ABroom and BloomMatt has been cleaning our house for many years now. He does such a great job. He gets every nook and cranny and when he sees something needs to be done he does it without even having to be asked. Recently I had my first baby and with having a dog in the house I definitely needed my carpets cleaned! Matt did such an awesome job there wasn’t a single stain left on our 12+ year old carpeting. ALuzia's CleaningWe hired Luzia's to come and do a Spring Cleaning at my husbands parents Lake House. His parents own this house and they always do so much for us and never ask for money for anything. We spend most weekends there in the summer. So, in return for their kindness, we wanted to hire someone to come a do a detailed cleaning. I asked Luzia's to give me an estimate at my home the week before to clean for us and was so impressed with them that I cancelled the company who I had originally had set-up to come to the lake house and scheduled Luzia's crew. It was so last minute. They gave me a quote without ever seeing the Lake House. The crew showed up on time (3 girls and 1 guy). They immediately got to work. They brought all their own supplies. They cleaned for 6 hours. They cleaned areas we arent sure have ever been cleaned. It was amazing. My mother-in-law had tears in her eyes. I have recommended this company to many people already. We were asked to answer questions about these services before we were given the original bid. She squeezed me into her schedule when I had to change my appointment to make sure my cleaning happened before my household goods shipment arrived. She also responded promptly to all of my emails, which was much appreciated as we were coordinating a move from out of state. They showed up on time and went straight to work. FI paid, the money has been taken out of my account but no one has done any cleaning. When talking to customer service they are the worst. First person transferred to some random voicemail, second person was less than empathetic, with ZERO phone skills. I basically got an, "oh well that happens." I would not recommend this place and should be removed from the Angie's list preferred providers.

AVery professional job. Top notch service and work ethic. Could never tell we had the ceiling repaired and the painting was perfect. I don't want to go on because I need them to come back to my house to paint the whole first floor and afraid they might become to busy. When you use them you will be as happy as I am.

Terry, who actually did the cleaning, was very informative and thorough. Showed me before and after views of my duct as he cleaned it. Very professional overall. Most importantly, I slept the whole night through and haven't taken allergy medicine since they cleaned the ducts. Price not bad for 3000 sq ft home.

AAwesome service - would highly recommend. We had a set start time and the crew showed up 10-15 minutes early to be prepared to start right on time. They were extremely friendly, helpful, efficient, professional, and careful of our belongings. I rarely leave reviews unless the service either far surpassed or didn't meet my expectations. AThey not only got to my house in time for an "open house" I was having that same weekend, but sent me a video of their work since I couldn't be there to see the work done myself. When I stopped over later to pick up mail and put away the trash bins, I couldn't believe how beautiful my house and driveway looked. The concrete on my driveway and vinyl siding on the top of the brick on my house looked brand new! Wow! Fast, courteous and super great work. I will definitely use them again if I ever need services like this in the future and would highly recommend them.
