IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT HIRING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF WORK--TURN AND RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!! DENNIS WADE BENJAMIN--HOW DO YOUR SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE DONE TO SOOOOOOO MANY PEOPLE? HOPE YOUR CONSCIENCE GETS TO YOU BUT IT PROBABLY WON'T. HOPE YOU ARE PROUD OF YOURSELF!!! I AM EMBARASSED THAT WE HIRED YOUR & YOUR COMPANY. HOPE YOU SLEEP GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP AS WE HAVEN'T . We hired this so called home improvement company to build a composite deck. They came out to set the posts for our deck. The idiots who came out kept asking my husband how to do this and how to do that. Our posts were all set in the ground crooked and not lined up with the others. My husband called the idiot owner to tell them either to get another crew out to our house. We ended up with about 8 guys setting the posts. We later found out that the first group of idiots who came out to set the posts accused my husband of pulling up all the posts & resetting them crooked. My husband recently had major back surgery so there was no way that could have even happened. We had 2 cronies from Gloryview come out & put the deck boards down for our composite decking. My husband, who is a perfectionist, was reading the paperwork included only the find out that the boards were NOT to be jammed up against each other. There is suppose to be a 3/16 of an inch between the boards. The cronies had to come back & take them apart. They put all the used, bent deck clips in a bucket. That same night, my husband and I spent several hours straightening out the clips. Next day the cronies show up and were amazed that the clips had straightened out all on their own. We let them tell us several times about the clips before we told them we had straightened them out. We also had ordered new deck clips which were stolen by these cronies. After the clip crap, those 2 were gone. I was later approached by these to cronies at a local business, who offered to come out and finish our deck. I told them "Oh He** No!!" These two had me in tears with all the crap they were telling me Every time my husband called the idiot owner Wade Benjamin were assured that everything was taken care of. We ended up with a guy who showed up and actually got our deck boards done right. My husband kept asking him to put the boards down for the steps which finally happened. This guy proceeded to put up our railing but was waiting for my husband one night to get home so he could talk to him. This guy said that he couldn't get posts in the railing right and had to cut them. My husband sat down on the deck and looked at the pictures on the enclosed papers. He figured out that he had the railing installed completely upside down. Now the posts were too short to put in the railing. Gloryview investor (?) Shawn came out and my husband told him that we now longer wanted anyone on our property from this company only to wake up the next morning with someone here to work on the deck. We reluctantly let him stay. When my husband came home from work only to find out that he cut the tabs off on the railing which now allows yellow jackets in it. Shawn, the investor, reordered all the ruined posts at no cost to us. Now my husband and son have to finish our deck that should have been done a long time ago because of this lowlife of company & its owner whose cronies who steal customers materials to work on other jobs. I know we are somewhat lucky that we got our materials compared to others. We hope that OHIO ATTORNEY GENERAL MIKE DEWINE lawsuit will achieve its goal against Gloryview/Glory Home Improvement. We were one of the several people who was contacted by the Attorney General. Please people Do Not Hire this company. The owner is a CHEATER, thief, liar and everything else you can think of and so are his cronies. I know we are one of the lucky ones but I am so disappointed in the way this company treats its customers. WADE hires thieves. liars and incompetent employees so I guess they learn from the best who is the biggest Liar of all--DENNIS WADE BENJAMIN. I hope your a** gets thrown in jail or prison for a long time. Wade, I hope you are proud of yourself for everything you have done to people. Sure hope he is proud of all of pain he has caused everyone. I hope the attorney general gets him soon. I have noticed that his shop is completely empty.

The contract was signed on Feb 28th 2015 and work started on March 30th 2015 with the removal
of sun-room before the build, the structure was tore down and concrete under it needed removed which added to the amount $1100 that wasn't in the agreement.  They worked when it was dry out and stopped when the rain came which lasted 2 weeks so the project got put on the back burner.  So after to weeks go by I start calling and asking if they were going to start the job back up and they said they were going to start the foundation that week after removing some more concrete and dirt said they would be there, they didn't show.  So I call them the next week and ask when they were going to continue the project they said we have you on the schedule  this Thursday to get the foundation in, they didn't show.  So I meet with them on a Monday after two no shows and wanted to know what was going on it was a combination of other jobs taking longer and the weather is what we heard.  So its said they would be there to get the foundation in that week and look at getting the structure started the next week.  So then City Code enforcement wants to know where the building permit is for the activity going on,  and they never pulled one, which is required when building in Zanesville city limits. I called them and told them and it was said they will get one to continue the project another week goes by no work.  Where in this project 2 months after the start payment and there's no building permit and all we have is a hole in the ground and exposed walls on the side of the house.  I did 3 phone calls that week and no work, so I end the contract and ask for the materials to do the project myself, which they did we scraped the first contract and wrote up a material bill of sale and ended the project with them there. So the build of the project is on me to finish what they started.

    L. A. Builders

Steve White is very professional and courteous.  He and his business partner Dave are very good and knowledgeable carpenters.   This was the first time that my husband and I hired a carpenter and did not feel we had to 'babysit'.  All work was excellent quality.  We highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them for all future jobs.

They had a good presentation and gave us a good price. He started the work in December and five months later they had the frame and roof up. Who ever put on the roof did the valleys incorrectly and the roof was leaking. I had an inspector come out and I was told that the roof was not attached right. I found out that they pretty much did everything wrong and our wood floor and ceiling were damaged and our basement was flooded. They might built a nice decks but they certainly are not addition builders.
