    Haber, Dr. Robert S.
Dr Haber was kind and professional. He actually looked out for me, I was ready to spend $10,000 on a hair transplant but he prescribed a drug instead, asked me to try it for 6 months and if I didn't see any improvement to come back and we'll talk about he hair transplant. You can't have a transplant while you're still losing hair! Look him up, he literally wrote the textbook on hair transplantation surgery! Is it really any wonder why Dr Haber get's my utmost recommendation?

    Baud, Dr. Eric B
I have been seeing the doctor for about 14 years. It is easy to schedule an appointment ahead of time. He has more than one location.  They are pretty punctual. I visit mainly for skin caner body scans. They removed some skin cancer from under one of my eyes about 3 years ago. They did the entire procedure in office using the MOHS procedure. The doctor is very personable and cheerful. They accept Medicare.

    Bernard, Dr. Philip
I found the office staff friendly and helpful. Dr Bernard I've known for a long time and was the doctor that originally diagnosed my skin doctor when he my primary care doctor.
There was a little confusion as I left that I hadn't been given all the information I needed before I left, but in general it was all fine.

    Amy Kassouf MD
I had seen 2 other dermatologists for this same problem without seeing any improvement or relief. During my first visit she advised me to stop using the foaming toothpaste I use and told me I was allergic to the lipstick I use. She gave me a cream to start using and advised me to switch to natural beauty products. What I had suffered through the entire winter was gone in less than a week.

I visited her another time when my mother had fallen and cut open her chin. I don't know why I thought to go to a dermatologist first but I did. Dr. Kassouf saw her right away and gave her 20 internal and 10 external stitches. You can't even tell she cut herself.

    Katz, Dr. Leonard G
I've been going to him for over 35 years. He's very good on teaching and he's been around for a long time. My overall experience with him has been excellent. I can hardly imagine going to another dermatologist when he retires.

Very well.  Every appointment that I have with Dr. Kassouf exceeds my expectations for bedside manner, medical knowledge and treatments.   I would highly recommend Dr. Kassouf for annual "scans" for those with a history of skin cancer (myself and my family history), dermatological issues, and cosmetic procedures.

    Trotter, Dr. Kirsten Marion
Dr. Trotter took time to carefully explain to me the causes of my condition and the treatment options available to me. She did not rush the appointment, she was friendly, and she treated me with respect.

    Hamilton, Dr. Cecilia L.
I found her to be a little cold. She did not have much of a bedside manner. I am looking for another dermatologist. I felt she was more like an angry school teacher than someone who was trying to help me. I would not go back to her. Her office is also kind of cold. She seems to know her business. She was more available than another doctor in that office. The staff was friendlier than her. She seemed competent.

    Lynch, Dr. William S.
I go there every six months. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. I like him. He has done several surgeries for me, but it was nothing major. What he does works well for me. He is reassuring and I am very thankful. My experience with him has been very good.

    Haber Dermatology, Inc.
After a referral I called to schedule an appointment. She apologized and said it would be a month before Dr. Haber could see me. I laughed because two other dermatologists I had tried to schedule with wouldn't be able to see me for 4-6 months! I arrived at the office 10-15 minutes before my appointment to complete the necessary forms. I was told that it would be a few minutes. The office personnel were cheerful and helpful. The waiting room was hot and stuffy. My 3 yr. old son was with me (I had called and they said that was fine as they did pediatric dermatology). Thankfully, they had a kids' table with crayons, books and a large fish tank to keep my son occupied. Fifteen minutes or so passed and the waiting room filled up. After about 45 minutes (during which time the receptionist kept apologizing for the delay and saying it would be a bit longer), they came out and offered water, juice and crackers. Although I was irritated from such a long wait in an increasingly crowded and hot waiting room, with a child who was growing more & more impatient, I appreciated their efforts. Had I known how long I was going to have to wait from the start, I would have rescheduled. Or, had I been given a timeframe for the wait I could have walked around and come back. I didn't leave because I was afraid that I'd miss my appointment. Eventually (by the time my son had finished his crackers and juice and started drinking my water), I was called back. I have no idea if the hold up occurred before I had arrived in the office or after I was waiting. Once in the office, I talked with the nurse. Then I waited for Dr. Haber. A resident came in and talked with me and did an exam. Before she said that Dr. Haber would be in soon, I thought she was the one that was going to handle my concerns. At this point, my son asked why we had to wait so long and why so many doctors had to see me. I had to agree with him. I guess after such a long wait I expected to get to the point. They didn't cut corners though, despite running behind. Dr. Haber came in along with the resident and the nurse. He did an exam, talked with me and we scheduled a procedure. He took his time and answered my questions. It seems like most doctors would be rushing their patients through at this point. Even though I was frustrated, I think the staff was as thorough as they would be on any other day and I appreciated that. Overall, my experience with the staff and physician were good which is why I am following through with them. The waiting room experience was not good at all, but they tried. It will be interesting to see how the procedure goes, as well as how billing/administration is handled. Hopefully it will go as smoothly as I hope!
