Tom did not call. I placed a call to Tom to request status on Friday, 16 October 2015. to date I have not heard from the provider. I originally purchased two (2) Angie's list deals with the provider back in May 2015. Original attempts to get the provider to come out were unsuccessful for months. I finally reached Tom and we scheduled for 8 October - nothing since. Tom told me during his visit on 8...

Tom and his guys did a fantastic job, resolving issues left by another contractor.  The crew even did a few minor corrections to other issues they found - things that were not identified in their quote.  It felt good to have a contractor you felt you trusted and didn't turn a blind eye to something they saw as an obvious issue.

He is at the work site with each new group of workers to check things out which is something we feel is very important.
