ALawn & Order LandscapingWe felt very comfortable leaving the house for months at a time on extended trips. When we returned home the lawn and flower beds were in great condition. We never had to contact them to ask for special services or additional attention since everything was done correctly the first time. AGreenleaf Landscapes IncLand around the end of the house had previously been dug up to repair foundation. Greenleaf came in and leveled land, grading away from the house, and planted numerous new plants, and laid mulch all around, including other flower beds around the land. It looks very nice now. AWhen hiring out, I usually expect at least something to be missed, or done in haste. I found nothing lacking here. Johnny and his men removed a huge Locust tree, leveled it with topsoil and finished it off with grass seed and straw. They trimmed our Japanese Maple, River Birch and other trees expeditiously and cleaned up way beyond my expectations! This family business does it right, and they are among the best I have worked with. This coupled with their VERY competitive quote made the whole experience very satisfying.

AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!

FDennis Hughes is NOT a licensed contractor in Allen County. We could never get him to show proof of insurance or bonding. I hope that this review will prevent someone from hiring this company. We hired him to redo a patio roof. The flashing around the utilities pipe was improperly done. The roofing was installed backwards and lacked the proper amount of nails. It was not connected to the house properly. The gutter was installed so that it was useless and prevented windows from opening. We tried to get him to correct the work but he always had some excuse for not doing the work. He was rude and combative and refused to bring his paperwork to prove he was licensed and insured. He yelled at me and my brother as we tried to help my mother resolve this issue. We finally had to hire someone else to completely redo it. I wish that the address for this work would not be revealed to Dennis.

FHorrible craftsmanship. He did not order the materials as draws were paid, then wanted more money to order materials. Installed a boat lift as part of the project, it was not installed to spec and dropped our boat. The seawall steps have washed out from rain. Left trash, building scraps all over the work site.
