ALeaders Moving & Storage Co of Northeast OhioOur crew of Chuck D., Snoop and Randy did a great job with our move on July 21, 2020. They arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, worked very fast packing and loading, then reversing the process at our new home. By 3:30 p.m., the move was done. We packed and moved a lot of small items ourselves, so Leaders' final price came in lower than the original estimate. Nice work, guys!- Kathie & Joe W.

AHome Appliance Sales and ServiceJackie did a fabulous professional job in a timely manner. She was very patient and extremely knowlegable as we are very detailed oriented. Jackie also ensured economical delivery in a very efficient manner. We bought all LG per a renowned consumer magazine. (also Bosch dishwasher) Talk to service guys and they say to avoid Brand "S" (S. Korean). Spent about $3899 for premium ones and they carry even more upscale brands and great showroom. Cheaper sales tax than Cuyahoga County too by a significant amount! (Avon store Lorain County). They offer installation too, but we handled that ourselves. I give them an "A" all the way across the board(quality, professionalism, price, timeliness and would hire them again in a heart beat. AGeorge KnotekMr. Knotek repaired and tuned my grandmother's piano that had not been tuned since 1972 - moved several times and in poor condition. He took his time, repaired all of the keys, put the piano back together and then spent 7 1/2 hours tuning it so it would sound as good as when I last remember my grandmother playing it. He did an outstanding job and I plan to have him back in 6 months to have it tuned again.- Rene M D.

Our furniture is about 70 years old and was scratched and chipped, but now looks better than new. They are not inexpensive, but the workmanship is worth every penny. AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. AWe recently contracted with Cerha Kitchen and Bath Design to refurbish our shower and tub area. We found Cerha staff to be professional and friendly from the beginning to the end of the project. When we first walked into the showroom at Cerha, we met two friendly, knowledgable and patient ladies, Christine and Jenny. These ladies looked at some photos we had brought in of our bathroom. Then they helped us select the type of tile and color combination that fit our bathroom. Their suggestions were very helpful and insightful. We were very impressed with them. Two very accomplished craftsmen, Robert and Antoine did the tear down work, the rebuilding and retiling work. These guys did an excellent job and were always on time. They even sent us a text message everyday about thirty minutes before they planned to arrive at our home. At the end of each day, they cleaned their work area and left the house spotless. Jim, the owner, communicated with us throughout the project. He let us know what to expect with each phase of the project and was prompt in answering our questions. We are very satisfied with our new shower and bath area. Cerha will definitely be our preferred vendor for our future projects.

AI called and a real person answered. I described the problem and Michelle connected me to Joel, who immediately knew from my description what needed to be done and gave me a price. He also spent 10 or 15 minutes telling me how to take the shade down, and showed great patience with my ineptness, so that I could avoid the cost of a service call. We agreed on a time the next morning when he would be able to do the repair while I waited. After the repair, he showed me how to reinstall the shade.

One of the few companies who actually came through with an estimate for a major rehab of my screened-in porch and other items. Mike's team (Mark and others) arrived when promised and worked on this job for several weeks until it was completed to my satisfaction. There were many facets to the job and the team was communicative throughout ensuring I was in agreement with everything they did. They even constructed a custom doggie door as part of the project! AI attempted to place a review on Angie’s List about J & J PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. I found the site was difficult for me to navigate. I was not happy with the way I worded my review. What I wanted to say was not clear I was more than pleased with the job Joe did for me, as well as the final price. This did not come across the way I intended . Angie’s list representative deleted it for me so that I could start fresh. I also wanted to add before and after pictures. My front porch windows are the fourth job JOE from J & J PROFESSIONAL SERVICES performed for me (so you know I am a repeat customer). Joe replaced my deck steps, fixed the support beam on my back porch and tore off a part of the deck that I wanted removed. My closed-in front porch windows were too small for the frames and could not be securely fastened in place. I was unable to wash them without taking them down. The initial estimate JOE gave me, I felt, was rather high. But, he did tell me that it was difficult for him to quote an accurate price as he did as he did not know how he was going to approach the problem. The end result was much better than I expected. And Joe adjusted the price considerably. I’ extremely happy with the out come JOE has old school work ethics and takes pride in his work. He shows up when he says he’s going to come and works nonstop. He’s very knowledgeable about unconventional problems. “YOU SHOULD HIRE HIM !” Now I’m again,going to attempt to add before and after pictures.
