    Ten days prior to this encounter had vehicle in for servicing. Mechanic who was to handle sunroof problem out for vacation no one else could or would be able to check the problem so was told to bring vehicle back on Thursday May 28. Vehicle dropped off at service area at 083. When went to drop off tech said was not on the schedule for the day although they had requested we bring vehicle back no call, no update in progress didnt hear a word from them. Back at 5 to get vehicle had not even been checked. Was still sitting in same spot I parked it at over 8 hours prior! Technician and service manager were very lax in response and basically didn't care at all. Offered no apology just excuses! Took vehicle to alternate dealer fixed the same day. Won't be back. Lousy service all around. Vehicle still smells like garage from last servicing!

    I instructed them to not open the car's door because it was on its way to the body shop for repair. They repeatedly opened the door which caused serious damage. After noticing the damage, I spoke with the owner who was extremely rude to me. They said that they would give me my money back but refused to wash my car and said that I had to leave. I said that they just damaged my car and they stated that they did not care. I feel that they should be accountable for the damage they caused.

    We called and made he appointment. We were having a snow storm but they were still open to provide service. We took the car to them and they drove us back home. They had our car for three days which they told us that would be that long. They took it for a test drive and then came to pick us up. We paid for the service in cash and we got a receipt and a 12 month or 12000 mile warranty. They gave us free merchandise with their company name on it. They gave us a can cozy, a calendar, and a keychain flashlight. This company was so polite and. Rey knowledgable.

    Tedious! It took them 2 trips to their garage, 2 1/2 weeks of being without a vehicle and several process of eliminations before they found the causes of the leak! But, their prices are good and their honest about what work they actually did on my vehicle.
    So, if you are a patient person and can wait for your vehicle to be fixed, then you will be OK, because their prices are cheap and more down to Earth then most garages! Also, Corey the main mechanic there, is honest and very patient with customers and is a very nice and polite person to talk with! On the other hand, the owner Scott, has no clue to what is going on with the vehicles his mechanics are working on! He also acts like he doesn't really care about whats going on in his garage!

    I have been pretty pleased with them. They are a Honda dealer. Their price was reasonable. I have been using them ever since I bought my car from them 6 years back. Their service is very prompt and fast. They are very courteous. I do not have to wait long to get an appointment. I would use them again in the future.

    Regarding the air conditioning issue I feared the worse when I took the car in but left with just a minor repair and an air conditioning system that works fine. I truly trust their recommendations on needed repairs.

    After I made the appointment to get the work done, they said they would call as soon as they were ready. They got me in within a week. This was a big job that required pulling the engine so it took some time. They were also at the mercy of the machine shop. All told it took them about a  week to finish the work. I was called with a total and informed my car was ready. The final bill was very close to the estimate and the car arrived back to me in very good shape. She ran very well. The guys at the shop were patient with my questions and willing to give advice before and after the work was done.

    The mechanic priced a new motor for the window and it was 300.00 and I couldnt afford that so they blocked the window up so it wouldnt fall. The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

    NATIONAL TIRE & BATTERY
    WENT IN FOR OIL CHANGE. WAS TOLD SERPENTINE BELT WAS READY TO GO. INSISTED CAR WOULD NOT BE REPAIRABLE IF IT BROKE. HAD THE WORK DONE. FOUND OUT FROM A FRIEND THAT IS MECHANIC THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE BELT WHEN I SHOWED HIM THE OLD PARTS THEY RETURNED TO ME AT MY REQUEST. FOUND OUT i WAS MISLEAD AND CHARGED MORE THAN SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN AVERAGE PRICE FOR THE WORK.
