We would never be dishonest about anything, not even half-way dishonest. We sold the truck to a friend for $1500 and told him everything we knew about the truck. He had his mechanic replace the master cylinder for $72 and the brakes were fine after that. BTW, we had just spent $400 for new tires for the truck which went with it!

    Sidney Tire & Service
They quoted me one price over the phone and after they were done it was a totally different price other than wat they quoted me. I asked to talk to rhe manager and the guy don't remember his name got all mad and said why do you need a manager. Finally after about 5 minutes manager came up and I explained to. Him wat haned and he apologized and gave me a discount. Wasnt the discount i was looking for but it was something.

    Best One Tire & Service
They were very nice. I tried to go with a cheaper tire and that's what I got. When it felt like they were not balanced they told be it was because of the tread. I ended up getting a higher price tire but all I paid was the difference in the price of the tires. I thought that was nice.

I had taken my car there for quite some time because of the convience factor since i could drop it off and walk across the parking lot to work then pick it up when it was finished. There were plenty of warning signs to stop going there but i kept going because i figured not shuting my hood or forgetting to bolt something back together were oversights and nothing more. 3 different times i asked them to make sure the transfer case had oil in it and three different times they failed to do so. There was no oil on the ground after driving it and the undercariage was clean when i took it to a different mechanic. After 6 months of it continually getting louder and louder it finally broke and when i tried to talk to the manager at Piqua Express Care about it he became very aggitated and made it clear he had no desire to discuss the issue with me and that the conversation was done.

I dropped the car off on Saturday night. Left it in the lot and dropped the key in the slot with an explanation of symptoms. They had it on the rack by 9 am Monday. They replaced the plugs which did not fix the problem. They called and gave me an update at 3 pm Monday and said they were going to continue to perform diagnostics. By noon Tuesday, they had discovered my ailing valve and fixed the problem. They called to let me know it was ready to be picked up.
My family have been taking their cars to Broerman's since I was young. They have always made time for emergency fixes, quick oil changes and tire inflations before a long journey, and maintenance on all of our cars. I trust Damon and his crew completely. I would NEVER take my car anywhere else. They will not try to pad your bill, rip you off, sell you a service you don't need or fix something that isn't broken. They are the BEST!!!

AutogarageThe service performed by J W Transmission has completely solved the issue with the check engine light coming on for this problem. The work was done quickly and in a professional manner. Their technician took the time to explain the diagnosis, what it would take to fix it, and how long our van would be in their shop.

    Mantor Auto & Truck Repair

My daughter's Ford Focus dropped a valve seat resulting in catastrophic engine failure. Brian went out of his way to help us try to repair the car without having to replace the engine. Unfortunately, we ended up having to replace the engine, but Brian worked with us to find an engine and did excellent work in replacing the engine. Brian even washed the car before returning it!!

Took 2002 VW Passat Stationwagen AWD to Roger due to noise coming from engine area, intially thought it was power steering pump, replaced but noise did not go away.  Finally found that it was the A/C compressor, replaced and no more noise.

Every time I call, I am known by name. They are like white knights to this silly damsel in distress. At the drop of a hat, they are there to fix my car quickly, thoroughly and fairly. I trust these guys implicitly. They know what they're doing and don't mess around with getting it done. Ladies, if you're afraid of getting taken for a ride with auto mechanics, these are guys you can trust. They won't tell you something needs fixing that doesn't. They won't treat you like a second-class citizen that doesn't know a tire from a transmission (even if you don't). You will get your car back better than when it went in, not with something new that mysteriously needs fixing after being in the shop. They will treat you right. It never hurts to bring these guys doughnuts, though!

    Williams Repair
I had it towed to this repair shop by the recommendations of a few neighbors. He was to check it out and see what the problem was and then give me an estimate. The next thing I knew I had a voice mail from him saying that my truck was ready and it was $536.53. I asked him why he didn't give me an estimate. He said it took him about 6 hours to remove the cover and decided to do the repair rather than charge me more labor. I asked him why he couldn't just call, he was difficult to work with. He agreed to let me to pay in halves for one week. He took my truck to Dayton, which is about a 90 mile drive (round trip), without my permission. He said he took it there to road test. He left French fries in my front seat - it was a mess! I drove the truck one time across town, and then it would not start again. I called him and he came over and said all of these other things were wrong with it. I asked him for an estimate for further work, and he never got back to me. My truck is still not running. I feel that he took advantage of my situation. I asked for the money back for the labor $375 and reimbursement the fuel that he used while driving my truck. He refused this request. He talked over me. He told my mother, who I live with, that I was too emotional to work with. He was very condescending and arrogant. He was hateful and unprofessional.
