    I have used this business for both my washer and dryer and dishwasher for years. Prompt, professional, and really honest. This time, my knob to adjust the cycle on my washer broke off. Could not change the settings. He quoted me a not inexpensive price to order a replacement, but suggested that I simply remove the one from the second rinse dial and place on the broken one, switching them back if needed. He then used the visit to check out thoroughly both the washer and dryer. Basically the very reasonable price of a basic service call. He always asks questions over the phone before coming out to make sure that it is actually a problem with our appliance, like asking us to double check the circuit breaker first. (How embarrassing!) He is usually out within a day or two after a call and will try to accommodate our availability (but we don't live far from his business). When our dishwasher went out, he recommended a brand and model on sale that would least likely require him to come back for repairs for a long time! I wish that he fixed more than just washers, dryers, and dishwashers. (I think he does some stoves, but not ours).

    My old whirlpool front load washer broke and was beyond repair. I assumed that having a warranty, meant I would have my old washer replaced with a new one. That���s what warranties are for right? This company offered me $350 to get a new one. This amount doesn���t even begin to cover a cost of a new washer that���s even a bit comparable to the one I had. They are not willing to budge and I will definitely not use them in the future. Gonna end up paying mostly out of my own pocket.

    not well. we were charged a lot for the service call and they couldn't diagnose the problem. They told us to buy a new machine. My husband looked up the problem online, ordered a $70 part online, and fixed it himself in 45 minutes. I have used them many times before with actually good results, but this time was a fiasco.

    He is great. I've had him since the '90s. He's a good guy. I've moved into three different places and he's always there. When I need him, he's great. Overall, he's an A+. Everybody loves him and I don't know what I would do without him. He doesn't charge me at all. I have no complaints. He's excellent.

    Answered call immediately and made appointment for a service call in a timely fashion.  Only charges if after evaluating can make repair.  Showed up in expected window and was pleasant and professional and very knowledgeable about his craft.  Had part he needed to make repair on hand. Also gave us excellent advice on how to properly care for our dishwasher.  Would not hesitate to use again.

    I called Monday evening after 7PM and left a message to call us regarding the dryer and the next morning Mark called to get more info about the dryer and set the appt.  He was able to get to us the same day at 3PM and called approximately 15minutes prior.  Since I removed the back of the dryer in my attempt to repair, I left it off thinking it would be helpful but found that the repair had to be accessed through the front.  He made sure he had the correct parts and after quoting a fair price that we agreed to, he went right to work removing the front panel, drum and other items to get to the heating element.  All parts went back together again and he even replaced the back panel that I had removed with no complaints. The dryer is working fine again.   Mark is pleasant to talk with and answered all of my questions while continuing to work on the dryer.  We would be happy to recommend him and will call him for any future appliance repairs.

    I had exactly the same terrible experience with this company as described by other users. Stay away from this company!!!
    I made an appointment with this company for running some diagnosis on my refrigerator. I was told that the technicians would come between 1:00 pm-4:00 pm on the day of the appointment. However, no one showed up after 4:30 pm. After I called them again, finally two technicians arrived around 5:00 pm. One of the technicians has tattoos all around his arm and is very rude, the other guy seems to okay. Without doing any diagnose and just based on the fact that the refrigerator is 10 years old and there is a weird sound coming from the refrigerator, the guy with tattoos told me that there is no need to fix the refrigerator and said that I should get a new one. Then he started to write me an invoice and asked me to pay $100 for their visit. This is ridiculous!! NO diagnose was performed and they have been in my place for LESS than 5 minutes. The charge is $100 !!! This does not make sense. Later on, I found out that for regular hour service fee for a visit is around $50 from other local companies, and only the emergence call/off-hour fee is $99. So definitely the fee from this company is over-charged!
    And what happened afterwards made me think this company is wicked. The next day we bought a new refrigerator from Lowe's. We moved the old refrigerator to the garage, and when we plugged in the power, the old refrigerator started to work even though there is some strange sound (probably this is normal for an old compressor). So I called this company and asked for the refund, what the owner said is that their technicians only guaranteed that the refrigerator was broken in my kitchen, and when the refrigerator was moved, things could happen. Not only the owner did not refund my service fee, but also is very rude. UNBELIEVABLE!!
    Without any professional diagnose and charging $100 when the technicians clearly made wrong judgement, I cannot believe company with such notorious service exist!

    Left phone message for Mark early afternoon.  He returned the call within two hours and said he would perform service same day following his next service call.  Arrived as promised, confirmed problem with stove, replaced igniter and was on his way.  Honored coupon and senior discount noted on Angie's list.  Positive experience.  Will recommend to any and all needing large appliance repair or installation.
