I have been going there for a few years. It doesn't cost me anything because it is covered under my insurance.

Five Seasons Family Sports Club - Dayton
I use both their fitness training and trainer. Actually I used Jessica 3 months ago, but I use the facility more often. That was back in November. Jessica is very friendly, professional and she really knows what she is doing. She is realistic about where we are like I'm 56 years and she doesn't treat me like I'm a 20 year old. She doesn't push too hard. She assess where I am and then treats me and helps me move forward in my progress through fitness. She is very easy to work with and she is a really nice person. She is very professional.

    LA Fitness
I've used LA Fitness for about three years. I usually do water aerobics there, and it's been fine. The one complaint I do have about them is that they don't regulate the temperature of the pool. Most days, it's very nice, but some times, it's not. We have two of them in town, and you can go to either one. The other one has an indoor track, which is nice during the winter. You have to go around it six times to go a mile, but it's better than trying to walk out in the cold. Overall, I like both of them. The price is reasonable. It's $30.00 a month.

    The Fitness Cellar
Great. 4 women in their 40's, never athletic, decide to get in shape for our health, still at it a year later. We pay personal trainer discount to train 4>1, so it's affordable. Because we train as group, there is accounability, thus the training for over a year. Exersize is hard and I could never push myself like the trainers do. Like I stated I am not an athete and started at over 200 pounds, closer to 50 than 40 years old. Never felt judged by clients or trainers! Its not easy, but I feel so good and so, so glad I found this Fitness center. Not your average gym, everyone is either with a personal trainer or taking class lead by a certified trainer for that activity. Tammy is owner, but have trained with several trainers there and all are very professional and knowlegeble. They are required to stay up on training and seemed to love what they do and their clients that go. They also offer Health & Fitness Challenges that last 12 weeks (think Biggest Loser) that are very inspiring and beneficial.

    Enhance U
I have been with them for about 4 months and I use them 3 times a week. He is a very motivating guy and they have great staff and great personnel. The price is good, my other one charged me twice as much.

    YMCA of Springfield
Overall, it's been very nice.  The staff is awesome.  They put a lot of effort into working on their people skills and stuff.  It's easy to get in when we need to.  We would continue to go there in the future.  I think our membership is going to expire this May or June.

    Xcel Sports Medicine
Some people come in to do for training, so come in for work compensation injuries, and a vast number of people go in for sports injuries, and they go in for guidance. I have been using them for 2 years. It is non traditional training. I see the same person every time I go in, but a different person does the assessement. They are pretty flexible, and they are extraordinary physical therapists. They give you a choice to either follow their prescription and routine of not to. They give you choices in terms of levels and intensities.

    Baer Fit
The classes are phenomenal and appropriate for most every fitness level. Each workout is different - I think they rotate on a monthly basis, so it is certainly not monotonous. There are marathon runners to middle-aged overweight, out of shape women like myself in each class. There is not pressure to and quot;keep upand quot; with the crowd as each exercise is done for a given amount of time - some and quot;Campersand quot; use more weight than others, or do more repetitions than others, etc.,. Katie is very helpful and a great Trainer. After going to several BaerFit FitChicks Bootcamp classes, I signed up for TRX Training on Saturdays at 0830 AM with KimberlyG. Again, excellent service by a very knowledgeable Trainer. I really like the TRX Training because it is something I can do while traveling. I would definitely recommend the FitChicks Bootcamp and the TRX Training for anyone who wants a good workout.

Five Seasons Family Sports Club - Dayton
It is a great gym and I was a member there for five years. I changed my membership because I retired not too long ago and I can use my corporate fitness center for a few dollars a month. They are five minutes from my house. They are primarily a tennis club but they have a very comprehensive workout area. They also have a restaurant in-house and it is a country club kind of atmosphere along with the workout center. It is a really nice facility. It is open from 6 am to 10 o' clock at night. I used one of their fitness trainers but did not go to any classes. He was great. They have a newsletter once a month. They sent my statements directly to my home every month.
