ARetrofoam of Central OhioExcellent work. Our house was mostly built circa 1930, at least half had no wall insulation, and it has aluminum siding. Angie's list sent me 3 possible companies from which I selected two. RetroFoam wasn't even on the list I was sent but they called and was the only company from Angie's that was interested. They planned on four days to perform the job, arrived when they said, did excellent work, cleaned up well, and finished ahead of schedule even worked through the cold drizzly September weather we had. They removed and reinstalled the siding and it does not look like it was ever disturbed. I was a little leery about foam, but their product has no chemical smell, won't shrink, won't expand and bow your walls, has a transferable lifetime warranty, and is supposed to be easy to run wiring through. We definitely recommend them.- Jim G.

AJLS ContractingI first met the Jeff Ours, owner of JLS Contracting in the summer of 2014. He and his crew installed a new metal roof on my house and garage that year. Which I am still very happy with. He and his crew were always on time, worked diligently from the time they got here to the time they left for the day, took a minimal amount of time for their lunch, always policed up the area at the end of each day, were always professional, polite, and considerate. As a matter of fact, I was so impressed with them and the quality of their workmanship, that I invited them back again this year for a series of projects. Again, Jeff and his crew proved to be one of the best in the business, and all of the above still held true. Jeff is a very professional, down to earth person. He listens attentively to my concerns and future project goals, tactfully provides his professional opinion and offered some great advice and suggestions. Any questions I had about anything before, during or even after the project was complete, he has always been very prompt to address them. His rates are competitive, reasonable and the high quality of workmanship is unsurpassed. This latest project included installation of new siding for my house and garage, installation of 11 new vinyl replacement windows, replacement of 3 storm doors, one entry door, demo of one concrete porch and one wood deck and stairs, creation of new front porch, porch roof, and railings, installation of new garage overhead and single-entry doors; house gutter redirects and some replacements. removal and replacement of badly deteriorating sidewalks and steps. The cost of this series of projects was worth every penny. The outside of my house has been truly transformed. ASummit Spray Foam InsulationFrom the time I placed the first call to Larry until the job was completed, he was very responsive and professional. While looking at the area the job was to be completed at, he clearly explained options highlighting the pros and cons and included the cost of each as well. After I selected an option, Larry set a date and time to do the job. Two weeks prior to our scheduled date Larry called with an option to come a week early, which worked out GREAT for me. AA-1 Superior Home Improvement, Travis Workman. We highly recommend this business. All work we required was completed. Our sister’s metal roof was painted ensuring a number of years of use without problems. Our gutters were cleaned and most important out siding was replaced that was damaged by a tree a number of years ago. We had sought out other service providers to repair the siding, but no one ever followed up. Most house siding is 4” but ours is 4 ½”, harder to find. Travis and his wife made calls and search to find siding that would work on our house. While it took a little time, they did not give up. After a number of years of tattered siding, thanks to their efforts, our house siding is renewed.
