    B-DRY SYSTEM CLEVELAND
We hired B-Dry System to do the waterproofing and found the workers to be very punctual, friendly and they certainly they how to do the work. They answered any questions I asked and completed the work just as I was told it would be done. We are very pleased with our completed basement and would be glad to recommend this company.

    ABV Contractors Co
I needed both storm and sanitary sewer lines laid from the back corner of my house to the street. A possibly invasive job. These guys are awesome. The price was great. Everyone from their money guy, crew chief, machine operator, even their laborers were excellent and seemed to know their stuff. They showed up when they said they would, worked continuously on the job, and finished on the estimated finish date with no extra charges. The job went smoothly and everything works fine. Bing, bam, boom. I can't say enough good things about them. Molto acclamazioni! (I hope that's right :) Thanks again.)

    Adelios Contracting Co
We had water coming into our basement at one corner of the house and 18 feet along one side and 3feet along the other side of the adjacent walls. Sergio came out and advised us on our options. We decided to have the waterproofing done from the outside. We are very happy with the work of Sergio's staff, hand-digging 8 feet deep along the outside of our house walls and doing a great and professional job. Thank you to Sergio and his staff and workers! We would highly recommend Adelio's to anybody!

    Tony Tomaro Waterproofing And Construction
Tony Tomaro and his team installed new footer drains and stormdrains around my house and waterproofed the basement. He's a real pro who knows the business well, straight-talking, hard working, honest and with competitive pricing. The start date was delayed from the original plan, as inclement weather had delayed his previous projects. Once started, the work was done on time and in budget, with no 'surprises'. Now that the de-humidifier has been running in my basement for a few months, the walls have totally dried out and I can confirm that even in the heaviest rainstorms there is no water getting in to my basement anymore. The big national and statewide companies will try to sell you solutions that gather up and drain the water once it's got in to your basement. Don't buy it! Tony's solution solves the problem at its root.

    Airguard Restoration
Job is nearing completion, and so far things are going very well. Bobby Fabec has been my main contact and has been a phenomenal listener and a joy to work with. He has taken the time to explain the process and answer all my questions as I admittedly had lots, since I had NO knowledge of waterproofing. Two levels of my four-level split home were affected by moisture/mildew/mold. My basement- level finished rec room had to be totally gutted due to the extent of the moisture and mold. It was heart-breaking to see it demoed to the concrete blocks and all the carpeting removed. Even the dropped ceiling had to be removed and discarded. The interior perimeter was fitted with drainage pipes and a sump pump. The walls were then covered with some type of waterproofing material. NO, I do not believe this was overkill, as the mold was trying to kill me. The next level was handled via outside excavation with waterproofing material applied around the exterior of the house. That room had paneling and insulating material removed and replaced. Ahmad Smith and his co-worker, Kendric Tate, were personable, hard-working young men who did a fantastic job with all of their various tasks. They are skilled craftsmen and pay attention to detail. Walls were wiped down with anti-mold product an the air purified. I eagerly anticipate the completion of my mold-free home.

    Integrity Waterproofing
Overall, we were very pleased with the experience. It was a bit of a sticker shock at $6,550, but comparable to most other places. Steve came out for the initial consultation and explained the process and the product in detail. Not a high-pressure situation at all. We considered a couple of other places but ended up with Integrity. They came out when they said they would. It only took 2.5 days if I remember correctly. Completely dug out a trench, replaced drain tiles and pipes and finished with 3 clean-outs. Nice guys and hard workers. The only minor complaint I would have is that they didn't put all the landscaping back in same spot--some plants where moved and they did not overfill to compensate for settling, so I had to call them to have them come back and fill in with more dirt and gravel. (We have a 1/2 gravel seating area and 1/2 dirt/planting area in the front of our house). They did come back within the week and fill in those areas. We had this work done back in April 2017. It is now two months later and we have not had any issues whatsoever with seepage in our basement. (Before, water was seeping in at the seam of the wall and floor during every single rain!) I trust this company. They live up to their name. Even one of their competitors that we were considering had only good things to say about Integrity. (How often does a company say nice things about the competition?) All in all, we are very pleased.

    Airguard Restoration
As a homeowner, two situations that you never want to encounter are possible mold and water intrusion. After moving 700 miles from our house that was still on the market, a home inspector found possible mold and moisture in the basement. Luckily, I found Airguard, which provide free estimates, waterproofing, and mold remediation. Jeremy returned my phone call the day that I called, calmed my nerves, answered my questions, and saved me literally thousands of dollars(after obtaining two other waterproofing quotes). He provided a scope of work and performed the project while keeping me informed the entire time. The job was completed a day early, and a neighbor confirmed that the area was left clean. A truly wonderful, professional experience from my first phone call to my final conversation with Jeremy. Highly recommend!

    Adelios Contracting Co
Over the years the surrounding ground level has risen above our ground level sunroom. Every large rainfall caused flooding due to the fact that 2 sides of our sun-room had wood decking which silt, etc built up. Had several estimates for "fixes" until I discussed with Sergio (President) of Adelio's. Unfortunately Sergio recommended removing the decks, drain tile around the sun-room and tie-in all gutters which were only surface draining. Really didn't want to remove the wood decks, but was absolutely the best recommendation we had. A crew of 3 came and worked extremely hard, did an excellent job and phenomenal clean-up.

    Ohio Basement Systems
We were told by the sales rep that it would be a one day job. Day one there were 3 on the crew. Day 2 dropped down to one (I was told that the one that appeared to be in charge had to go to another job for an emergency that came up). The person left to do the job had a tile job and either did not have the right equipment or did not have the experience. Day 3 - tile was recut. I had to point out and make calls about certain details that were left undone. End result - the area appears to be much better than it was and hopefully will stay dry. However, the job was very sloppy (sloppy caulking, sloppy tile work and sloppy paint work, and small details left undone- such as a metal piece under the door left unattached, and a door that was supposed to be repainted, undone.) On a positive note, the employees were all very friendly and respectful.
