    I've used A&E once for a previous refrigerator repair many years ago. The problem then was fixed, but what stood out to me was that the tech had asked me to please leave the kitchen and not watch him while he does his work. It took me aback quite a bit, but I complied. In hindsight, I should have refused and say that I have the right to watch and make sure he's performing the repairs he's charging me for. That in itself should have been a warning about considering this company again. But, that isn't reason for this review... This time, I called for service on the same fridge - different problem. I chose to call A&E again because they are a national company and my thought was that should I have an issue with the repair, they should have the resources to stand behind it better than a one-man local operation would. This would have been a halfway decent idea as long as I can get them to even make it to the appointments that THEY scheduled. My initial appointment was for June 26, 2019 between 1-5 PM. Late in the afternoon, they called and said that the tech is not able to make it and that I would have to call the appointment line to reschedule for a later date. I was pretty upset as I had taken the afternoon off from work in anticipation of the appointment. I called to reschedule, but was perturbed that the earliest they could schedule me was July 10 - a full two weeks from the initial appointment. I reasoned that they should give priority to me as they were the ones who did not meet the appointment THEY made with me. They apologized and said July 10 was the best I could do. I relented and agreed. I took the afternoon of July 10 off in anticipation of this rescheduled appointment, and guess what... They did it AGAIN!!! They called in the afternoon to tell me the tech is not able to make it and asked me to call the appointment line to reschedule. Very upsetting! I called the appointment line and explained that this is twice in a row that they've done this to me, but their response was to reschedule me for July 17. At this point, I was livid!!! I asked to speak to a manager who told me the same thing. I argued that my service call should be prioritized at this point. I even asked for them to connect me directly to their dispatch center. They said there's nothing they can do and finally suggested that I should call a different service provider if I am unsatisfied with their resolution. That's likely the smartest thing I've heard anyone say from this pathetic company. I told this "manager" that since no one from their company seems willing to do the right thing, I would be posting the appropriate negative reviews in every online site I can. If you need an appliance repaired, please find literally anyone else. This company consistently overbooks their technicians resulting in these scheduling nightmares. They don't care about their customers or their time - and they make themselves oblivious to the fact that some people need to take time off from work or their lives to accommodate such an appointment. If they don't make it to your appointment, no big deal... they probably already reached their quota for the day. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL!!!

    4-1/2 year old refrigerator had stopped working. We located Brian's company on Angie's List and even though it was after working hours, Brian walked me through what might be done to get the item working again. We booked an on-site call and whether or not he came we would be more than happy to pay for the service call if his over-the-phone remedy corrected the problem (and it did!) We told Brian that whenever we needed any appliance repair, he would be our first go-to person for how he handled our situation. He was cordial and professional and went above and beyond as far as we were concerned. He deserves and A+.

He talked to us about the brands of dryers that have been reliable in his experience. All in all a great experience. This has been my experience every time we have used his services.

He was upfront that because the machine was so new and just out of warranty it would be difficult and time consuming to determine exactly what needed repaired or replaced. He let me know his schedule was limited because of the holidays. He recommended another technician.

    Scott was awesome. He arrived on time and within less than 30 second he was able to figure the problem with the dishwasher and it was a quick fix. He only charged me the minimal service charge. He made sure the floor is clean after he was done. I asked him a question about the water dispenser in the fridge not working, he politely told me that he doesn't fix fridges, but he guided me through different reasons for the that and he actually went down to the basement checking the water supply to the fridge and we were able to fix it. Great service and price. Will definitely hire again.

    He was here the same day we called to assess our 10-year-old washer, which had stopped agitating and spinning. After taking it apart, he showed us what was wrong and explained how he determined this from the visual code. He strongly recommended that we NOT repair it and replace it instead because the substantial cost of the necessary part and repair would be better put toward a new washer. We appreciated his honesty, his professionalism, his detailed explanation, and his recommendations for replacement. We now know how/where/why to proceed with purchasing a new washer. We absolutely will call Wolf Appliance Repair again if/when we need their assistance in the future. We only wish we'd known about this local business sooner.

    A couple of weeks ago my refrigerator forgot it���s job. It was 40 degrees in both compartments. Possibilities ��� thermostat, compressor, something else? A call for service to all the regularly mentioned places in Nextdoor resulted in three call backs ��� Ted and two service companies, who could come in a day or two. Ted asked for the model and symptoms. From his questioning he diagnosed the problem over the phone. And he squeezed me into his schedule and made the repair the same day. And he charged less for a service call than the big guys as well as for the same part that had failed years earlier. Call Ted Cirillo 216-233-5356. He is All Service Solutions, Inc. Good service/pricing should be shared. Great service and pricing should be SHOUTED. Thanks Ted. I hope we will keep you busy.
