    The cost was a little higher there, I didn’t have a quite as good of coupon for that place. They are a little ways away from me. I keep going back to them because of the type of service they have. It’s generally both a discussion and then they give me a printout of all the things that they fell should be addressed. Then they will give me a printout also of the same sort of thing. It’s a discussion and a printout at the time of service.

    Techna Glass
    Pretty well; I called Technaglass after Safelite brought out the wrong windshield. They were super fast and someone actually picks up the phone to complete the appointment. The call center is located in Utah, but I did not have any issues getting everything scheduled. 
    I chose Technaglass due to their outstanding warranty (free chip repair for one year), however the catch is that I have to drive to the location in Milford,OH to have the repair made. I thought they would send a mobile repair guy to fix the chip. Not exactly close to Springboro, OH but I'll make it down there soon. Not a huge deal and I'd use them again.

    Had immediate appointment available as well as a loan vehicle for use for the day when called their service department. Acura service techs are always waiting for you when you arrive and always call you by name and are aware of service requested. If they make recommendations of other upcoming maintenance items, they do so without being pushy. Upon completion of service, they make a point to confirm you are satisfied with their work as well as the treatment received from all involved. They also follow up a day or so later to be sure you were satisfied. I highly recommend their cars and their service department!

    8/23/2013 (friday evening) Purchased 2013 RAM 1500 Big Horn pickup truck, sticker price 39,430 plus $405 for bedliner. Salesman offerred, full price reduce by $12000 for my trade in vehicle. My wife and I declined. It wasn't exactly the vehicle we wanted; however, the salesman described many features we liked on the vehicle such as the new 8-speed transmission, navigation package with backup camera, remote garage door opener, and  the Bighorn package. Wife really liked that we would have the backup camera, salesman said the image appears on the console screen. We wanted the 6-cylinder for mileage, but it wasn't available, and the 8-speed transmission is expected to mitigate the mileage issue for the 8-cylinder.  The saleman and sales manager both confirmed this truck had the 8-speed transmission. So we offered 20,000 and our old vehicle that had trade in value of 15,000. The sales manager accepted. Then the problems started. They were unable to detail the truck, so we made an appointment to come back Aug 28 for detailing; the sales rep committed to providing a loner car and topping off my gas tank when I came back. As we finalized the deal, I also suggested we have the bedliner sprayed in on Aug 28; the sales rep said he took that out of the package on the counter offer (without telling me). Wife and I left for home, i wanted to use the gps and the dealer was closing so we drove across the street to a parking lot and referred to the manual, couldn't find out how to use gps. Drove home, next morning tried to program the remote door opener; couldn't find it. Went through owner manual and concluded the truck does not have nav package or backup camera. Monday Aug 26  morning I called Wetzel dealership and asked to have the deal reversed because of missing features like remote, nav package, 8 speed transmission option.  He said the deal cannot be reversed because they already titled the truck; the only way now would be for them to buy back the truck at a $12000 loss to me. I didn't know at the time, but the truck was not actually titled until Sep 9.  I took the truck in August 28 for detailing and the Xylon treatment I bought with the truck. Detailing was good, after two months I notice water doesn't bead on the paint like after I wax a car, bugs stick to hood just like untreated vehicle. In view of other experience with Wetzel, I now doubt the Xylon was applied. They also didn't top of the gas tank like they promised they would. About Sep 18 sales mgr called me, said he saw my survey results and offered to make it right with a free oil change.  I asked about the nav package; this particular truck is listed a "NAV ready". He said he would not install nav package, but would install camera and cover my gasoline for coming to the dealer.  I reminded him they didn't put gas in last time like they said they would; he said he would make sure this time. I took the truck in Sep 26 to get complete a recall item and to have the backup camera installed. As I left, the salesman asked where i wanted the camera installed; I said I looked at Mopar cameras, they are integrated either in the center console screen or in the rear view mirror. He said this is a different brand and most people mount it on the dash. I asked to not install the camera, I did not want a bolt on camera looking like a Walmart item on my $40k truck. I asked that they just take care of the recall and also replace a plug that is missing in the tailgate. When I picked up the truck they said the recall work was completed, but they would have to order the plug that goes int he tailgate. I asked the service manager if the sales manager told them to top off the gas tank, he said no. I asked the service manager to show me the camera they were going to install, he did not have one, nor a picture of one. He showed me his catalog of backup cameras for the RAM, it included integrated cameras, but not the "bolt on" version the sales person was going to provide. 
    I have been buying new vehicles since 1968 and have not seen such misleading dealings. I will not be taking my vehicle back to Wetzel for the free oil changes because I am very picky about maintenance. I have always had the dealers maintain my car per mfr recommendations and have never had a vehicle break down on me, and I drive a lot. Considering Wetzel willingness to exchange reputation for cost cutting measures, I would not feel assured that the oil changes actually occurred. 
    Wetzel is located in Richmond, about 50 miles from where I live. However, their poor business practices are not characteristic of Richmond. I have had my Goldwing motorcycle serviced at Ikes in Richmond for 10 years because of excellent service; and have very strongly influenced a dozen other riders to have their work done there, and heavily influenced three bikers to buy new bikes from Ikes this past year based on my experience. I just want to make clear, Wetzel does not represent other Richmond businesses.

