub marks on my walls that have to be fixed and repainted.  I have
brand new woodwork that has been scraped and gouged. Those should be replaced.
We have a box spring set that was set down in the water and the edge of it is
covered with dirt and was soaked.   I left your people at the storage area to finish up loading up the truck.  I
told them if they didn?t  have room, to leave things I could get in my
car.  They left bikes, Tool cart, a safe, utility shelves, and other items
I cannot get in my car.  Now I have to rent a truck and find someone to
    help me finish their job.

The total claim for damages was $1241.00 based on cost for replacing the cover for the sleep number bed and estimate from builder to repair damages caused by movers.
    This was their reply:
I am very sorry to hear our services were not
    performed to your satisfaction
We are able to issue a refund for household
goods delivery services.  Please note  the following:
    1. Signed Delivery Slip stating all goods were
    received in good condition
    2. Signed Service Agreement
As we cannot fully replace items in question we
would like to resolve your dispute. I have the ability to issue a refund in the
amount of $116.00 for all damaged items in order to resolve the
dispute.   If that is a satisfactory resolution please send me the
name and address for the reimbursement.
    The amount of
reimbursement or repair is based on your coverage. We offer Full Replacement
Coverage and Depreciated Value Coverage to customers who want protection over
our Minimum Coverage which is included free with every move. With your
coverage, the value of reimbursement is 60 cents per pound.  Roadrunner
Relocation Services uses weight of the furniture and calculates it that way and
then you can repairs done as you see fit. If an item is not completely damaged,
then that reimbursement amount is lowered for repairs. We would not be paying
the whole reimbursement amount to do a repair on an item that you would be
keeping. All of this is explained in our service agreement.  If you have
any questions please let me know.
    Best Regards,
My reply to them as of this time.
In regards to your last letter.
The signed sheet for our goods being
delivered in good condition was signed before we had a chance to see the damage
your people did to our belongings.  Your people were in such a rush to
leave they hustled us to sign it. I wish to see a copy of that signed sheet and
the other materials we signed.  If I am correct they both were so wet they
    were impossible to read.
This coverage;( We offer Full Replacement Coverage and Depreciated Value Coverage to customers who
want protection over our Minimum Coverage which is included free with every
move.) was not offered to us.  Again poor service on the part of your
people taking orders for services rendered.
In regards to the statement made by Kevin
White concerning my wife only saying we had a two bed room apartment to be
moved and nothing else is so insulting it isn?t imaginable that someone in
customer service would do that.  My wife and I discussed her conversation
with the salesman and Mr. White extensively and she did tell the salesman at
the beginning of the conversation that we also had two storage units in
addition to the apartment to be moved.  Calling my wife a liar (especially
since she is an ordained minister)  is very hard to imagine.
You at least owe us three quarters of the amount of our claim due to your companies incompetence in
handling our move. Your company said our floors would be protected and care of
our furniture would be a priority. Neither were evident in this move. Pushing a
leather couch down the hall, scrapping the wall with the legs of it and
tracking wet tennis shoes on our new floors and carpets was anything but good
practice. In other words, we did not see your stated policies in action and
therefore do not believe they are a practice. When it comes to customer
satisfaction in this day and age it seems that should be one of your top
Your help in this matter will
be appreciated.  I do now wish to carry this further.
    Best regards,

    - Keith D.

    Mr. Mover of Ohio Inc
The guy was very professional. The quote was very detailed. I thought the price was reasonable. I was happy with the guy who came out to give me a quote. I was happy with the quote. The quote was approximately over $1700.

They arrived on time for the estimate and for the move itself. They worked the entire time and even with a small amount of things over provided a smaller truck to get it all done in one trip.
It was all day and I had everything marked where to go which helped when they unloaded.
Absolutely nothing was broken but some big furniture from the old home upstairs dinged a wall in trying to get it out.Other than that I would use them in an instant for moving. They were excellent.

    Rollins Moving & Storage Inc
The original movers were very friendly and very comfortable. After they left I found that a couple of tags in the inset of my dining room table had been broken off and they never told me about it. There was some wall paper accidentally stripped off in my old house that they didn't tell me about. Once everything was in the house, they had put the piano in the wrong place and when I called to have them do that, they said 3 men would have to do that. When they left, 2 of the front wheels were missing and so my piano was off level.

    Two Men And A Truck
They were very prompt, very quick but careful, very professional and very punctual. They were very upfront about what they were charging since they were coming from a further distance. Their price was comparable if not lower than others even with the distance charge because they were so quick.
