    Kozy Electric
Joe, owner of Kozy Electric, came to our home for a scheduled appointment on 7/18/19 at 2:00 pm. He took 4 outlet covers off in the dining room and the kitchen to see why we were getting too much power (220 instead of 110) in certain outlets. He took down the ceiling fans in both the dining room and the kitchen to determine the problem. He checked the breaker box in the garage. Joe was at our home for over 2 hours before saying he had to leave. Joe could not determine the problem so he said he would be back on Saturday, 7/20/19, with a second person to help figure out the issue. He told me someone would be calling me from his office to schedule an appointment for Saturday. Well, no one called on Friday to schedule an appointment. Saturday came and my husband and called both his office phone and cell phone to ask if he was coming back to no avail. Joe never called back, never left a message, never apologized for leaving 2 ceiling fans on the floor unassembled and 4 outlets with wires exposed. He never called to say he just could not do the job. Although we didn't pay him, that was 2 hours of our time wasted on someone that didn't know how to do the job he promised. He left 4 outlets open with "hot" wires sticking out. Joe told me that even though power was cut off to those outlets, power was still going to them. It's a fire hazard! He also left 2 ceiling fans on the floor that we have to pay someone to put up. We now have to hire someone to go behind Joe's work which many electricians don't like to do. I would think twice about working with this company. See photos below of how our dining room and kitchen looked with Kozy Electric left.

    Neatnics The Home Repair Co
Adam and Nick arrived on time and performed the fan installation quickly and efficiently. The men acted as a team and helped the job to go faster. After seeing how the job went, we asked Adam to look at another project and after hearing his diagnosis and estimate contracted with him to do another job.

They came out I want to estimate it march 21st and were back on april 2nd to do the repairs. Power is now working just fine with no issues. They were polite, professional, explained the showed what the problem was and got the job done the same day as they came out on the 2nd. Would definitely hire again.

    Johnson Home Improvement Services
Very quick response for quote. Had an opening between jobs and scheduled. Had a complete demolition of bathroom. Bathtub and walls to the studs. Had water damage wall studs replaced/reinforced. Drain that was completely damaged replaced after a section of slab removed to good sewer line. Raised Tub area soffit to match existing ceiling contour. Poured concrete shower pan and curb for walk-in shower. Removed old wall tile from entire bathroom and existing wallpaper. Installed wainscoting for entire room and refurbished walls to paint. Installed new double vanity, shower doors, toilet and towel accessories. Installed bathroom fan with new roof vent. Beautiful job on shower tile, shower pan and travertine tile floor. Great attention to detail. PJ and Dan are on my list for Highly Recommended. Attached before and after pictures.

    Kozy Electric
Overall, we were very happy with the work. I originally contacted Kozy when the chain holding our chandelier broke and it was dandling over our entrance way held up only by the electrical cords. Jim was extremely prompt in returning my call and sending two guys out right away to remedy the safety hazard. As they had been so prompt (and reasonable in charges in coming out), Kozy was the only electrician I wanted to use when we got around to replacing the chandelier. It did take two or three calls into them before we got a response and could schedule the appointment. They were on-time and the work was very professional. While it was somewhat expensive, they were very helpful in giving us credit for bathroom fans that we had previously bought from Home Depot that didn't work and returning them (we had bought them a long time ago). All in all, we were very pleased and will use them again.

    Suszynski Construction Inc
In 2015 we demolished the existing sun room (self and others). In 2016 Todd Suszynski and his crew, Kevin, Steve, and David built a new structure from the ground up. They did a great job and so we asked them to remodel our kitchen on 2017. We were equally pleased with their work and have them recommended to several friends. Todd was easy to work with and kept us informed of the scheduled so that we could arrange for the floor work (hired by us) and appliance delivery. The only sub-contractor in these projects was for the new electrical service panel. Todd and company did everything else including appliance installation.

    Thompson Electric Inc
The two electricians that came out were very professional and very timely. The project Took about 6 days. They hardly made any mess with the drywall. I was expecting to be doing tons of drywall patching everywhere myself. There was only two or three spots that i even have to touch up and paint! Very happy with both electricians. Dan and Dennis. Luckily i have a ranch where it was very easy to get down though the attic. Also I am redoing my basement ceiling which was easier to get for some outlet locations One thing that sorta bugged me that when holes were being drilled for my new outside outlets. They accidentally drilled in my cold air return. He did this from the outside which doesn't make sense to me. It would be better to go inside out though the rim joust. It is in a area where it is just wood and moderately easy area to patch and it was patched from the outside. It just put a piece of foil tape on the inside temporarily. Honestly no big deal in the scope of things just a minor issue.

    Hare Electric inc
Can't remember if this job was summer of 2016? or 2017? The price was $320. -$340. and was completed within an hour. Owner came over to check on the scope of the job for pricing and to set up a time when he could return to do the work. He sent two knowledgeable young gentlemen within 6- 10 days who did a fine job. Admittedly, I was surprised at how quickly the job was completed (by mostly one person) who appeared to be in no rush. Job was completed without incident. I hired this company because it was the fastest I could get someone out for the most reasonable negotiated price.

Great. Timely. Neat. Easy to work with. No surprises in price or time to complete project. Able to go to showroom/shop to choose all fixtures, flooring, vanity. Custom vanity and mirrors were great as our bathroom counter area is not a regular length. Would definitely use again!

    Ralex Remodeling & Repair
The project went generally smooth, taking into consideration that while the work was progressing, some unexpected issues were discovered with electrical wiring and the sub-floor. Alex took care of all these problems providing very professional and high quality work to every aspect of our project. If a question has arisen by us, Alex patiently explained to us what and why he was doing that. If he had encountered that additional work was necessary to complete the job, he was asking for our approval before proceeding. We were glad that we had one contractor able of doing multiple jobs (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, tile) and did not have a headache of having multiple contractors in our house. We are giving the highest grade for hos job.
