    Settlers Walk Eye Care
    My entire experience was excellent. The office staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and had minimal wait time to see the doctor on the day of my exam. The optometrist was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. As I had a change in my lens prescription, I decided to look for a new frame also. There was a wide array of frames from which to choose. Again, the staff was very friendly and helpful in aiding my selection of a new frame and clip-on sunglasses to match. They said my glasses should be ready in 7 to 10 days, and I was called one week after my exam to pick them up. When I received my glasses, they were careful to adjust the frame for my comfort and make sure the lens prescription was precisely centered. Overall, my experience at Settlers Walk Eye Care was excellent, and I intend to make them my eye care providers. My husband will also need an eye exam in the near future, and he will be going to them, too. From my first experience, I can say that they are very busy eye care providers but they take the time to thoroughly deal with their patients in a very friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend them.

    Pearle Vision - Centerville
    Had eye exam at my local eye doctor, and went to Pearle Vision to buy the glasses (my doctor is associated with their own glasses store, but I had purchased from Pearle before and was happy with their selection and prices).  The person who helped me (I can't remember her name) was very friendly and knowledgeable. She worked with me in comparing after-insurance costs and the store's promotional costs to come up with the best price between the two. I was given time to look through the frames until I found those I (and my spouse liked). I had a prescription for bifocals (computer distance and far distance) and in deciding on two pair I decided to get one pair of bifocals and one pair of dedicated computer glasses. The sales associate was able to compare my prescription and do local measurements to ascertain the computer-only lens. The glasses came within a week or two and Pearle adjusted and cleaned my glasses. Everything came as expected and I was very pleased with the service.

    Stahl Vision
    Dr. Stahl runs his practice very efficiently and customer service was outstanding. Everyone in the office, including Dr. Stahl, is very courteous. I really like that in each area there is a TV and most of the time HGTV was on. My husband, my son and myself went in with the plan that all three of us would have surgery, but after evaluations Dr. Stahl did not recommend my husband for surgery. This indicated he was not just about the money but made decisions in the best interest of the patient. I, too expected to have surgery on both eyes but again, Dr. Stahl recommended monovision, so I had surgery on one eye. He recommended my son have both eyes. My son, 28 years old and for the first time since he was 6 years old, he is not wearing glasses. His vision is outstanding. He is so happy with the results.

    Eye Mart - Miamisburg
    It was all pretty good. I didn't have any complaints. They did what I considered an effective eye test and wrote a prescription that seemed to work for me although I didn't like it because it was bifocals so I had to get used to it. It was something new which drove me crazy but nevertheless, the prescription was what I needed. They had preset pricing so there wasn't a lot that they could do for individual offers on pricing. They seemed to be able to get us in that day although I remembered waiting for a little while because they were getting backed up but it wasn't an uncomfortable wait and it wasn't multiple hours. The optometrist was pretty good and friendly. It seemed pretty friendly environment. Their computers were down so we had to wait but nothing came out wrong. They have a professional office and examination area but the customers were all waiting in the same area and you don't know if they're waiting for what. Some people were waiting for their glasses made, some were waiting to see the optician and some were waiting to see the optometrist so it's really confusing. Nothing stands out as negative. The chair side manner of the optometrist was pretty good.

    Gemini Eye Care Center
    I had no appointment but went to the office to get a copy of my eyeglass prescription. I pulled into the parking lot at 1 minute to 5:00pm on Wednesday May 8, 2013. The and quot;openand quot; light was on in the window and I was pleased as I had been stuck on the freeway for 20 minutes behind an accident. As I reached for the door, I saw the and quot;openand quot; light go dark and noticed someone hurrying to the door and heard the look click as I put my hand on the door knob.
    I was more than disapointed and knocked on the door. With several customers still inside, the receptionist opened the door and rudely told me that they closed at 5:00 and that I should come back the next day when they re-opened at 10:00AM. I said to her that I couldn't believe that she was locking the door in my face, to which she repeated, and quot;we close at five, come back tomorrow...and quot;
    I submit that this company cares much more about themselves than they do their customers/patients. I have been there for two eye exams and have never felt any warmth or compassion for me as a patient. The culture of the office appears more like a scrap metal recycling center than a place for medical treatment. I came face-to-face with that culture at that visit. I won't be going back.

    Lee, Dr. Karen
    I took my 12 year old daughter here for an eye exam. She was nervous and the relaxing and friendly environment in the waiting area put her at ease. The doctor and staff were very friendly and explained everything to her. The entire staff was cheerful, knowledgeable, proffesional and very helpful. The doctor was very thorough, we felt comfortable asking questions, and her answers were very clear. The Optomap retinal screening was new to us and the pictures were explained in detail. I highly recommend this doctor and the rest of the family will be visiting soon.

    Settlers Walk Eye Care
    They were thorough but the bedside manner of the ophthalmologist was a bit terse. We would use them again.

    Springboro Eye Care
    He is good at what he does. The frames for glasses are somewhat expensive. He is very personable as well.
