    Very poorly. I wrote two letters to one of the Customer Service Managers and never received a response. I then wrote to the Service Manager who did respond. He told me that I didn't need brakes by the time the maintenance contract expired. I responded and told the Service Manager that he missed the point completely. I copied the President and Vice President of the dealership on my second letter. I never heard back from anyone at the dealership.

    Terrible experience. Picked up car last minute and then sat in local terminal for a week. Shipped 10 days after scheduled pick up. Company told me it was the shippers responsibility they sobcontracted to let them know if it was an issue. They have to many shipments to track. They were argumentative.

    It took about an hour and half to complete the work. The workers are nice. They let me know what was going on. I had an appointment and when I took the car in there they told me approximately how long it would take for the job to be completed, and it was pretty much in that time frame that the work was completed.

    Another place that I go to now has a better price. It took about half an hour to complete the job. The workers were all very nice and there wasn't any problem with them. I just think they are overpriced. I think they have a good product but compared to some of the other companies that are out there now that are selling oil changes a lot less expensively. I know at Lube Stop you can just pull up there and you don't have to make an appointment, and that's the nice thing about it. But for the price I don't think it's worth it.

    They're good though because when I go, what I love is that they have the best coffee in town, and they really wine and dine you while you're waiting on your car. I give Audi such a great review. They really deserve a great review. They wine and dine you, they really do. They are good.

    The price was pretty comparable with the leasing with the other dealership. There was a little give and take back and forth and it didn't look like the deal was going to be much better than anybody else could give. Then they relooked at some things, and then came back with the same lease deal that we had with the car that was going out of lease in 8 months, except that it was an upgrade model for the same prices with a few more features. We traded a 2014 for a 2016. There was a little bit of confusion at the sign off. Apparently the car that we had selected, nobody noted that it was really a 2015, and when we got into finance, they said that they cannot do it for a 2015 and I guess the newer cars could use a better deal, so we had to go back out back and pick another model. They gave us a purchase price, and that time we were not in purchasing mode, so my wife picked her second choice and things worked fairly fast after that. They gave us a choice, and my wife was really excited about it, and then they came out and said they couldn't give us that choice. The finance person came out and said that we should straightened out right now, and gave us options and went through purchasing quickly. When I went there, I set up an appointment, they knew I was coming, they talked to me, and gave me the options right away, they were ready when I next went with my wife, and they had a couple of options on display which they had in the area so that she could look at them. I have used some other dealers in the past, and they just were very willing to work through different leases and things so I would use them again. The time it took my wife to walk around and look at the vehicles, it took about an hour and half and suddenly we had to wait 45 minutes for the finance, and then we went in and couldn't finish things off. That was frustrating and kind of put a damper on some of the excitement.

    Mr. Nahra identified the problem, recommended that I check with the dealer for warranty coverage, and, upon learning that the part was not covered by warranty, laid out options at considerably lower cost than the dealer.
    One year earlier, I had him inspect a car before a cross-country trip.  He said it was in fine shape.  Desiring a second opinion, I took it to Mr. Tire, who srongly recommended a couple thousand dollars in repairs.  When I mentioned this to Mr. Nahra, he put the car up on the rack and refuted those repairs point by point.  He saved me a lot of money.

    I have used Nahra Shell for 3 years, and have found them to be honest and reasonably priced.  In this case, they were clear that the brakes did not need to be replaced now, but would prob ably need to be withing the next year, and left it to me with no pressure whether I wanted to take care of it now before a long trip.

    I love this place!! You talk to the owner! He is pleasant and helpful! 
    My glass had to be special ordered from dealer. He called when it came in and made the appt. He told me the cost and how long it would take! I had to wait due to the distance from my house but they had coffee and it was fine.

    I have been happy with them. The guys explain everything. It is one of the few places that actually look at you when you are female and talk to you about what is going on with your car, and not like trying to talk over your head. They are very friendly and professional. They usually very good at getting you in the next day or so.
