    Spectacular service. Very professional and courteous and a fair price. Diagnosed the problem and were quick with the repairs. They even asked me to come out to make sure they were addressing the problem I had described. Finally found a great mechanic.

    My vehicle was side swiped on the drivers side causing damage to the mirror and bending the inside bracket for the drivers window so the window would no longer roll all the way up. Brought the vehicle into rogers garage on 8/4/16. Repairs were done poorly. The window still pulls away from the frame causing strain on both motor and window which can be seen and heard. On the way home I came to discover that the one touch up and down for the drivers side window no longer worked and the rear drivers window switch no longer worked at all. Took the car back to rogers garage that same day where the mechanic, Todd, looked at the switches and said he would order the parts and give me a call when they arrived. Two weeks later, 8/19/16, I went back to rogers garage to find out what was going on with the parts. Todd happened to be there but didn't remember me, never ordered the parts, REFUSED to acknowledge the window was still working improperly even though it could be plainly seen. Tried to give me excuses and tried to convince me that the drivers window worked just like the undamaged passenger window when it was plain to see the difference between the two. Todd told me he would be happy to get the car back in and take a look at it. I'm presuming he was happy because now he could charge me again fixing what he didn't fix properly the first time and to charge me to fix the switches he had broken. To summarize: very poor quality of workmanship. Lots of excuses. No accountability or willingness to admit what they had done wrong. Also there policy is to call someone only if the PARTS are over $50. The labor on my vehicle was $176 and I never received a phone call.

    An inspection of the house to determine the heating and cooling load was made within days of the initial contact.  The installation schedule was as agreed upon; that is, there were no delays in the installation.  The reason for the higher than normal price is the extra ducting that had to be installed for the second floor.

    All was very professional.

Those are the two most important things. I've used them in the past many, many times. They're very good at diagnosis of our problems and all aspects of the car.

    I thought they did a good job. They figured out it was a serious problem. It wasn't one that they could fix. It was something that had to be done by a dealer. They didn't charge me as much as they would have. They were honest and they seemed pretty hardworking.

    I arrived at Roger's 15 minutes early for my appointment. I was promptly greeted and recognized by the staff, I have gone there before. I asked for them to use the synthetic oil and oil filter I brought with me for the oil change which they said was, and quot;No problem.and quot; Having gone to Roger's before I trust the mechanics and what they have to say. I was told I had 35% left on my brake pads and could get by a few more months with them.

    I need to say that Roger's doesn't have many people come in for just an oil change which they have told me in the past. The reason I chose them to do it is the complete thoroughness they give to checking other parts of the car (i.e. checking hoses, belts, and other fluids).

    The only thing that made this experience from being completely perfect is I waited an hour and a half for the job to be done even though I made the appointment 2 weeks prior.

    Despite my wait there is no where I would prefer to take my car than Roger's.

    See rating for "Auto Tech". Apparently he goes by several different names. I would never trust them for any car repair because of their disrespect. The owner still has not answered my two letters. Just took my money and ran.

    Really like this service center, and I will return for more service. A year ago, a pair of tires I had purchased from them went bad after only 18 months; they called the company and lobbied with the tire company for a few days. Outcome: they helped me get two brand new replacement tires at no cost to me. They even remounted and installed the new tires for me at no charge from Bill Marine either.

    They did. install a new muffler and so on.  However, the muffler they installed which they said was for her car was much louder than the older one.   When we questioned it, we were told that was the correct one; however, we do know that it is really much louder than the older or the original one.   I can hear her coming before she hits the driveway.  I do not think we will use them again.

    Service at S and J is wonderful. They are able to provide realistic estimates and I never feel like they are recommending unneeded maintenance or trying to upsell me. Last April I had the timing belt replaced in my Kia optima and they were able to have the whole thing done during my work day. They even called to let me know when it was complete which was slightly ahead of their estimate they gave me that morning.