    They were very professional and scheduled around my schedule.  I work downtown and they let me dorp off my car and drove me to my workplace.  They even sent their driver back to my workplace with my laptop that I had left in the back seat.  They were very accomodating.   Had to wait 3 days before I could roll down the windows, but that is the same wherever you go.  Owners and staff were very friendly and professional.  My car looks great and I've rolled all windows up and down many times now with no issues.

    It was pretty good. The gentleman that I dealt with was a little slower. He was great. He never pressured me unlike the other dealership I went to. The cleanliness of that place is good. The only downside is that they forgot one thing I did order and I told them about it and they said they would call me back. It was not a difficult thing to do. When I came to pick up the car, it was already washed, waxed and cleaned. The guy I dealt with wasn't really dressed appropriately. I think they should have been in a suit and tie.

    As always, they did a great job, and had the car returned the following day.  The price was competitive, but the added bonus was a discussion of the condition of the hubs and bearings.  I trust the owner, Bob, and he will always tell me what he would do if it were his vehicle.  Where others may have told me to replace with an additonal sale for the shop, Bob felt that it was not a needed service at the time.  Very honest guys, and it is nice to have that level of trust when an auto is being serviced.

    In April of last year (2011), my girlfriend bought a 2000 Totoyta Avalon here. The car had approximately 135,000 miles on it. That's really not much for that car when you consider her 1996 Avalaon had over 300,000 miles on it and my 2000 had over 280,000 miles on it at the time. Three days after we got it, she informed me the engine light had come on along with the oil light. I cheked on the car and found the dipstick did not register any oil. I put two quarts of oil that I had on hand into the car and it still did not register. I ran out and bought two more quarts of oil, and at that point it registered just above the "low level" marker. Another quart brought it up to full. The car literally was running with a handful of sludge in the oil pan and that was it. The car was also smoking very badly now, in fact, to the point where it was embarassing to be seen even starting the car in our driveway. I took the vehicle to a Toyota mechanic in town here and he pulled off one of the head covers and it was caked with sludge. He told me he would'n't have been surprised to find the car's oil had never been changed. He also told me that someone may have poured something into the car that temporarily kept the car from smoking long enough to get it sold. He recommended an addititive for me to add to see if it might help break down the sludge as the only alternative is either rebuilding the engine or replacing it. Unfortunately, the car burns a quart of oil every other day so the engine treatment I add has no time to be effective. We were told when we bought the car that it had been checked out by their mechanics. The only problem they reported was a squeaky belt. Other than that, the car "ran like a scaulded dog". Well, we are now the ones that got scaulded. Unfortunately we bought is "as is" with no recourse. We bought the car based on the performance records of our two cars and the good reputation the cars enjoy from most Avalon owners. I knew taking it back was going to be a waste of time, however, I did email them and explained what had happened. We got no response whatsoever, which is pretty much what I expected. I know we are stuck and I blame myself for taking the sales person's word that the car checked out just fine.I may have no recourse, but I can certainly let others know about the total sham they pulled on us. Want to get even with your worst enemy? Send them to Walker Toyota in Colerain. You'll be one up on your enemy!

    They are excellent. We spent about $250 on that last service. Our interaction with them was excellent. We continue using them because they are very professional and very honest. They always get the estimates done quickly as well as the work. They are also very reliable and cheaper than the dealer.

    They finished the job when promised and did an excellent job of explaining all the options and costs. They also checked the coolant and topped off the coolant from the engine overheating. I recently became a new customer based on other postings on Angie's List related to Springboro Automotive and have been very pleased after 3 different service appointments (brakes on 2 different cars and belt/water pump replacement). They even took care of some minor things at no cost.
