    Happy Hounds Boarding Kennel
Extremely well! We've NEVER boarded our dogs before because they're spoiled, and our dog can get nervous easily. You can just tell from talking with her that she's a huge dog person and loves each and every single dog that is kept in the kennel. She lets the dogs out most of the day, and puts them in their own individual crate while she's away. It's clean, there's a huge fenced in area for the dogs to run around and play, and she will separate dogs if she thinks they might not get along well. There are many fenced in areas for separation purposes. We dropped off our dog and he immediately made new friends and didn't even notice we left. She then would text us pictures of our dog, which was so nice because we didn't even ask her to do that. The kennel itself is air conditioned, she has either a TV or music playing to make the dogs feel more comfortable, and there are cameras watching the dogs. She lives there too, so she just walks out to the kennel every day and plays with the dogs. She also has dogs of her own who will come down and play with the other dogs. It's in a rural area with lots of land and does a very good job making sure dogs can't escape. I will definitely use her again and I trust her completely to make sure my dogs are not only safe, but also loved.

    Bark Avenue Dog Grooming
The experience our dog had was wonderful. This was our second time boarding our dog at Bark Avenue. He recognized the owner immediately and ran right to her. She remembered boarding our dog before. The owner has a wonderful personality. She is kind and caring. Upon picking up our dog, she told us about what they had done while he was with her.

    Brandywine Hospital For Pets
I was told on our first visit by the vet, that is was urgent my dog have a dental cleaning (totaling over $800 and requiring him to be put under anesthesia). I opted to wait on the procedure as we did not have the money to do so at the time. The next visit approximately 6 months later, my dog was examined by another vet who looked at my dog's teeth and s

I took my poodle for a Continental haircut as we have been growing out his Poms, Top Notch, & Tail for quite some time now..the groomer which I trusted unfortunately told me she knew how to do & would leave my poodles poms, tail, & top notch..I talk to the groomer twice while my poodle was there just to confirm & make sure everything going good..the last phone call they called wanting to keep my poodle even longer..they had him a total of about 6 hours !!! When I picked him up I could not believe they Shaved my poodle his Top Notch, Tail, Poms, his whole body after we have been growing out !!! I have never had such a horrific experience ever at any groomers until now at Larrys Grooming (they have a sign on the door that says Lucys Grooming also) how Unprofessional & Disgusting poor excuse for a business!! Do Not bring your pet anywhere near this Hacker poor poodle that had all that beautiful hair now has NONE!!!! 6hours to shave my poodle bald basically they need CLOSED DOWN!!

    Brandywine Hospital For Pets
We have two cats in our home. We schedule their exams together every year. We arrived on time and didn't have to wait long to get into an exam room. The technician took history, weight, and discussed vaccinations. The vet came in and examined both cats, administered vaccines as needed and answered all our questions. The staff were gentle and caring with our pets. Best of all, we were not pressured to do lab tests that were not needed for our two healthy indoor cats.

Dr. Taylor examined Whisper, who is in her later stages of renal failure. She was sensitive to our concerns and sadness, and related to our situation since she has an older cat with the same condition. She gave us expert advice on what to expect and prescribed a medicine as well as food suggestions to increase her appetite. The medicine and food suggestion have worked, and Whisper has much more energy. In terms of her interaction with Whisper, she was gentle and kind. We have been going to Brandywine for 12 years now, and have found all of the vets and techs to be excellent and expert in their care of our current cats and our former dog. The office staff are efficient, patient, instructional and very friendly. It is obvious that everyone there loves animals. We have had animals all of our lives, and these, by far, are the best care givers we have ever found! As usual, the cost of this service was fair and the quality of care excellent.

    Guernsey Veterinary Clinic
The office was able to see my pet the day I called for an appointment. The doctor performed a very thorough exam, asking a lot of questions and follow-up questions. She was cognizant of the previous medical issues my pet had been treated for. (Guernsey Veterinary Clinic is my regular veterinarian.) The visit did not feel rushed and Dr. Hill took the time to answer all my questions also. She was also great with my pet, who was not at all pleased with going to the doctor.

    Masterson Veterinary Clinic
Our last visit to Masterson Veterinary was 02 March 2010; we are not likely to every forget that day. We had never had a pet put down before this, but our elder Poodle was over 15 years and all the signs were there that it was time. It was one of the hardest decisions we've ever had to make. Masterson's having been through it many times was supportive from the time we started thinking about it. We made the appointment for 02 March 2010 after much thought and soul searching. The day arrived and the only word that comes to mind about the whole procedure is professionalism, from start to finish. This old War Horse could not bear to watch as she took her last breath. I was already feeling like a Judas. But despite my weakness the actions of Masterson technicians and doctors was truly professional. The cost of the euthanasia procedure is to the best of my recollection and included cremation and a nifty plaster cast of our Poodles paw prints, which was totally unexpected. I'm sure the personnel at Masterson Veterinary are as human as you and me, and I'm sure they make mistakes, but my experience with Masterson's has always been a positive one.
