    It went well. They were ready to tow my vehicle within minutes of my just stopping by. My vehicle was ready the next afternoon. A few days later, I thought I was experiencing the same problem I had them fix. They took the vehicle in and looked at it right away, no hesitation. They even allowed me to inspect the problem with them. No additional problem was found and I haven't had any concerns since.

    There service manager was easy to understand as he explained what the problem was and how they would fix it. He scheduled an appointment at my convenience and had the job completed in about 2.5 hrs. The mechanic took the vehicle for a test drive after diagnosis and again after work completed. Waiting was comfortable with reading material and a TV with my choice of channels. The owner offered some friendly chit chat and kept me informed of the progress while sharing his experience with different types of gas, fuel products and auto maintenance to improve the life of the vehicle. The work was supervised by the manager who check on the progress reporting back each step of the repair. It was checked by the manager before turning it back to me. I am very please with their quality of work. Job was priced fairly. Missing screws, washers, etc. not related to the repair were replaced at no charge. I have used this service many times in the past 20 years because they are honest, friendly diagnosis the problem and charge what they estimate.

    Rick was very professional, made sure we didn���t have him do more extensive work than was necessary, and the service was done quickly, carefully and for a very reasonable price. Looking forward to him servicing our car again in the future.

    I don't think there was a charge. I think we were okay. We've been using them for years and they are so good. I would recommend them to anyone. They are responsible. They are always ready to help you. They're honest. I can't imagine anybody else giving better service than they do.

    Ms. Ivy never directly answered my simple, detailed questions about how the lease numbers were calculated, so I could not compare their offer with offers from other dealers. The Acquisition Fee was given as $895, which is $300 over the standard Honda number of $595. Don't trust their numbers. Caveat emptor here, people!

    My husband goes to Crestmont Cadillac, but I think they are too expensive. My husband will use them again. They could be nicer to women, more respectful. They could lower their prices. See I have a PT Cruiser, and my husband has a Chevy. We were going there because they used to handle Chrysler, which is my PT Cruiser. So, I still take it there because they did it in the past. I would never like buy a car from them or anything like that. When my husband calls for something he gets immediate attention and action. When I call, nah, whatever. I think men are pretty much that way.

    I got a special deal. It was a promotional package so they do, for so many years, I think 4, my oil changes for free. If there's other things that I have done, they charge me for that, of course. I take it in for the oil change and if I need something else done, I take it from there. I think the price is fair.

    I do check around for prices. This is the first time I had my brake pads done. I had brake and pads combine. I usually buy them, but this is the first time I just took them in. This is all new. I look for the most reasonable. It seems like the most reasonable is when I buy my own pads. I just didn't have the time. I got there and talk to people, they say they are reasonable and check. They will tell you what is wrong, and you have to figure out if you need the brake pads. That is what they do. They will ask when you want to come in. I say as soon as possible, and was able to fit me in.

    He is very good. It took just an hour to complete. He is fine. It's the owner, basically. Beforehand, he gave me kind of like an idea of what was wrong. I was hearing a noise. He said "this is how much it will cost." He pretty much covers everything. I'm not sure if it's on a truck or anything, but he does cars. He could have someone returning the calls. It's sort of like a 2 man operation. He does most of the work. That way, the response time would be better. That's all.

    Afterwards, I had to get rid of the car. We had to scrap the car after that, so if I had known that, I wouldn't have had the car fixed. The reason I did go to him, was that my other mechanic was backed up and I had to get the car running.
