ABudget Blinds of Teays Valley, LLCThe salesman, Richard Shell, was pleasant and very professional to work with. He did an excellent job of measuring all the windows and gliding doors. All shades except one shade that was lost in shipment came in when expected. The installers did a super job installing the shades and were very good to work with. The one shade that was lost in shipment was reordered and was promptly installed when it was delivered. We are extremely happy with the shades and the service.- EDWIN C.

AMORRISON DRAPERIES & BLINDSMorrison's is a small-town, locally-owned business. They are very courteous. I had many of my blinds cleaned by them, and they look wonderful! They were so apologetic when one of my blinds was mixed-up with someone else's, and gave me a free adjustment on one of my blinds that was too long. AWebster ConstructionThey were polite and professional--honest and down home- they even fed my dog some of their lunch. I am retired and recently re-married. They were polite to her and answered all our questions and home repair needs at a cost my minimal budget can afford. Their truck broke down so they could not make the original appointment. However they kept me informed of that problem and came the very next day. I never had better service at such a reasonable cost and they were very attentive to our needs. If you need any kind of house repair they can do it and they can do it perfectly and efficiently. They even build houses from scratch. You get it all done with them no need for a separate carpenter and plumber. Just get out your household to do list and give them a call. You will be glad you did. AWe were extremely happy with the service, installation and quality provided by Pella of McMurray. We dealt with Rob Culbertson. Rob was superb to deal with in many aspects. I highly recommend selecting Rob to handle your needs. The installers were professional, respectful and diligent. They worked hard under cold conditions. They were cognizant of their cleanliness too and swept up frequently. The fiberglass windows and doors look great and I examined them thoroughly. My neighbors have been complimentary too. FIf I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!

FRoof Leaks. Many, Many, Many phone calls. Few responses. Lots of excuses. Many visits to deal with leak. Crews from Columbus, Dayton, and New Jersey. Never the same crew. Roof still leaks. I kept details of the whole process. Too lengthy to include here. I wouldn't recommend this outfit to my enemies.

FI called.up and ask what they would charge specifically to put 2 new tires on 2 new rims that I had purchased myself, and I was told $20.00. Well I thought, fair enough so I went there on Saturday around 10:00 am. Well it did not take very long because there was no one else there, which I understand why now! Then I made made the comment what was the bill because I figured he might charge some tax. He told me to come to the office, so I did and when he was done he told me it would be $49.53 and all I could do was say, WHAT and repeated $49.53. I was in shock. He did not take the tires off anything or the wheels off anything or put tires and wheels on anything! The only thing he did was take 2 brand new tires and put them on 2 new rims!

AWe received the drapes as promised and they look absolutely beautiful. We are very satisfied with the quality of the materials and the fitting is perfect. We have installed the drapes ourselves without any problem at all. The draperies gave our dining room a grand new look! Communications with their staffs were quick and easy. I have been looking for window treatments for a long time, including many upscale brands that are much more expensive. All I can say is that I have received a high-end product at a fraction of the cost of what I have to pay at specialty shops. Highly recommended!
