AI've never had anyone else clean my home, and I wanted to have a deep clean done before bringing home my newborn baby. I was i initially a little disappointed after having my home deep cleaned, so I emailed Diana to let her know that while the house mostly looked great, there were some tasks that were neglected. She easily could have said, "Too bad. It's already done," etc., but instead she came to my home and thoroughly cleaned the neglected areas herself. I was honestly stunned by her offer and by the quality of work that she did and the time spent rectifying the situation. It was a far better outcome than what I was expecting!

FFor sure the worst company that I ever hired a service. I hired their service because I moved to a new home and my wife was coming from a surgery and we needed the house disinfected, carpets cleaned. So I meet their work at the home, left him alone there, asked to call me when he had finished the work so I could go there to lock the house, guess what he never called and after 4 hours I decided go there to check, he never answered the phone and we were still finding a lot of hairs and dirty in our carpet. I called them, they said someone else would come to re do the job but nobody came back to and neither explain why nobody showed up. Completely disgusting their work, if you need a carpet cleaning... one thing... don't go Widmer's Carpet Cleaner, for sure!

DThe person sent was promised to be their best when I noted the house was quite dirty and needed work. The person got there late. Then in 3 hours and 40" she cleaned 1 full bath that admittedly had mold and needed work and 1/2 bath that didn't need much at all. She seemed to resent being asked to clean real dirt. There was a small furnace room with a muddy floor from a backed up storm drain which when she finally got to it didn't really know how to clean it. She should have used a bucket and mop and gotten back in the corners but she wiped up some of the dirt in the front of the closet and left the rest. When I sent her back she for some unknown reason used a carpet sweeper on the now damp and still muddy cement floor. She then set the sweeper down on the newly cleaned hall carpet leaving multiple mud stains all over from the sweeper. She said she couldn't reach the corners. She never got to the kitchen which I ended having to clean along with redoing the furnace room including the corners which were easily reached with the right equipment..
